Description

密封装置
本发明涉及一种密封或锁紧装置,具有一个主体部分,一个插销不可除去地装配在该主体部分内。这种密封装置通常称为插销密封。
插销密封通常用来锁紧门或者集装箱,其方式类似于挂锁(插销起到挂锁的U形搭扣的作用)。但是,与挂锁不同,插销密封并非由任何类型的钥匙打开。相反,它们是通过破坏密封来拆卸的,特别是通过利用诸如断线钳的专用工具切割插销来打开。因此这种插销密封提供了门的安全锁紧,特别是通过陆地、海上或空中运输的集装箱的门的安全锁紧。密封可以设置有一个唯一的序列号,从而任何擅动都将显而易见。尽管在大多数密封中插销是直的,但是在某些情况下需要插销具有弯曲的形状。
传统的插销密封表示在图1中。该密封包括一个插销1和一个主体部分2,主体部分2包括一个金属筒3。插销1具有一个锥形端部4,其后是一个形成变窄的颈部6的凸肩5。插销的另一端是一个加宽的头部7。通常,头部7和插销的销杆8的一段长度覆模(overmould)有塑料套筒9。通常筒和插销都由钢制成。
类似地,圆柱形金属筒3可以覆模有塑料套筒10,并且该套筒本身可以设置有标签并且随后由透明塑料材料包住。适宜地,插销1和头部2可以由一个短条11连接,当要使用该密封时该短条被断裂。
筒3为中空的并且包括一个开口12用于接收插销1。离开开口12的是一个环形槽13,其中可以设置一个裂口钢环14。可以理解筒的内径足以接纳插销的销杆。但是,裂口环的尺寸为在松弛位置时它将位于槽13内,但是在该状态下其内径小于插销的销杆的直径。这可以通过用较粗的钢丝成型裂口环来实现,或者裂口环变形从而它不是非常圆。无论如何,该环是弹性的并且可以当插入插销时因受力而具有更加打开的状态。特别地,插销的锥形端部4使得环14变宽,允许插销端部进入筒的空腔内。当插销的凸肩5经过环后,环将回到其松弛状态,咬合在插销的颈部6周围。这样插销由环锁入到筒内。如前所述,这时只能通过破坏密封、特别是切割插销来打开该密封。
尽管上述插销密封广泛使用并且相当有效,但是它具有一些缺陷。特别地,环在筒的槽内的定位困难并且不是完全可靠的机械操作。而且,当插入环时,有时会发生环的变形,这样会影响它与插销的相互作用。这可能会导致插销插入阻力非常高,以至于插销不能装配到筒内。总体而言,在先技术的插销密封需要较大的作用力来插入插销并且很难用一致的插入力形成密封。
本发明的目的在于提供一种改进的插销密封。
根据本发明,提供一种密封装置,包括一个主体部分用于不可除去地接受插销销杆,该主体包括一个中空筒用于接受插销,一个弹性夹子设置在筒内用于在一个凸肩后面定位插销,其特征在于该夹子包括一个头部,该头部具有一个形成在其中的可变宽的间隙,该头部在任一侧连接于顶靠筒内的侧面和底面定位的支腿。
本发明还提供一种形成密封装置的主体部分的方法,其中该密封装置包括所述主体部分和一个插销,该插销可以不可除去地装配在主体部分内,该主体部分包括一个由大体圆柱形的中空件和底座件形成的筒,其中一个具有沿筒的纵向延伸的支腿的弹性夹子插入到筒的一端内并且底座固定到该端,使用时当插销插入筒内时夹子固定该插销。
现在将参照附图仅仅以示例的方式详细说明本发明的优选实施例,其中:

