Abstract
预先登记由邮件地址(MAD)和关键字(KWD)构成的读出登记数据(YTD),在接收邮件的发信人地址与读出的登记数据(YTD)的邮件地址(MAD)一致,并且在邮件中包含与邮件地址(MAD)相对应的关键字(KWD)的情况下,从地址本检索与发信人地址相对应的电话号码并在显示单元(4)中显示,同时进行接收通知,响应于摘机操用声音合成并读出接收邮件的内容。由此,在接收具有预先指定属性的邮件的情况下,装了用类似的声音接收的通知方式。实现能够以与通常声音接收相同的方式确认接收邮件内容的通信终端装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种能以与通常声音接收相同的方式确认接收的邮件内容的通信终端装置和通信终端处理程序。
背景技术
现在,在很多携带电话等的通信终端装置中采用的邮件系统,当邮件到达网络上的服务器的时刻,服务器侧使用短消息业务(SMS)来通知携带电话已收到邮件。携带电话侧通过接收该SMS来启动邮件箱(mailer),获取服务器上的邮件并且向用户报知该接收。近年来,在这样的邮件系统中,正在开发如下追求便利性的各种各样的邮件功能:为有视力障碍的用户用声音读出邮件内容的技术,和例如专利文献1公开的那样,在从预先指定的地址接收包含规定关键字的邮件的情况下,将该邮件判断为“紧急邮件”的发明等。
但是,在上述具有邮件功能的携带电话等的通信终端装置中存在如下问题。
(a)虽然通过邮件功能的多功能化,一般来说会提高更利性,但是越是增加新邮件功能,就越需要不同于通常声音通话接收时的终端操作,其结果是对不擅长复杂操作的用户(老人和孩子),尤其是对有视力障碍的用户来说,存在使用困难的问题。
(b)由于收到的邮件内容什么时候看都可以而让人觉得以后再看也行的原因,所以还存在这样的弊端,即,例如在开会和商谈中检查邮件是会遭到别人讨厌的。

发明内容
在此,本发明正是鉴于上述原因而提出的,其目的在于提供一种能够以与通常声音接收相同的方式确认接收的邮件内容的通信终端装置以及通信终端处理程序。

具体实施方式
下面,参考附图对本发明的一实施方式进行说明。
A.构成
图1是表示作为一实施方式的携带电话1的结构的框图。携带电话1例如具有折叠开关型的主体构造,在该主体外壳(图中没有示出)中设置有发送接收用的天线2、发出声音用的扬声器3、由彩色液晶面板等构成的显示单元4、键盘输入单元5、声音输入用的麦克风6、可在自由装卸媒体中读出及写入数据的存储卡7、拍摄图像的照相机8、通知接收的扬声器9以及通过振动通知接收的振荡器(vibrator)10。
在键盘输入单元5中,设置有各种专用开关和分配各种功能的功能开关。作为代表性的专用开关,设置有用来打开关闭电源的电源开关、在通话开始/线路挂断时操作的摘机(offhook)/挂机(on hook)开关等。无线发送接收单元11,一方面将通过天线2接收的高频信号放大并输出到下一段的无线信号处理单元12中,另一方面从无线信号处理单元12输出的发送信号被高频放大,并从天线2发射出去。无线信号处理单元12,一方面解调由无线发送接收单元11放大的高频信号,另一方面,产生调制由控制单元13供给的发送数据的发送信号。控制单元13通过系统总线进行命令和数据的授受来控制该装置整体。进一步详述与本发明要旨相关的控制单元13的动作。加入者信息存储单元14具备将接收日期和接收电话号码等作为履历记录的接收履历区域和将发送日期和发送电话号码等作为履历记录的发送履历区域。
