Abstract

一种能够自动控制流量的一体化流量自动控制装置。它由智能流量计(10)、电动流量调节阀(20)、一体化壳体(30)组成，智能流量计(10)、电动流量调节阀(20)设置在一体化壳体(30)的流道上下游组成一体化结构，智能流量计(10)与电动流量调节阀(20)之间有电缆线连接。先给智能流量计设定一个流量值，工作时流体经过智能流量计，智能流量计将测得的流量信号换算为流量值与设定流量值进行比较，并根据差值输出控制信号，电动流量调节阀根据控制信号调节阀门开度，使流量始终接近设定值，达到自动控制流量的目的。

本实用新型涉及一种石油、化工、食品等行业使用的流体定量供给流程中使用的流量自动控制装置。
背景技术
目前工业生产中需要定量控制的工艺流程中一般都采用人工控制阀门或都采用流量计、定位器、执行机构、流量调节阀组合成一个自动化控制系统来完成。但前者人工操作效率低实时性差，后者多种设备组合不但投资大，而且给工程设计、采购、安装、调试及带来很大麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种能根据设定流量值自动控制流量，又能积累总量的一体化流量自动控制装置。
本实用新型是这样实现的:它由智能流量计(10)、电动流量调节阀(20)和一体化壳体(30)组成。智能流量计(10)与电动流量调节阀(20)之间有信号电缆连接线连接。智能流量计(10)包括流量传感器(11)和智能积算控制仪(12)。电动流量调节阀(20)包括电动机(21)、减速机构(22)和流量调节机构(23)，一体化壳体(30)两端有连接法兰(31)，中间有流道(32)。
智能流量计(10)和电动流量调节阀(20)设在一体化壳体中间流道(32)上下游，工作时流道(32)中流体流经流量传感器(11)时，流量传感器(11)测得流量信号输给智能积算控制仪(12)，智能积算控制仪(12)经智能运算，换算为流量值显示并累加，同时将该流量值与设定的流量值进行比较，然后根据差值输出控制信号，电动流量调节阀上的电动机(21)接到指令作出正反转动作，经减速机构减速然后带动流量调节机构(23)调节阀门开度控制流量大小，使实际流量始终接近设定值，达到智能化控制流量的目的。
本实用新型投资小结构紧凑、显示直观、操作简单、分辨率高，安装维修方便，适合在工业生产中定量供给流程中推广应用。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，本实用新型由智能流量计(10)、电动流量调节阀(20)、一体化壳体(30)组成。智能流量计(10)与电动流量调节阀(20)之间有电缆线连接，智能流量计(10)由流量传感器(11)和智能积算控制仪(12)组成，电动流量调节阀(20)由电动机(21)、减速机构(22)、流量调节机构(23)组成。智能流量计(10)、电动流量调节阀(20)分别设置在一体化壳体(30)中间流道(32)的上下游，一体化壳体(30)两端分别有法兰。

1.一体化流量自动控制装置，由智能流量计(10)、电动流量调节阀(20)、一体化壳体(30)组成，其特征是：智能流量计(10)、电动流量调节阀(20)分别设置在一体化壳体(30)流体通道(32)上下游，智能流量计(10)、电动流量调节阀(20)之间有信号电缆连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一体化流量自动控制装置，其特征是：智能流量计由流量传感器和智能积算控制仪上下连接而成，智能积算控制仪具有智能积算、累加显示和流量值设定功能。
3.如权利要求1所述的一体化流量自动控制装置，其特征是：电动流量调节阀由电动机、减速机构、流量调节机构顺序组装而成，电动流量调节阀可以是阀杆升降式或者是旋塞旋转式。
4.如权利要求1所述的一体化流量自动控制装置，其特征是：流体方向可以为水平或直角式。
