Description

具有滑动套筒和夹钳的连接器
本发明涉及一种用于传输气态和/或液态流体、尤其用于充注汽车燃料箱的连接器(Anschluβkupplung)。
用这种连接器应达到将流体从一压力源,例如从一加油设备出发向一汽车安全和快速连接地输送。在这里特别重要的是简单而安全的可操作性,即使在加油和连接压力为200bar和更高时,仍能顺利操作。
在申请人的WO 98/05898中介绍了一种这类连接器,其中,快速连接器具有一个带有流体进口及流体出口的外壳以及设有多个阀,以保证可靠密封该快速连接器,直至完全建立连接。在装上快速连接器后,通过旋转一控制杆按一预定顺序接通这些阀,其中首先通过将快速连接器推上一螺纹接套来打开排放阀,然后,在控制杆进一步运动时闭合所述用作锁紧件的夹钳以及最后打开进口阀。在这里控制杆通过一偏心轴与所述为夹钳加载的滑动套筒以及与一密封活塞接合,该密封活塞在插塞离合器完成连接后也释放流体进口。
对所述夹钳的稳定的支撑和可靠的导引尤其在高压力时具有重要的意义,因为通过这些夹钳传递所述连接器的全部连接力。
虽然业已证明所述已知的连接器具有其特别可靠的连接可能性,但是在连接时在其操作性方面以及与例如相对于不同气体类型的不同压力范围相适配性方面还有待于改进。
因此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是创造一种尤其是作为前言所述类型的快速连接器的连接器,该连接器在具有稳固结构的同时能实现特别方便的操作和可连接性。
上述技术问题通过一种按照权利要求1特征部分所述的连接器得以解决。本发明的优选扩展设计是从属权利要求的内容。
所建议的连接器尤其适合用于在为天然气汽车加气的快速连接器中,在这里得到一种特别稳固的结构方式,因为所述夹钳也已经在连接过程中沿侧向切线方向在纵向槽中可靠地导引以及因此在连接过程中沿切向或侧向不会或几乎不能避让。由此可靠地避免夹钳“倾斜地”装接在螺纹接套上或者夹钳“弯曲”或被损害。
尤其是所述夹钳在优选的实施方式中以紧密的侧向配合被嵌入到所述纵向槽中,使得这些夹钳克服切向力地保持稳定。此外,所述夹钳由于其处于较深的位置而很好地防止被污染,这导致非常可靠的可操作性。
通过集成组合在所述导向套筒的前端上的定心斜面达到在连接过程中可靠的导向作用以及进而实现可靠地连接所述连接器。由此保证简便的可操作性,因此即使外行也能顺利地连接此连接器。此外,为了与一规定的螺纹接套相匹配而采用的元件可以快速而简便地更换,以便实现在优化的组合形式中有大的可变化性。
一环绕一密封活塞的刮削环在此具有非常独特的意义,使得在所述螺纹接套可能出现污染时避免污物进入到所述连接器中。
下面借助附图详细介绍和说明一种实施方式。附图中:
图1表示一个连接器的侧视图,其中此连接器表示在二分之一纵剖面内以及处于与一螺纹接套已连接的位置中;以及
图2表示所述按照图1的连接器的前部段按照两个不同的剖切走向的放大示意图。
图1表示一所谓的快速连接器形式的连接器10的优选实施例,该连接器连接在一在此表示在左侧的螺纹接套30上。该连接器10具有一管状外壳11,该外壳包括多个相互螺纹连接的外壳构件11a、11b和11c,其中,在图中右边的外壳构件11c用作进口区12,而左边区域用于作为将待输送的流体继续导送到所述螺纹接套30的出口13。环绕所述中间的外壳构件11b设置一带有控制杆50的控制单元21(也可参见图2)。所述进口区12具有一个连接适配器14,在该适配器上可通过螺纹连接一用于供入待输送的流体的流体管路12′。在这里,装有一个过滤套管的连接适配器14可以相应地设计为与待输送的流体相适配,尤其与当时所期望的输送压力值、通流横截面等相适配。