系统ROM15除了存储由控制单元13执行的程序之外,还存储了人声音数据、各种原始数据以及各种图像数据等。其中,由控制单元13执行的程序包含后述主程序以及邮件接收处理。此外,存储于系统ROM15中的各种图像数据是用于形成后述的待受画面或号码输入画面的数据。存储器16具有工作领域、邮件领域和数据领域。在存储器16的工作领域,暂时存储了控制单元13执行各种处理中所使用的寄存器·标志数据。此外,在工作领域中,设置了图像缓冲区域来暂时存储由照相机8提供的摄像数据。
存储器16的邮件区域具有地址本区域AE、读出记录数据区域YE、保存新作成邮件的新作成区域、保存接收邮件的接收BOX以及保存发送结束邮件的发送BOX。如图2所示,在地址本区域AE中登记了由姓名D1、电话号码D2、携带号码D3以及邮件地址D4构成的地址本数据AD。如图3所示,在读出登记数据区域YE中,登记了由邮件地址MAD和关键字KWD构成的读出登记数据YTD。读出登记数据YTD是用来判断在邮件接收时是否装了用相似声音通知接收的方式的数据,关于其的详细描述在后述的邮件接收处理动作说明中进行描述。
声音信号处理单元17,将通话中的声音数据D/A转换为声音信号并使从扬声器3发出声音,同时将从麦克风6输入的声音信号A/D转换为声音数据,并输入到控制单元13。此外,声音处理单元17,根据控制单元13的指示,使用存储在系统ROM中的人声音数据,按照读出已接收的邮件内容那样进行声音合成,并对其输出进行D/A转换,使从扬声器3发出声音。驱动器18驱动照相机8具备的LED(发光元件)、接收通知用的扬声器9以及振荡器10。驱动器19按照来自控制单元13的指示来显示驱动显示单元4。驱动器20根据来自控制单元13的指示对存储卡7进行数据读写。存储卡7具备摄像数据区域和数据区域,其中摄像数据区域将从图像缓冲区(存储器16的工作领域)传送的摄像数据作为图像文件来进行存储,数据区域存储从外部装置输入的图像数据和音调数据。输入输出接口21在控制单元13的控制下,在由USB电缆等的串行接口连接的外部设备之间授受数据。
B.动作
下面,参照图4~图5对作为上述结构的携带电话1的动作,控制单元13执行的主程序以及邮件接收处理的各种动作进行说明。
(1)主程序的动作
如果响应于电源开关的操作,携带电话1通电,则控制单元13就执行图4所示的主程序。如果执行主程序,则控制单元13就对图4中所示步骤SA1进行处理,进行初始化携带电话1的各单元的初始化。如果初始化完成,就进入步骤SA2,在显示单元4中显示基于系统ROM15中的出厂(factory)预置的待受画面数据形成的待受画面。其次,在步骤SA3,判断有无摘机开关接通的操作。在待受画面显示状态,如果用户为了开始通话而接通操作摘机开关,则判断结果为“是”,从而进入步骤SA4。
在步骤SA4,在显示单元4中显示的画面从待受画面变为号码输入画面,在号码输入画面中显示响应于拨号开关操作而输入的发送电话号码,同时执行寄存器设定号码的号码输入处理。其次,在步骤SA5~SA6中,基于通过上述号码输入处理而寄存器设定的发送电话号码来执行发送和呼出通知。因此,响应于呼出通知,如果被呼方摘机线路连接,则步骤SA7的判断结果为“是”,从而进入步骤SA8,执行通话处理。其后,直到接通操作挂机开关之前一直继续步骤SA8的通话处理。所以,如果通话结束,用户接通操作挂机开关,则步骤SA9的判断结果就变为“是”,进入步骤SA10,在执行切断线路的结束通话处理之后,返回到步骤SA2的处理,并恢复到待受画面显示状态。
并且,在待受画面显示状态中接通操作功能选择开关的情况下,上述步骤SA3的判断结果就变为“否”,进入步骤SA11,执行对应功能选择开关的操作选择的其它处理(例如邮件功能等)。所以,如果其它处理完成,则返回到上述的步骤SA2的处理并恢复到待收显示状态。
(2)邮件接收处理动作
