Abstract

本实用新型公开一种安装于母电路板上的电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、包覆于绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体、装于绝缘本体的端子模组,以及安装于端子模组的接地片。其中端子模组包括子电路板。所述接地片同时与遮蔽壳体、子电路板以及母电路板相连接以达成多条接地回路,可有效的达到防电磁干扰功能。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种电连接器的接地片的多点接地结构。
【技术背景】
对高速数据传输电连接器而言,防电磁干扰能力是其重要的一项功能。目前,一般在电连接器上设置遮蔽壳体以达成防电磁干扰功能。遮蔽壳体底部一体延伸出的接脚与主电路板连接以达成接地回路,以及时将积聚在遮蔽壳体上的静电释放。在2003年1月28日公告的美国专利US 6,511,348中,发明人公开了一种设置于电路板的堆叠式电连接器,其包括绝缘本体,安装于绝缘本体的端子模组以及包覆于绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体。其中遮蔽壳体设有若干接地脚,所述接地脚连接于主电路板以进行接地连接。
然而在该结构中,接地回路较为单一,接地屏蔽效果不够好。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电连接器,其具有多条接地回路,能更有效的达到防电磁干扰功能。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种安装于母电路板上的电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、包覆于绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体、装于绝缘本体的端子模组,以及安装于端子模组的接地片。其中端子模组包括子电路板。所述接地片同时与遮蔽壳体、子电路板以及母电路板相连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:在本电连接器中,连接于子电路板的接地片与遮蔽壳体、母电路板连接以达成一条接地回路,而遮蔽壳体直接与母电路板连接以达到另一条接地回路,使得电连接器与母电路板达成了多条回路,以有效的达到防电磁干扰功能。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1和3,本实用新型之一实施例为一种堆叠式电连接器1。该电连接器1用以安装于母电路板2上,其包括设有上下两层水平排列的对接插口30的绝缘本体3、收容于绝缘本体3的端子模组4、包覆于绝缘本体3外侧的屏蔽壳体5以及安装于端子模组4的接地片6。
请参阅图2和3,端子模组4包括中间架体41,安装于中间架体41两侧的子电路板42,装于中间架体41底端的转接模组43,以及安装于中间架体41前端的对接模组44。所述对接模组44将插入对接插口30的对接连接器(未图示)连接至母电路板2。转接模组43包括若干转接端子431,转接端子431的一端与子电路板42设置的若干通孔421配合,另一端与母电路板2相连接。
请参阅图3和4,遮蔽壳体5包括前遮蔽壳体51,后遮蔽壳体52,以及若干自遮蔽壳体5延伸以连接于母电路板2的接地脚53。后遮蔽壳体52设有与接地片6相接触的凸棱522。前遮蔽壳体51边侧设有若干凸起511与设置于后遮蔽壳体52的孔洞521配合,以将后遮蔽壳体52与前遮蔽壳体51相连接。
所述接地片6为“T”状,其水平部分为基部61,竖直部分为接地端62。基部61的两端设有与设置于子电路板42的导电片422连接的弯折片611。接地片6的基部61包括一凹孔612,中间架体41设有一可与凹孔612配合的凸柱45。
组装本电连接器1时,先将接地片6装于端子模组4上。其中凹孔612与中间架体31的凸柱45配合,弯折片611焊接于子电路板42的导电片422。再将端子模组3安装于绝缘本体3中。最后将前遮蔽壳体51与后遮蔽壳体52配合包覆于绝缘本体3上。其中后遮蔽壳体52的凸棱522与接地片6相接触,并且接地片6的弯折片611与子电路板42焊接且接地端62连接于母电路板2,这样形成了一条接地回路。同时,遮蔽壳体5的接地脚53与母电路板2连接以达成另一条接地回路。本电连接器1与母电路板2所达到的多条回路的接地结构的设计,使得电连接器1可有效的防电磁干扰。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,设置于母电路板上,其包括绝缘本体、包覆于绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体、装于绝缘本体的端子模组,以及安装于端子模组的接地片,其中端子模组包括子电路板,其特征在于:所述接地片同时与遮蔽壳体、子电路板以及母电路板相连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体包括前遮蔽壳体,后遮蔽壳体以及若干连接于母电路板的接地脚,其中后遮蔽壳体设有与接地片接触的凸棱。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述子电路板设有导电片,接地片包括与导电片相连接的基部,以及连接于母电路板的接地端。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述基部的两端设有与导电片连接的弯折片。
5.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述接地片为“T”状,其水平部分为基部,竖直部分为接地端。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器设有上下两层水平排列的若干对接插口。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子模组包括中间架体以及两个前述子电路板,所述两个子电路板分别安装于中间架体的两侧。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述中间架体包括一凸柱,接地片的基部设有一可与凸柱配合的凹孔。
9.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子模组包括安装于中间架体前端以将插入对接插口的对接连接器连接至母电路板的对接模组,以及设置于中间架体底端的转接模组。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述转接模组包括若干转接端子,转接端子的一端连接于子电路板上,另一端与母电路板相连接。