在出口13的区域内设有多个排列成管状的细长夹钳15,这些细长夹钳在即将插接到螺纹接套30上之前可沿径向向外撑开,此时,外端部才能够嵌入到一环槽42(参见图2)中。这些细长夹钳15在此被一环形弹簧16预压紧,使得夹钳15可自动地沿径向向外张开。在具有向内弯曲表面的所述图中左边的端部,所述夹钳15分别具有设计为与所述螺纹接套30的槽形连接型面相一致的啮合型面17。它们的结构在前言所述的现有技术中同样有详细介绍,所以在这里可省去进一步的说明。还要说明的是,一个密封活塞22在所述出口13的区域内部导引,该密封活塞在其前端侧具有一用于贴靠在螺纹接套30的一内密封环上的锥形密封面23,因此所述基本上沿连接器10中心线流动的气态和/或液态流体不可能向外泄出。
围绕所述夹钳15设一外部滑动套筒18,它通过一间隔套筒18′在图中左边的外壳构件11a的圆柱形外表面上导引并借助一压力弹簧19朝背离螺纹接套30的方向预紧。在这里,压力弹簧19支承在一个支承环20上并因而使滑动套筒18朝所述带有一偏心轴51的控制杆50的方向移动。
一设在密封活塞22上的排放阀25,借助一个作为阀座26的密封环在关闭位置相对于密封活塞22密封。在这里,排放阀25被一朝右侧方向支承在所述开关单元21的一开关滑阀27上的压力弹簧28加载。通过此排放阀25确保,在图中未表示的脱开位置或直至连接器10即将连接到螺纹接套30上之前,通过连接适配器14供入的流体不会流出。当连接器10通过所述控制单元21与螺纹接套30脱开时,所述开关滑阀27沿连接器轴线移动,并因而与一密封盘24一起构成一通风阀35。
在这里,通过旋转控制杆50来操纵所述通风阀35和开关滑阀27,因为所述偏心轴51与所述开关滑阀27连接,尤其是通过多个螺栓29的嵌接来连接,这些螺栓29可移动地装入到轴向缝隙32中并且与一外部环形滑阀31连接。该环形滑阀31具有一环槽,所述偏心轴51的图中所示的下端插入到该环槽中。其中,整体的控制单元21连同所述控制杆50可围绕该环形滑阀31旋转。
如从图中所表示的连接器10的连接位置中所看到的那样,当连接器10插接到螺纹接套30上时,夹钳15的啮合型面17与螺纹接套30啮合。通过操纵所述控制杆50(回转约180°)到图示的位置,滑动套筒18在夹钳15上移动并因而将它们锁紧。如图2所示,其中夹钳15在纵向槽37中导引,这些纵向槽与各自的夹钳15精确配合地加工在一导向套筒38中。由此夹钳15在受到一切向力或侧向力的作用(例如在“倾斜”装配)时不会避让或被损坏。更因为所述导向套筒38以其前端部宽面地(weit)卡紧在所述螺纹接套30上并且在其前端部处具有定心斜面39。因此所述夹钳15较宽面地设置在所述外壳内并因此得到很好的保护。
在加压时(加油过程开始时),密封活塞22首先(也在弹簧28作用下)向左移动。在此,在所述密封活塞22的前圆周上设置一图中所示的特别重要的刮削环40(参见图2),该刮削环在所述密封活塞22做轴向运动时可靠地避免污物进入到所述外壳11中。当贴合在密封面23上时,通过密封活塞22向右移动使在密封活塞22上的阀座26打开以及进而打开排放阀25。此时啮合型面17已经与螺纹接套30的对应设计的连接型面啮合,在这种情况下通过滑动套筒18和与之相连的间隔套筒18′的轴向运动,使该间隔套筒18′夹紧在夹钳15沿径向的外端上,从而将夹钳形状配合地固定在螺纹接套30上。
为了脱开连接器10并因而为了从图中表示的连接位置回到打开位置中,在旋转所述控制杆50后,滑动套筒18被压力弹簧19向回推移。经过一短的距离,夹钳15重新沿径向向外张开并且嵌入到通过所述滑动套筒18/18′的轴向运动而敞开的环槽42中。因为事先已阻断流体压力(例如通过关闭加油阀),所以密封活塞22移动,以及排放阀25闭合在阀座26上。
