本实用新型公开了一种蓄电池盖,包括中盖和其上端的片状盖板,中盖上设有含纳所有注液孔的凹槽,所述的凹槽内于两排注液孔之间设置有两道嵌槽,盖板上设有若干对与嵌槽对应配合的凸边。本实用新型结构简单、盖板与中盖的结合间隙小、密封性好、盖板安装拆卸方便,电池维护方便。

本实用新型涉及一种蓄电池盖。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池在注入电解液后需要密封,一般在电池的中盖上设计若干注液孔,通过在注液孔上套上橡胶安全阀以实现对电池内部的密封,再在安全阀上加上盖板以控制安全阀有正常的开闭阀压力,该盖板大多采用粘封或超声波焊封或热封对其位置进行固定,该结构方式的缺点是盖板卸下困难,不方便电池的使用维护。
部分蓄电池在电池中盖两侧设置嵌槽,在片状盖板侧边设置凸边,盖板与中盖间象抽屉样推入,以便电池维护时盖板可以拆卸,这种结构方便了盖板的拆卸,但是盖板易变形,极易影响到其下方的安全阀正常工作,以往的蓄电池盖是在中盖上另外增设加液帽,来保证安全阀的正常工作,但该结构方式生产加工工艺复杂,增加了产品制造成本。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、盖板与中盖的结合间隙小、密封性好、盖板安装拆卸方便,电池维护方便的蓄电池盖。
一种蓄电池盖,包括中盖和其上端的片状盖板,中盖上设有含纳所有注液孔的凹槽,所述的凹槽内于两排注液孔之间设置有两道嵌槽,盖板上设有若干对与嵌槽对应配合的凸边。
所述的凹槽内设有定位槽,盖板上对应设有定位销。
所述的凹槽边沿开设有排气口。
本实用新型结构简单、密封效果好、盖板拆卸方便,通过在中盖上设置嵌槽轨道,盖板上对应设置凸边,同时分别在凹槽和盖板上设置对应配合的定位槽和定位销,通过嵌槽和凸边的相嵌及定位槽和定位销的过赢配合来实现盖板插入后不会松动;安装时只要把盖板一侧凸边对准嵌槽插入,然后将盖板上的定位销压入中盖对应的定位槽内即可,操作方便;拆卸时用工具对准排气口撬起定位销,盖板便可卸下。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种蓄电池盖,包括中盖1和其上端的片状盖板2,如图2、3所示,中盖1上设有含纳所有注液孔11的凹槽12,凹槽12内于两排注液孔11之间设置有两道嵌槽13,如图4、5所示,盖板2上设有3对与嵌槽13对应配合的凸边21。凹槽12内设有定位槽14,盖板2上对应设有定位销22。凹槽12边沿开设有排气口15。
安装盖板2时,将盖板2的凸边21插入对应中盖1凹槽12中间的嵌槽13轨道内,象抽屉一样推入,并将盖板2上的定位销22压入对应中盖1凹槽12的定位槽14内,这样盖板2与中盖1紧密相贴,盖板2不易松动变形。
拆卸盖板2时,只需用工具对准排气口15撬起定位销22,卸下盖板2即可,操作十分方便。

1.一种蓄电池盖,包括中盖(1)和其上端的片状盖板(2),中盖(1)上设有含纳所有注液孔(11)的凹槽(12),其特征在于:所述的凹槽(12)内于两排注液孔(11)之间设置有两道嵌槽(13),盖板(2)上设有若干对与嵌槽(13)对应配合的凸边(21)。
2.如权利要求1所述的蓄电池盖,其特征在于:所述的凹槽(12)内设有若干个定位孔(14),盖板(2)上对应设有定位销(22)。
3.如权利要求1所述的蓄电池盖,其特征在于:所述的凹槽(12)边沿设有排气口(15)。
