Abstract
一种地上灌溉系统软管的通用接头,包括:带有径向通孔(2)的圆柱形体(1),其至少一端(4)能通过中空内部圆柱形套管(5)和软管(20)的锁紧机构(9)与软管(20)接合,其特征在于:所述中空内部圆柱形套管(5)具有直径沿着所述至少一端(4)呈台阶(21)递减的外表面。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种软管通用接头,特别是适宜于地上灌溉系统的通用接头。
背景技术
对于灌溉大面积土地或小花园,拥有可以从水源引水至待灌溉区域的工具很重要。
管接头可以用于连接两根管或者管和源头(例如通常带有外螺纹的花园水龙头)使水安全有效地输送。
特别地,通过用阴接头与带有阳接合件的接头连接来实现与水龙头的连接。连接出口端内阳接合件的阴接头被代替用来连接出口端。
众所周知,阴接头包括带有径向通孔的圆柱形体,其第一端用于接合阳接合件,第二端包括内部圆柱形套管,用于与软管接合。
所述软管通过多个锁紧翅片由所述中空的圆柱形体上螺纹配合的环向内推进,即向着软管,而锁紧。
内部圆柱形套管的内径和外径可以是固定的或者是稍微向所述第二端连续性递减,从而不同直径的软管需要不同的阴接头。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于使接头,特别是地上灌溉系统的,能够接合不同直径的软管。
根据本实用新型,该目的是这样实现的:一种接头包括带有径向通孔的圆柱形体,其至少一端能通过中空内部圆柱形套管和所述软管的锁紧机构与软管接合,其特征在于:所述中空内部圆柱形套管具有直径沿着所述至少一端呈台阶递减的外表面。
与所述装置接合的软管直径的不同尺寸对应着每一个台阶。
显然,同一个接头可以用于不同直径的软管的连接。

具体实施方式
各图中所示的接头是阴接头,包括带有径向通孔2的圆柱形体1,具有与阳接头(图未示)连接的第一端3和与软管20连接的第二端4。
在所述第二端4,圆柱形体1具有中空内部套管5,其内表面6直径连续(接近恒定)稍微降低,外表面的直径向着所述第二端4不连续地减少,本质上是按台阶21变化。
圆柱形体1也包括弹性翅片8,用于把软管锁紧在套管5上,和所述圆柱形体1上可锁紧的外部锁紧环9,该外部锁紧环9的一端设置有倾斜收窄部分22。
在所述第一端3设置可由轴向可动外顶11操作的可动锁紧齿10,以使阴接头锁紧至阳接头上或从阳接头松开(图未示)。
软管20与接头的接合很简单:选择适合待接合管20的台阶21,并通过转动环9锁紧。所述转动使得环9的收窄部分22迫使翅片8压紧软管,从而将其锁紧。
由齿10的咬合可实现与阳接头的连接。松开则是通过操作外顶11实现。
台阶21的数量可根据套管5的长度而异。
Claims (7)
1.一种地上灌溉系统软管的通用接头,包括:带有径向通孔(2)的圆柱形体(1),其至少一端能通过中空内部圆柱形套管(5)和软管(20)的锁紧机构与软管(20)接合,其特征在于:所述中空内部圆柱形套管(5)具有直径沿着所述至少一端呈台阶(21)递减的外表面。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的接头,其特征在于:其包括可与阳接头接合的第一端(3)和可与软管(20)接合的第二端。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的接头,其特征在于:所述锁紧机构存在于与圆柱形体(1)螺纹配合的外部环内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的接头,其特征在于:其包括用于使软管(20)锁紧在内套管(5)与所述外部环之间的弹性翅片(8)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的接头,其特征在于:其包括用于在所述第一端(3)锁紧至阳接头或从阳接头松开的机构(10,11)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的接头,其特征在于:所述锁紧/松开机构(10,11)由内可动齿(10)与外部可动顶(11)组成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的接头,其特征在于:所述内部套管(5)的内表面(6)具有固定的或连续稍微递减的直径。