下面,参考图5说明邮件接收处理的动作。如果在上述主程序执行中,存在邮件接收,则控制单元13就插入执行本处理,并可以进行图5所示的步骤SB1。在步骤SB1中,在设置于存储器16的邮件区域的接收BOX中存储接收到的邮件。接着,在步骤SB2中,判断与存储于接收BOX中的接收邮件的发信人地址一致的邮件地址MAD(指定地址)是否被登记到存储器16的读出登记数据区域YE(参照图3)中,即判断是否是来自于指定地址的邮件。如果不是来自于指定地址的邮件,则判断结果是“否”,进入步骤SB3,在进行一定时间的邮件接收通知之后,就完成了本处理,执行通常的邮件接收动作。
另一方面,如果是来自于指定地址的邮件,那么上述步骤SB2的判断结果就是“是”,从而进入步骤SB4。在步骤SB4中,判断在接收BOX中存储的接收邮件的分类名和文本中是否包含对应于指定地址的关键字KWD(指定关键字:特定语句)。如果是不包含指定关键字的邮件,则判断结果是“否”,通过上述步骤SB3来执行通常的邮件接收动作。相反,如果接收的邮件的分类名和文本中包含指定的关键字,则判断结果为“是”,进入步骤SB5。
在步骤SB5中,检索具有与接收邮件的发信人地址一致的邮件地址D4的地址本数据AD是否被登记在存储器16的地址本区域AE中。接着,在步骤SB6,基于检索的地址本数据AD中的邮件地址D4的域名来判断是“携带邮件”或“网络邮件”中的哪一个,在“携带邮件”的情况下,判断对应的携带号码(携带电话号码)D3是否被登记,而在“网络邮件”的情况下,判断电话号码(固定电话号码)D2是否被登记。
在对应于邮件地址D4的电话号码D2或者携带号码D3被登记的情况下,判断结果为“是”,进入步骤SB7,从地址本区域中抽出该电话号码。另一方面,在对应于邮件地址D4的电话号码没有被登记的情况下,也就是“携带邮件”的携带号码D3没有被登记,或者“网络邮件”的电话号码D2也没有没被登记的情况下,上述步骤SB6的判断结果为“否”,进入步骤SB8,作成对应于邮件类别的电话号码。例如在“携带邮件”的情况下,作成开始于表示根据其域判断的携带载体(carrier)的事业者代码的规定电话号码,在“网络邮件”情况下,作成表示作为“网络邮件”目的的特定电话号码。
接着,在步骤SB9中,在显示单元4中显示由上述步骤SB7抽出的电话号码或者在上述步骤SB8中作成的电话号码,接着在步骤SB10中,直到摘机开关被执行接通操作时,才鸣动接收声音。所以,如果摘机开关被执行接通操作,则步骤SB11的判断结果就变为“是”,进入步骤SB12,按照通过声音合成在接收BOX中存储的接收邮件内容来再生那样来指示声音信号处理单元17。由此,通过扬声器3,接收到的邮件文本以人的声音被读出来。一旦读完,则步骤SB13的判断结果就变为“是”,使本处理结束,返回到上述的邮件主程序处理。
如上所述,根据本实施方式,将由邮件地址MAD和关键字KWD构成的读出登记数据YTD登记在存储器16的读出登记数据区域YE中,收到邮件的发信人的地址与读出的登记数据YTD的邮件地址MAD一致,且邮件中包含与邮件地址MAD对应的关键字KWD的情况下,由于可从地址本检索与发信人地址对应的电话号码并在显示单元4中显示,同时进行接收通知,并响应于摘机操作而声音合成接收邮件的内容进行读出,所以具有预先指定属性的邮件在接收的情况下装了类似声音接收的通知方式,从而可以与通常的声音接收相同的方式来确认邮件的内容。由此,即使不擅长复杂操作的用户(老人和孩子),尤其是有视力障碍的用户也能够简单地确认邮件内容。并且,即使在会议和商谈中,通过安装了通常的声音接收而对周围要求紧急性时,也能够避免因检查邮件而遭到别人讨厌的可能性。
此外,在上述实施例中,读出的内容不限于邮件文本,在发信人的姓名D1作为地址本数据AD被登记的情况下,也可即读出那个名字D1又读出邮件的分类名。