图1的在先技术插销密封已经详细说明。在表示本发明一个实施例的插销密封的图2的密封或锁紧装置中,再次使用用在图1中的相同标号来表示相应的部件。
图2a和2b的插销1与在先技术的插销基本一致。同样地,头部和销杆的一部分包在塑料材料内(不过这并非必要的)。图2a和2b表示了一个直的插销,但是同样这并非必要的。图2的插销在锥形端部4后面具有一个槽20,该槽由一小段变窄横截面的插销形成。而且,在锥形端部4和槽20之间是一小段没有锥化的销杆,该小段和插销销杆的其余部分的横截面相同。
本发明的插销和在先技术的插销的主要差别在于金属筒3和保持夹子24,该保持夹子取代了在先技术的裂口环14。筒3具有一个缩窄的开口12和一个加宽的空腔部分26。在开口12和空腔部分26的连接处是一个内凸肩25,用于将夹子定位在筒内。在空腔部分26的远离开口12的端部设置有一个金属盘27,它例如由钢制成。筒的端部28变形或锻压(swag)到盘27的边缘上以将盘固定到筒的底座。这将参照图4进一步说明(见下文)。
金属夹子24位于空腔部分26内。如图3a、3b和3c更加详细地所表示,该夹子具有由头部31连接的支腿部分30、30′。头部31由一对分隔开的金属线形成,它们相互靠近从而在支腿顶部邻接,但是在支腿之间形成加宽的开口。如图3c所示,夹子24的俯视图显示其形状类似于眼睛的形状。正如从图3a的侧视图可以理解的那样,夹子适宜地由一段金属线形成,金属线的端部在一个支腿的底部连接在一起,而金属线的折叠的中点形成另一支腿的端部。如果需要,夹子可以由两个半件形成,每个半件在每侧具有一个支腿。夹子可以由任何合适的弹性材料制成,通常为0.5到1.5毫米直径、例如1毫米直径的钢丝或弹簧钢丝。
夹子的圆形头部31的长度稍微大于插销销杆的直径。另一方面,该圆形头部的宽度小于插销销杆的直径从而使用时夹子头部的侧面将位于插销端部的凸肩5后面。可以理解在插入插销时,锥形端部4将推开夹子头部31的侧面,这样迫使夹子变宽以允许端部4通过。但是,一旦头部已经穿过夹子,夹子将咬合在槽20内从而将插销固定在空腔内。
尽管图中表示夹子通过定位在内凸肩25之后而固定在筒内,但是其他的设置也是可以的。例如,弹性夹子可以具有能够咬合在筒的内部槽中的外耳或突起。但是,可以相信所述筒的凸肩将可以提供当插销由夹子固定后最可靠的防止拉出插销的阻力。
如图2a所示,夹子的支腿30、30′的长度选择为在固定盘27后,夹子位于筒内从而夹子沿筒的长度的过度移动是不可能的。另一方面,夹子必须具有一定的松度从而它可以松开以允许插入插销。
现在将参照图4说明将夹子24插入筒3内的方法。在筒覆模有塑料材料之前,筒3的远离开口12的端部打开。具有和筒的空腔26的内径基本相等的宽度的夹子从筒的远离开口12的端部推入。这是一个非常简单和可靠的操作,没有使夹子变形的危险。夹子可以被推入到筒内直到夹子头部顶靠于筒的内凸肩25或者支腿端部和筒的端部齐平。然后将盘27插入筒的端部,优选地位于一个环形凸肩上,处于靠近夹子支腿30、30′的端部的位置(如果夹子还没有完全插入,盘的插入将进一步推动夹子)。
然后筒的端部变形或锻压到盘的顶部,以将盘固定在位。然后可以以常规的方式将筒覆模上塑料材料。可以理解除了容易和可靠地将夹子装配在筒内之外,筒本身还可以更加容易地成型,这是因为与在先技术的筒相比它具有简单的横截面。

Claims (8)

1、一种密封装置,包括一个主体部分用于不可除去地接受插销销杆,该主体包括一个筒用于接受插销,一个弹性夹子设置在筒内用于在一个凸肩后面定位插销,其特征在于,该夹子包括一个头部和连接于头部的支腿,该头部限定有一个间隙,该间隙可以打开以允许插销销杆的一部分通过,支腿离开头部延伸从而沿筒的内部的侧面并位于筒的内部的底部定位。
