本发明人发明的《电动自行车谐波减速机构》于2005年8月3日获得授予专利权,专利号为ZL 2004 2 0020086.6。在实际应用中对该项设计进行试验改进后,谐波发生器、谐波柔轮同时直接由自行车中轴支持,省略了谐波柔轮套筒,提高了该机构性能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提高原有电动自行车谐波减速机构的性能、简化结构、降低成本。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:在电动自行车谐波减速机构基础上,将电动机转子直接固定在谐波发生器套筒外径成为一体,与谐波柔轮和自行车中轴同在一个轴心,和谐波柔轮同时直接由自行车中轴支撑,谐波柔轮、谐波发生器分别由轴承支撑连接,同时在自行车中轴上运转,省略了原谐波减速机构中的谐波柔轮套筒。
本实用新型的有益效果是,省略谐波柔轮套轴增加了电动机径向空间,因此可以压缩电动机轴向尺寸,从而压缩了驱动机整体的轴向尺寸;省略谐波柔轮套轴使结构更加简单,结构刚性更好,安装更加方便,降低成本。