此外,在进口区12中在连接器10的外壳11内或外壳构件11C内的中央设置一带有一个对应配设的阀座46的进口阀45。该进口阀45同样通过控制杆50及其偏心轴51,通过与开关滑阀27接合可沿轴向移动。也就是说,此开关滑阀27通过密封盘24在图示的连接位置将进口阀45的阀塞47移动到打开位置中,使得从进口区12流入的流体可以通过阀塞47和密封盘24内的一通道以及所述管形的开关滑阀27流向出口13。
在连接器10脱开时,通过将控制杆50旋转(约180°)所述开关滑阀27通过螺栓29向左移动,使得密封盘24也可从密封啮合状态脱开。此时,在连接器10内部的压力可能沿流出缝36朝一压力平衡腔44方向降低。如上面已阐述的那样,在脱开所述连接器10的连接时,通风阀35通过偏心轴51和开关滑阀27被打开。由此还存在的压力介质通过压力平衡腔44流向一通风孔43,该通风孔平行于在连接器10的外壳构件11C内(通过阀45、35和25)的中央流体通道延伸。此通风孔43通入到一第二管路12″内,该第二管路优选地设计为回流软管,以及与所述输入管路一样被一罩壳48围绕,以便可以作为用于方便操作的把手。因此,通风管12″和连接在适配器14上的流体管路12′始终至少基本上互相平行地延伸。
在图2中放大地表示出所述连接器10的前部段或出口13的主要结构,其中,在下方的示意图中为了清楚表示出在所述导向套筒38中的纵向槽37而省略了其他与上方示意图所示相同结构中的夹钳15。尤其从图中可以看出在导向套筒38中的纵向槽37内的所述夹钳15的导向结构(其中一般只有三个成120°分布的构件就足够)。该导向结构通过夹紧销41可靠地固定在所述外壳构件11a的前端部上,但是与其他构件、尤其是夹钳15或间隔套筒一样可以方便地更换,以便该导向结构与不同的螺纹接套30或加油压力相适配。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于传输气态和/或液态流体、尤其是用于充注汽车燃料箱的连接器,其具有一用于将夹钳(15)锁紧在一螺纹接套(30)上的滑动套筒(18),其特征为:在所述滑动套筒(18)与夹钳(15)之间设置一带有纵向槽(37)的导向套筒(38),所述夹钳(15)在这些纵向槽中导引移动。
2.按照权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征为:在所述滑动套筒(18)内可更换地装入一间隔套筒(18′)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的连接器,其特征为:所述夹钳(15)被装入到所述具有小侧向配合间隙的纵向槽(37)中。
4.按照权利要求1至3中任一项所述的连接器,其特征为:所述导向套筒(38)在其前端上具有一定心斜面(39)。
5.按照权利要求1至4中任一项所述的连接器,其特征为:沿径向在所述导向套筒(38)外设置一环绕的环槽(42),用于容纳张开的夹钳(15)的径向外端部。
6.按照权利要求5所述的连接器,其特征为:所述环槽(42)设计在滑动套筒(18)与间隔套筒(18′)之间的一中断空隙中。
7.按照权利要求1至6中任一项所述的连接器,其特征为:所述导向套筒(38)通过至少一个夹紧销(41)可更换地固定在一前外壳构件(11a)上。
8.按照权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征为:沿径向在所述夹钳(15)内环绕一密封活塞(22)地支撑一刮削环(40)。
9.按照权利要求1至8中任一项所述的连接器,其特征为:在所述导向套筒(38)中按120°的分隔角度分布地设有三个夹钳(15)和三个纵向槽(37)。
