技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种适用于额定电压35KV及以下、圆形铝芯电力电缆的终端连接装置,尤其涉及一种铜铝端子。
背景技术
在电力导线连接的终端,都需要将其与设备或其它连接件相接以继续传导电力,而现有技术中的铜铝端子如图1所示:铜端1和铝端2之间采用焊接结构3。但这样的结构存在的问题是:
生产用铜棒、铝棒材料产生的废料多、浪费大,所用设备造价高,工序过程多,以致产品成本大;
由于铜铝端子采用摩擦焊接工艺,生产工艺过程复杂。
发明内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供了一种铆合式铜铝端子,旨在解决上述的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本实用新型包括:本体:铝端子;还包括:一个铆合铜圈;所述的铆合铜圈是通过本体的板孔与本体的板紧密铆固。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:铜管铆合接触板面,废料少、工序少、成本低;在铜铝铆合的边缘采用环氧树脂密封,防止铜铝的接触腐蚀、氧化,保证了产品有良好的电力传导性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述:
由图2可见:本实用新型包括:本体:铝端子2;还包括:一个铆合铜圈11;所述的铆合铜圈11是通过本体的板孔12与本体的板紧密铆固;
在铆合铜圈11的铆合缝13的四周涂抹环氧树脂。
本实用新型采取铆合结构替代了复杂的焊接工艺,铆合工艺过程简单,生产方便;采用铝管制造本体,铜管铆合接触板面的废料少,使得工序少、成本低。在铜铝铆合的边缘采用环氧树脂密封,防止铜铝的接触腐蚀、氧化,保证了产品有良好的电力传导性能。
本体由铝管型材压制,其内孔不需再加工已完全满足适配的导线。
铆合铜圈是通过本体的板孔与本体的板紧密铆固,无间隙,接触良好;铆合铜圈有足够大的接触面,保证了电力传导性能。当需要将适合范围的铝导线的端头与接线排进行连接时,首先将导线按施工规范要求准备,从本体导线口插入直到底部,用适配的工具压接,选择适配的螺栓将铆合铜圈的板与接线排可靠连接。

1.一种铆合式铜铝端子,包括:本体:铝端子(2);其特征在于还包括:一个铆合铜圈(11);所述的铆合铜圈(11)是通过本体的板孔(12)与本体的板紧密铆固。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铆合式铜铝端子,其特征在于:在铆合铜圈(11)的铆合缝(13)的四周涂抹环氧树脂。
