Abstract

技术领域：
本发明涉及中草药领域，尤其是涉及防治痰多型哮喘病效果十分理想的一种治疗痰多型哮喘病的内服中药。
背景技术：
哮喘病是指因气管和支气管对各种刺激物的刺激不能适应，而引起的支气管平滑肌痉挛，粘膜肿胀，分泌物增加，从而导致支气管管腔狭窄所反应的一种疾病，其基本症状为痰鸣气喘，呼吸困难，不能平卧，胸闷等。痰多型哮喘病的症状表现为：除哮喘病基本症状外，伴见以痰多为主导的明显症状。目前，国内外治疗痰多型哮喘病的方法较多，如西药治疗法，常用药有普米克、舒喘灵、喘乐宁等；如中药治疗法，常用药有珠贝定喘丸、桂龙咳喘宁、百合固金丸等。但是，在治愈率、治疗手段、治疗费用等方面难以达到满意的效果。
经检索未发现有与本发明相同的配方。
发明内容：
本发明采用的治疗方法为中草药汤剂治疗法。
本发明的目的在于克服目前在治疗痰多型哮喘病上的不足之处，并提供一种取材容易、制备方便、费用低廉且治愈率较高的治疗痰多型哮喘病的中草药汤剂药物及制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种治疗痰多型哮喘病的内服中药，其药物是由下述重量份的原料制成的：杏仁、地龙各18-20克，射干、全蝎、僵蚕、陈皮、桃仁各13-15克，麻黄、莱菔子、瓜蒌各8-10克。
一种治疗痰多型哮喘病的内服中药，其药物的制备方法为：先将配比量杏仁、地龙、射干、全蝎、僵蚕、陈皮、桃仁、麻黄、莱菔子、瓜蒌等中草药放入煎药器具内，加入符合生活饮用水标准的洁净水，加水量以超过药面2-3cm为度。入煎前将上述中草药浸泡半小时，使其充分湿润，以利药汁充分煎出。然后，用武(猛)火煮沸再改用文(微)火煎熬。当煎熬15分钟左右停止，除去药渣，取汤剂即成。
本发明内服中药里：杏仁具有祛痰止咳、平喘作用；地龙具有清热、止喘、通络作用；射干具有清热解毒、利咽消痰作用；全蝎具有止痉、熄风作用；僵蚕具有祛风解痉、化痰散结作用；陈皮具有理气健脾、燥湿化痰作用；桃仁具有活血祛瘀作用；麻黄具有发汗、平喘作用；莱菔子具有下气、消食化痰作用；瓜蒌具有润肺、化痰、散结作用。上述中草药经有机组合、辩证配伍和相互辅佐，增强了该药物调理肺气、化痰止喘的功效，从而达到治愈痰多型哮喘病的目的。
使用本发明的治疗痰多型哮喘病的内服中药治疗痰多型哮喘病有如下特点：取材容易、制备方便、费用低廉、见效快。
服用方法：
1、药量：每日一剂。将头煎、二煎两次煎成的汤剂混合后，分两次服用。
2、服药时间：上、下午各一次，在饭后两小时服药。
3、药温控制：温服。
禁忌事项：
治疗、服药期间禁忌食油炸粘腻、寒冷固硬、不易消化及有刺激性的食物。
具体实施方式：

治疗效果：
疗效标准：一种治疗痰多型哮喘病的内服中药治疗痰多型哮喘病之疗效判断主要依据于痰多型哮喘病症状是否消失。服药8天为1个疗程。具体疗效分以下三级：治愈——痰多型哮喘病症状全部消失；好转——痰多型哮喘病症状部分消失和减轻；无效——服药1个疗程后，痰多型哮喘病症状毫无消失。
效果：用该药物治疗痰多型哮喘病患者21例，治疗1个疗程，其中治愈17例，好转4例，治愈率为81％，有效率为100％。
典型病例：
钱某某，男，56岁，农民。2002年5月就诊。患者自述有哮喘病已2年多，近几天咳嗽加重，痰特别多，且咯出困难。诊查发现患者双肺喘鸣明显。诊断为痰多型哮喘病。采用本发明内服中药，先服4剂，症状大有改善，继而又服4剂，诸症状消失。3个月后追访，未见复发。