此外,在本实施方式中,虽然将由邮件地址MAD和关键字KWD构成的读出登记数据YTD作为用于判断在邮件接收时是否装了以相似的声音接收通知邮件的方式的条件,但是不限于此,例如,也可把邮件接收时刻和日期设定为判断条件,也可发信人方对发送邮件赋予表示是否装了类似声音接收通知方式的属性。
此外,在上述的实施方式中,虽然是采用由邮件地址MAD和关键字KWD构成的读出登记数据YTD,但是不局限于此,也可是仅仅用邮件地址MAD构成读出登记数据YTD。这种情况下,如果收到的邮件的发信人地址与读出的登记数据YTD的邮件地址MAD一致,则从地址本中检索对应于发信人地址的电话号码,并在显示单元4中显示,同时进行接收通知,并响应于摘机操作,声音合成并读出接收的邮件内容。
此外,在由邮件地址MAD和关键字KWD构成的读出登记数据YTD中,没有登记关键字KWD而仅仅登记了邮件地址MAD的情况下,也可把该被登记的邮件地址MAD使用在用于判断是否装了类似声音接收通知方式的条件中。
Claims (5)
1、一种通信终端装置,其特征在于,具备:
属性存储机构,其用于存储预先登记的特定属性;
邮件接收机构,其接收邮件;
通知机构,其判断通过所述邮件接收机构接收的邮件是否具有所述属性存储机构中存储的特定属性,并且在判断具有特定属性的情况下以声音接收的通知方式来进行通知;和
读出机构,其响应于所述通知机构在进行接收通知时的摘机操作,声音合成并读出通过所述邮件接收机构接收的邮件的内容。
2、一种通信终端装置,其特征在于,具备:
邮件接收机构,其接收邮件;
判断机构,其判断通过所述邮件接收机构接收的邮件是否被赋予表示装了声音接收通知方式的相似接收属性;
通知机构,其在通过所述判断机构判断赋予了相似接收属性的情况下,以声音接收的通知方式来进行通知;和
读出机构,其响应于在所述通知机构进行接收通知时的摘机操作,通过所述邮件接收机构声音合成并读出接收到的邮件内容。
3、一种通信终端装置,其特征在于,具备:
存储机构,其用于存储至少具有邮件地址的读出登记数据;
个人信息存储机构,其存储至少由邮件地址和电话号码构成的个人信息;
邮件接收机构,其接收邮件;
通知机构,其在由所述邮件接收机构接收到的接收邮件的发信人地址与所述存储机构中存储的读出登记数据的邮件地址一致的情况下,从所述个人信息存储机构检索与该接收邮件的发信人地址一致的邮件地址对应的电话号码并显示,并且以声音接收的通知方式来进行通知;和
读出机构,其响应于所述通知机构接收通知时的摘机操作,声音合成并读出由所述邮件接收机构接收的接收邮件的内容。
4、一种通信终端装置,其特征在于,具备:
存储机构,其存储与邮件地址和关键字相对应的读出登记数据;
个人信息存储机构,其存储至少由邮件地址和电话号码组成的个人信息;
邮件接收机构,其接收邮件;
通知机构,其在由所述邮件接收机构接收到的接收邮件的发信人地址与所述存储机构中存储的读出登记数据的邮件地址一致并且在接收邮件中存在与该邮件地址对应的关键字的情况下,从所述个人信息存储机构中检索与该接收邮件的发信人地址一致的邮件地址相对应的电话号码并显示,同时以声音接收的通知方式来进行通知;和
读出机构,其响应于所述通知机构进行接收通知时的摘机操作,声音合成并读出由所述邮件接收机构接收的接收邮件的内容。
5、根据权利要求3所述的通信终端装置,其特征在于,
所述通知机构,在与接收邮件的发信人地址一致的邮件地址为携带邮件地址的情况下,从所述个人信息存储机构检索所对应的携带电话号码并显示,另一方面,在与接收邮件的发信人地址一致的邮件地址为携带邮件地址以外的情况下,从所述个人信息存储机构检索所对应的固定电话号码并显示。
