发明领域
本发明涉及在暴露于UV辐射前、期间和/或之后用于皮肤光保护的可口服组合物或药物组合物或者化妆品组合物，以及该组合物在预防和/或减轻该UV辐射造成的损伤方面的用途。本发明还涉及提高对皮肤的光保护的方法。
本发明更具体地涉及前述光保护组合物，其在口服可接受的赋形剂、载体或稀释剂中包含光保护有效量的i)至少一种酵母和ii)至少一种益生乳酸细菌菌株。
发明背景
大气臭氧层的不断减少以及到达地球表面的紫外辐射的同时增加因其对人类健康的潜在作用已经引起了很大的兴趣。
实际上，已知波长320nm到400nm的光辐射(UV-A)促进人类表皮晒成褐色；然而这种辐射可能导致皮肤伤害，特别是对于敏感皮肤或不断暴露于太阳辐射的皮肤。UV-A射线尤其可以导致皮肤弹性丧失和皱纹出现，促进其过早衰老。本领域中还知道波长280nm到320nm的光线(UV-B)引起红斑和皮肤晒伤，这可损害日晒后肤色的天然出现。

在现有技术中，已有一些尝试，如使用遮光剂或其他特定的药剂。
在J.Invest.Dermatol.，97(1991)，624-628中报道局部应用紫外辐射吸收化合物(遮光剂)在防止紫外辐射诱导的红斑和水肿方面有效，但不能防止紫外线诱导的免疫抑制。该发现被一些其他研究所确证，根据这些研究，遮光剂似乎可以防止炎症或刺激但对紫外辐射的免疫抑制效果不能提供完全预防性保护。
另一方面，在FR 2698 268(L’Oreal)中表明一种含有至少一种氨基酸、铜盐和维生素混合物的组合的可口服组合物可对皮肤产生防护紫外线的作用。
然而，在本领域中仍然需要能够提高和/或加强皮肤光保护功能的可口服组合物。
发明概述
因此，第一方面，本发明旨在提供含有光保护有效量的i)至少一种益生乳酸细菌或其培养上清液、和ii)至少一种酵母包括于口服可接受载体中用于皮肤光保护的可口服组合物。
本发明还涉及包括于口服可接受的载体中的光保护有效量的至少一种益生乳酸细菌或其培养上清液和至少一种酵母的用途，用于制备保护皮肤使其抵抗太阳辐射和减轻或预防所有相关的皮肤疾病，如红斑、炎症、晒伤、屏障功能(barrier function)、光老化、免疫系统改变的可口服组合物。
最后，本发明涉及提高皮肤光保护功能的方法，其包括对个体经口服施用于口服可接受载体中含有光保护有效量的i)至少一种益生乳酸细菌或其培养上清液，和ii)至少一种酵母的组合物。
根据本发明的组合对皮肤保护和皮肤颜色形成具有尤其有益的效果，该效果有帮于减轻太阳辐射对皮肤的相关胁迫作用。
发明详述
在下面的描述中，“NCC”指Nestlé Culture Collection(Nestlé研究中心，Vers-chez-les-Blanc，Lausanne，瑞士)。术语“光保护”用于描述试图阻止或减轻日光辐射暴露对皮肤产生的不利的临床的、组织学的和免疫学的影响。

根据最优选的实施方案，作为实例，根据布达佩斯条约将菌株詹氏乳杆菌NCC 533、Lactobacillus paracasei NCC 2461、青春双岐杆菌NCC 251和长双岐杆菌NCC 490分别于92年6月30日、99年1月12日、99年4月15日和99年3月15日保藏在巴斯德研究所(28 rue du Docteur Roux，F-75024 Paris cédex 15)，保藏号分别为CNCM I-1225，CNCM I-2116，CNCM I-2168和CNCM I-2170。

根据本发明的组合物还包含酵母。在一个优选的实施方案中，酵母为任何选自子囊菌亚门(Ascomycotina)或半知菌亚门(Deuteromycotina)的食品级酵母。在一个优选的实施方案中，酵母可选自德巴利酵母属(Debaryomyces)、克鲁维酵母属(Kluyveromyces)、酵母属(Saccharomyces)、Yarrowia、接合酵母属(Zygosaccharomyces)、假丝酵母属(Candida)和Rhodutorula，更优选地为酿酒酵母(Saccharomycescaerevisae)(面包酵母)。

根据本发明的组合物也可以含有通常的赋形剂，尤其是增甜剂、调味剂或防腐剂。
根据本发明的组合物可以根据本领域熟知的任何一种技术配制。

Claims (21)

12.根据权利要求10的组合物，其中食品或药学载体为乳、酸乳酪、凝乳、干酪、发酵乳、基于乳的发酵产品、冰淇淋、基于发酵谷物的产品、乳粉、婴儿制剂或片剂、液体悬浮剂、干口服增补剂、湿口服增补剂、干管喂食食品。
13.根据权利要求10的组合物，其中口服组合物可为胶囊剂、软胶囊剂、片剂、糊剂或锭剂、胶或可饮用的溶液或乳液。
14.包含在口服可接受载体中的光保护有效量的至少一种益生乳酸细菌或其培养上清液和至少一种酵母的用途，用于制备保护皮肤使其抵抗太阳辐射和减轻或预防所有相关的皮肤疾病的可口服组合物。
15.根据权利要求14的用途，其中乳酸细菌为詹氏乳杆菌，罗伊氏乳杆菌，鼠李糖乳杆菌，Lactobacillus paracasei，干酪乳杆菌或两岐双岐杆菌，短双岐杆菌，长双岐杆菌，Bifidobacterium animalis，乳酸双岐杆菌，婴儿双岐杆菌，青春双岐杆菌，Bifidobacterium pseudocatenulatum，或它们的混合物。
16.根据权利要求14或15的用途，其中乳酸细菌为CNCM I-1225、CNCM I-2116、CNCM I-2168、CNCM I-2170或ATCC 27536。
17.根据权利要求14到16任一项的用途，其中酵母选自德巴利酵母属、克鲁维酵母属、酵母属、Yarrowia、接合酵母属、假丝酵母属和Rhodutorula，或它们的混合物。
18.根据权利要求14到17任一项的用途，其中益生乳酸细菌存在于载体中的量为约105到1015cfu/g载体。
19.根据权利要求14到17任一项的用途，其中酵母存在于载体中的量为约105到1015cfu/g载体。
20.提高皮肤光保护功能的方法，该方法包括对个体口服施用于口服可接受载体中含有光保护有效量的i)至少一种益生乳酸细菌或其培养上清液和ii)至少一种酵母的组合物。
21.根据权利要求20的方法，其中的组合物为根据权利要求1到13之一的组合物。
