Abstract

TECH-ZS智能恒流自控装置提供了一种能够自动控制注水流量的装置，此装置能够在高压差的环境下，根据设定的流量，自动调整内部阀门过水量开口的大小，减少了劳动强度，降低了安全隐患，同时也达到精确注水的要求。为了克服在高压差的环境下，阀门的调节动作阻力大的问题，在阀体内设置内平衡阀腔，平衡拨动阀杆两侧的压力，减轻阀门的调节阻力。把调节液体流量的阀门设置成两个等大的磨轮组，磨轮上设置两个斜孔，两个斜孔内径面积之和等于管道内径面积，减少了拨动阀杆的阻力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于自动调节管道液体流量的阀门装置。 
技术背景
目前，在一些工况企业的生产过程中，需要有液体流量的注入，如冶炼、化工、石油开采等行业，在液体流量的注入的过程中，需要按照一定的工艺要求，如恒定流量注水的技术要求，传统的控制流量的方式是依靠人工调节阀门的大小来控制流量，劳动强度大，精度不高，特别是在高压的环境下，如石油开采过程中的高压注水，注水时间长、压力高，频繁的手动调节阀门，不仅容易导致阀门内漏，缩短阀门的使用寿命，而且存在许多安全隐患，威胁操作人员的生命安全。另外，现有管道流量调节阀门都存在许多不足之处，如高压液体经过阀门调节后流体会产生紊流现象，造成压力波动，并且由于压力差大，阀门的调节阻力大。 
发明内容
本发明提供了一种能够自动控制注水流量的装置，此装置能够在高压差的环境下(如40Mpa)，根据设定的流量，随着注水压力的变化自动调整内部阀门过水量开口的大小，减少了工人的劳动强度，降低了安全隐患，同时也达到精确注水的要求。 
为了克服在高压差的环境下，调节阀门阻力大的问题，本发明是通过两个方面实现的：一是在阀体内设置一个内平衡阀腔，用来平衡拨动阀杆两侧的压力，从而减轻阀门的调节阻力。二是把调节液体流量的阀门设置成两个等大的磨轮组，磨轮上设置两个25°斜孔，两个斜孔内径面积之和等于管道内径面积，由 于没有磨轮进出口前后没有面积差，因而减少了拨动阀杆的阻力。 
本发明由换算调节器、连接法兰、轴承、密封圈、拨动阀杆、阀体、磨轮组、涡轮、传感器、压紧法兰组成，由两个磨轮组合成的磨轮组装在阀体内，两者紧贴在一起，固定其中的一个磨轮，在二者的平面上均开设两个等大的斜孔，拨动阀杆的一端通过两个拨销与可旋转的磨轮连接，拨动阀杆的另一端与换算调节器连接；当换算调节器内部电机旋转，带动拨动阀杆旋转，与拨动阀杆相连接的磨轮就会转动，当磨轮上的斜孔转动到与另外一个磨轮上的斜孔有相交的部分时，内部就会形成通路，有水流通过，两斜孔位置完全重合时，通过的水流最大，当两斜孔没有重合部分时就会关闭通路，此时流量为零。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明由换算调节器1、连接法兰2、推力球轴承3、密封圈4、拨动阀杆5、阀体6、磨轮组8、涡轮9、涡轮支架10、传感器11、信号电缆12、压紧法兰13组成，其结构如下：换算调节器1内部有电路板、电机、减速机构和换算显示器等部分组成，是控制、换算、显示流量的集合体，换算调节器1通过拨动阀杆5与磨轮组8中的一只可旋转的磨轮相连，拨动阀杆5插入磨轮 组8中可旋转的一只磨轮内，磨轮组8置于阀体6内腔中，阀体6设有一进一出两个管口，在进水管上设装有涡轮9，涡轮9后边设有传感器11，为了减少拨动阀杆5转动时与连接法兰2间的摩擦力，在拨动阀杆5上安装一个推力球轴承3，连接法兰2压在推力球轴承3上，阀体6和拨动阀杆5之间设有O型密封圈4密封，拨动阀杆5和压紧法兰13之间设置O型密封圈4进行密封；压紧法兰13与阀体6通过高强度螺栓连接，水流流进水管推动涡轮9旋转后进入阀体6内，从磨轮组8开设的出水孔流出，进入井口注水管道。设置在涡轮9之后的传感器11检测到涡轮9转速后以脉冲的形式经信号电缆12传输给换算调节器1，换算调节器1把接收到的信号处理后换算成瞬时流量和累计流量显示在屏幕上。 
换算调节器1是本装置的核心控制部分，是计算和控制流量的重要部件，把计算和控制流量两大部分整合在一起，不仅能够使得整个装置的结构更加显得紧凑，而且可以降低产品的生产成本、节约能源、减少连接线之间的故障频次。换算调节器1内部实时采集当前的瞬时流量，并与设定的流量值进行比较，当二者存在差值，且差值大于设定的范围时，就会发出调节指令信号，驱动电机进行调节磨轮，改变两个磨轮的斜孔重合部分的大小，从而使瞬时流量值保持在设定的范围内。

1.TECH-ZS智能恒流自控装置，由换算调节器、连接法兰、轴承、密封圈、拨动阀杆、阀体、磨轮组、涡轮、涡轮支架、传感器、压紧法兰组成，换算调节器内部设有电路板、电机、减速机构和换算显示器，能够自动控制、换算和显示流量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的TECH-ZS智能恒流自控装置，阀体内设置有平衡压力的内平衡阀腔，控制液体流量的阀门设置成两个等大的磨轮，磨轮上设置两个斜孔，两个斜孔内径面积之和等于管道内径面积
