Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种15°DC无内胎车轮的轮辋结构。它是在保证轮辋的轮缘与轮胎装配处弧度R12.7不变的情况下,将轮缘顶部由圆形改为拱形,轮缘宽度A由原来的19mm~29mm增加到29.5mm~60mm。轮辋易于加工制造且内应力小;轮缘的刚度和强度好,受力不易变形,轮胎的胎圈座不易侧滑;同时,轮缘拱形部位扩大了与受力轮胎的接触面,分担了轮辋胎圈座与轮缘的拐弯连接部位的受力,使该部位不易变形、断裂,轮胎的胎圈座不易侧滑,提高了行车安全性。

本实用新型涉及一种15°DC无内胎车轮的轮辋断面结构,尤其是涉及一种15°DC无内胎车轮轮辋的轮缘断面结构。
背景技术
15°DC无内胎车轮的轮辋是汽车车轮的主要组成部分,轮辋的轮缘断面结构的合理性,直接影响到轮辋的强度、轮胎的固定及汽车行驶的安全性。现有的15°DC无内胎车轮轮辋因其轮缘断面结构设计存在不合理性,造成轮辋刚性和强度不够而易出现变形,轮辋胎圈座与轮缘的拐弯连接部位受力过于集中而易出现变形和断裂,导致轮胎的胎圈座侧滑甚至脱出轮辋的轮缘,从而影响到车轮的使用及行车的安全。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,是克服现有技术中的不足,提供了一种15°DC无内胎车轮拱形轮缘的轮辋。
本实用新型的方技术案是:在轮辋与轮胎的配合部位,保证轮辋的轮缘与轮胎装配处弧度R12.7不变情况下,将轮缘顶部由圆形改为拱形,轮缘宽度A由原来的19mm~29mm增加到29.5mm~60mm。
本实用新型的优点在于:(1)轮辋的轮缘加宽,易于加工制造且内应力小;(2)轮缘的刚度和强度好,受力不易变形,轮胎的胎圈座不易侧滑;(3)轮缘拱形部位扩大了与受力轮胎的接触面,分担了轮辋胎圈座与轮缘的拐弯连接部位的受力,使该部位不易变形、断裂,轮胎的胎圈座不易侧滑,提高了行车安全性。

本实用新型是由拱形轮缘、胎圈座及槽底三个部分组成,它是这样实施的:
实施例1:按照本实用新型的槽底4、胎圈座35及宽度29.5mm拱形轮缘17的轮辋断面结构,预先设计制造磙型模具,然后把磙型模具安装在磙压成型机上;将钢板裁切、卷圆、焊接成钢桶,尔后套在磙压成型机的磙型模具上,启动磙压成型机,利用磙型模具将钢桶磙压成型为本实用新型。
实施例2:按照本实用新型的槽底4、胎圈座35及宽度45mm拱形轮缘17的轮辋断面结构,预先设计制造磙型模具,然后把磙型模具安装在磙压成型机上;将钢板裁切、卷圆、焊接成钢桶,尔后套在磙压成型机的磙型模具上,启动磙压成型机,利用磙型模具将钢桶磙压成型为本实用新型。
实施例3:按照本实用新型的槽底4、胎圈座35及宽度60mm拱形轮缘17的轮辋断面结构,预先设计制造磙型模具,然后把磙型模具安装在磙压成型机上;将钢板裁切、卷圆、焊接成钢桶,尔后套在磙压成型机的磙型模具上,启动磙压成型机,利用磙型模具将钢桶磙压成型为本实用新型。
实施例4:轧钢厂按照本实用新型的槽底4、胎圈座35及宽度29.5mm拱形轮缘17的轮辋断面结构,预先设计制造出型钢模具;将型钢模具安装在轧机上,尔后,利用热轧工艺将钢坯轧制成为本实用新型断面结构的轮辋型钢;该轮辋型钢经裁切、卷圆、焊接等工序加工成为本实用新型。
实施例5:轧钢厂按照本实用新型的槽底4、胎圈座35及宽度45mm拱形轮缘17的轮辋断面结构,预先设计制造出型钢模具;将型钢模具安装在轧机上,尔后,利用热轧工艺将钢坯轧制成为本实用新型断面结构的轮辋型钢;该轮辋型钢经裁切、卷圆、焊接等工序加工成为本实用新型。
实施例6:轧钢厂按照本实用新型的槽底4胎圈座35及宽度60mm拱形轮缘17的轮辋断面结构,预先设计制造出型钢模具;将型钢模具安装在轧机上,尔后,利用热轧工艺将钢坯轧制成为本实用新型断面结构的轮辋型钢;该轮辋型钢经裁切、卷圆、焊接等工序加工成为本实用新型。
