本实用新型公开一种柔性扁平线缆(10),其包括若干平行排列的导体(20)及包覆于导体(20)外的绝缘体(30),柔性扁平线缆插接部(40)上的导体(20)末端上有一倒角(201),该结构特征可使柔性扁平线缆(10)与插拔式连接器(70)更容易进行相互插拔。

柔性扁平线缆
【技术领域】
本实用新型是有关一种柔性扁平线缆,尤其是指一种易于与插拔式连接器相互插拔的柔性扁平线缆(FFC)。
【背景技术】
柔性扁平线缆(FFC)为一种讯号传输组件,本身具有可任意挠曲、高速讯号传输能力等优点,目前广泛应用于许多电子产品中,且可直接与插拔式连接器相互插拔。
日本特许公开第JP2003-036709号专利揭示了FFC直接与插拔式连接器相互插拔的技术,FFC插接部的导体与插拔式连接器的导电端子相抵接,使FFC与插拔式连接器达成电性连接而完成信号传输的需求。
然而,上述公开专利所揭示的实施方式会产生一些问题,即当施加较大力于FFC使其与插拔式连接器插接时,插拔式连接器内的导电端子容易受到导体较大的截面磨擦力,从而使导体受到导电端子较大的反作用力,使导体易于翻折或断裂,导致FFC与插拔式连接器无法正常完成电性连接,且由于FFC插接部导体的翻折或断裂,使FFC无法再次使用,故,造成了较大的损失。
因此,需要一种改进的柔性扁平线缆来克服现有技术的不足。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种柔性扁平线缆,使其能够与插拔式连接器的相互插拔更方便可靠。
为达成上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种柔性扁平线缆,包括若干平行排列的导体及包覆于导体外的绝缘体,柔性扁平线缆插接部上的导体末端设有倒角。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型柔性扁平线缆的优点在于:柔性扁平线缆插接部上导体末端的倒角具有导引作用,可减小插拔式连接器内导电端子所受的截面磨擦力,避免导体受到导电端子较大的反作用力而使导体折翻,使导电端子容易与导体相互抵接。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图3,本实用新型柔性扁平线缆10包括若干平行排列的扁平导体20及包覆于扁平导体20外的绝缘体30。扁平导体20的横截面为截面相同的矩形状。绝缘体30可通过在导体20上、下表面压合的方式包覆于导体20,也可通过压出成型的方式包覆于导体20。绝缘体30上表面301的中部设置有一遮蔽层50,主要用于防止信号传输时的电磁干扰(Electro MagneticInterference,EMI)。
请参阅图1、图2、图4及图5,柔性扁平线缆10两侧端P1、P2上形成与插拔式连接器70相互插拔的插接部40,插接部40上的导体20露在绝缘体30外。插接部40的绝缘体30下表面302上设有加强板60,该加强板60包括两部分,水平部601粘贴于插接部40绝缘体30下表面302,该部分用以增加插接部40的强度,与插接部40一同插入插拔式连接器70的收容空间701,由水平部601向左下角方向延伸弯折一角度而形成弯折部602,该弯折部602使操作人员更好握持,便于插拔。
请参阅图4及图5,通过压具所作的二次加工,本实用新型柔性扁平线缆10插接部40上的导体20的末端形成一倒角201,该倒角可设置成一斜角,也可设置成具有一定弧度的圆角。插接部40上导体20的倒角201具有导引作用,当操作人员握住加强板60的弯折部602将柔性扁平线缆10插入插拔式连接器70时,插拔式连接器70内的导电端子80的接触部801首先与插接部40的导体20末端的倒角201相抵接,由于倒角201的导引作用,此时导电端子80所受到导体20的截面磨擦力会很小,不会产生导体20被导电端子80反作用力折翻的情形,这样可使柔性扁平线缆10插接部40顺利的与插拔式连接器70相插接,而达成电性连接。当操作人员握住加强板60的弯折部602,远离插拔式连接器70方向水平施力,可将柔性扁平线缆10插接部40拔出插拔式连接器70的收容空间701,使柔性扁平线缆10与插拔式连接器70相分离。

Claims (9)

1.一种柔性扁平线缆,包括若干平行排列的导体及包覆于导体外的绝缘体,其特征在于:柔性扁平线缆插接部上的导体末端设有倒角。
2.如权利要求1所述的柔性扁平线缆,其特征在于:该倒角为一斜角。
3.如权利要求1所述的柔性扁平线缆,其特征在于:该倒角为一具有弧度的圆角。
4.如权利要求1所述的柔性扁平线缆,其特征在于:柔性扁平线缆插接部绝缘体下表面有一加强板。
5.如权利要求4所述的柔性扁平线缆,其特征在于:该加强板包括设置于插接部绝缘体下表面的水平部及与水平部构成一定角度的弯折部。
6.如权利要求1所述的柔性扁平线缆,其特征在于:该绝缘体包括压合于导体上、下表面的两绝缘层。
7.如权利要求1所述的柔性扁平线缆,其特征在于:该绝缘体是一体压出成型于导体外。
8.如权利要求1所述的柔性扁平线缆,其特征在于:该绝缘体上表面中部设置有一遮蔽层。
9.如权利要求1所述的柔性扁平线缆,其特征在于:该导体横截面为矩形状。
