背景技术
产品的转移,特别是大批产品从一个地方转移到另一个地方,可以通过不同的用具实现,其选择取决于不同的参数,例如运输的距离,每单位时间中的运输量等等。通常来说,带式输送机包括一个环带,该环带沿着一连串由支座支撑的辊子安装。
当这些环带式输送机运送大量的产品时,必须将带的工作部分制成V或U形,以便在其全部的行程中构成容纳产品的沟或槽。目前,为了获得这种V或U形,该带使用了沿着轨道的长度所设置的支撑辊组及通向所述轨道的侧面。
这种组件的几何定位确定了该带的凹度及所需的轮廓。
通常来说,对于该导向组件,使用一个中心水平辊和两个或多个侧向辊,这些侧向辊相对于水平面倾斜从而抬高了该环带的边缘。
接近不同的辊子并不容易,在运输重材料的情况下,灰尘的存在必然增加服务性的工作。相关的停机时间非常长,这是由于有必要移开保持辊子轴的支座以便能够松开该辊子。
发明内容
本发明计划提供对前述特定问题的解决方案。为了这个目的,本发明的主题是一种用于输送机辊子的保持装置,在该输送机辊子上装有环带,其中,该装置的特征在于,该辊子装在倾斜支撑件上。
本发明还涉及安装有所述保持装置的输送机,其包括一个环带、至少一个水平辊和用于输送机辊子的保持装置,该环带在横轴上的轮廓由所述至少一个水平辊和位于所述水平辊的任一侧的两个弯曲横向表面来确定,所述水平辊安装在倾斜的支撑件上,其中,所述水平辊具有工作位置和维修位置,在所述工作位置,所述水平辊位于固定位置,在该固定位置处,可以将所述水平辊靠在所述环带上并支撑所述环带,在所述维修位置,将所述水平辊向下倾斜以将其从所述环带处移走。

具体实施方式
通过参考附图,可以看到带式或条形输送机1。通常来说,输送机1包括:一个环形运输表面3,其受支架2的承载,在一个形成一种轮廓例如曲线的导向表面4上移动。
作为一个示例,该导向表面通过辊子7而成形。
在图1示出的示例中,安装在环带或环形表面3上的是盖5,盖5可以是铰接在其上的,从而可以构成一个封闭容积6。将该运输环形表面3的边缘抬高以形成沟,该沟的设计能容纳放置在输送机上的大量的材料。已知的张紧装置和驱动源提供环带的运动。所运输的材料在两端开口的沟道中移动。该带在横轴上的曲率或轮廓由水平辊7和位于前述辊或其他辊的任一侧的两个弯曲横向表面8来确定。
为了便于维修,将水平辊7安装在倾斜支撑件13上,这样就允许水平辊7能够被快速地松开以便于使其更换。在工作位置,该辊7位于固定位置,在该位置处,可以将其靠在带上并支撑带。
在维修位置,将辊子向下倾斜以将其从带处移走。作为一个示例,该支撑件包括两个颊板13A,每个颊板具有一个切口14,该切口14允许水平辊的旋转轴滑入其中。
切口14的设计使得辊轴从上部接合。该切口朝着上部开口。
因此当抬高支撑件时,辊子在带的下方。因此该辊子7不能从这些切口中脱离。这些切口14可以朝着前方或底部开口。
承载辊子的横向构件装有保护性的防止进入装置15。有利的是,该支撑件具有该保护性的防止进入装置15,限制了将衣服卷入辊子和带中的危险。其包括位于辊子上游的板15。这些设置非常有利于技术服务。
事实上,将支撑件倾斜后,通过从环带处将辊子移走使辊子变得更容易接近。辊子也有可能在其轴上自由地转动,以前并不是这种情况。该技术方面对布置在基本为平的平面或弯曲平面上的任何带式输送机起作用。
根据所描述的执行方法,描述了一种具有弯曲轮廓的输送机。如可以看到的那样,每个侧向表面8沿侧向延伸并超出放置环带的表面。至少在局部上,将至少一个横向表面8至少局部地放置在支架快速连接装置9上,从而构成一种快速提供开口的通道门。
快速连接装置意味着一个锁紧件或大螺距螺杆,这与需要很长时间甚至要10分钟松开的一组螺钉相对比。因此侧向表面8除了通道门作用外还具有引导环带的作用。
在轨道的整个长度上,由侧壁形成的侧向表面是连续的。无疑可以设置缺口,但是这将降低容纳的效率。
因此用盖5可以构成一个封闭管,然而其要在底部包括一个开口。该开口位于沿轨道设置的水平辊的位置。
优选地,该可移动的侧向表面8应该由导向元件10支撑,该导向元件10用来使其在两个预先确定的位置之间移动。通过一个被操作或松开的简单锁紧件来执行锁紧动作。在第一种执行方法中,这些导向元件10能够由至少一个滑块(slide)和其导板(runner)进行侧面导向。
根据另一种方法,通过至少一个铰链使侧壁的每一个元件8固定,从而可以绕在安装过程中确定的轴倾斜或旋转。已经将该配置表示为一个与环带的运动轴平行的轴向接合的装置。铰链设置在侧壁的底部。
该铰链可以位于垂直轴上,每个侧壁用作一个单扇门。只需将承载该弯曲侧面的支撑件倾斜以清除通向带的通道。
该方面允许使输送机的侧壁的一部分非常容易地移动,以便获得通向材料容纳管内部的通道。同样,如果将材料引入位于带的下面和弯曲侧向表面的上面之间的空间,其通过辊子和弯曲侧向表面之间的空隙而存在。优选地,该侧向表面8应该在所有的点处都可以取下。
如图所示,侧向表面8的活动面包括至少两个平面或曲面,在该平面或曲面之间形成一个使带在其侧向运动中停止的拐点12。实际上,在其运动的过程中,带并非严格保持为轴向运动,而且带沿横向运动。因此,当带的边缘遇到拐点时,越出该拐点的力必须增加,由于反作用力的现象,带在相反的方向上开始向后。
例如,侧壁可以由刚制成。至少侧向表面的工作表面略微粗糙。有助于滑动运动的材料层可以覆盖侧向表面。如可以看出的那样,将盖抬高以增加管的容量并限制超压力。
通过可移动的紧固装置例如锁紧件,将具有侧向表面的侧壁的自由边缘8A紧固地连接在盖上。
该倾斜保持装置在绕轴旋转中被导向,由例如螺钉所形成的锁紧件将倾斜支撑件锁定在位于带上的辊子的工作位置上。
Claims (7)
1.一种输送机,其包括一个环带、至少一个水平辊和用于输送机辊子的保持装置,该环带在横轴上的轮廓由所述至少一个水平辊和位于所述水平辊的任一侧的两个弯曲横向表面来确定,所述水平辊安装在倾斜的支撑件上,其中,所述水平辊具有工作位置和维修位置,在所述工作位置,所述水平辊位于固定位置,在该固定位置处,可以将所述水平辊靠在所述环带上并支撑所述环带,在所述维修位置,将所述水平辊向下倾斜以将其从所述环带处移走。
