Abstract

Description
本发明涉及低成本、易生产的一次性使用、基本上湿润的清洁制品。
传统上,个人清洁和调理产品已经以各种形式面市,如条形肥皂、膏、化妆水和凝胶。这些配方试图满足为消费者们所接受的一些标准。这些标准包括清洁效能、用后肤感、皮肤刺激性和泡沫量。理想的个人清洁剂应该能够柔和地清洁皮肤或头发,引起很小或不引起刺激,并且在多次使用后不会导致皮肤或头发过分干燥。
宝洁公司已经公开了一系列描述据称具有上述功能要求的一次性个人清洁产品的许可和未决专利申请。这些产品基本上是干燥制品,在织造或非织造布上沉积了一种表面活性剂、结构剂、皮肤调理剂和其他功能组分的清洁组合物。在绝大部分这些文献中,术语“基本上干燥”被定义为最高为10%,但在某些情况下,可高达15%的水。特别优选的含量为不大于5%。在美国销售的一种商业产品为Olay日常面部清洁织物,其水含量为总织物制品重量的3%~4%。此技术在下列专利中有描述。
美国专利5,951,991(Wagner等人)集中描述了用调理乳液分别将起泡表面活性剂浸渍到织物基材上来提供基材。美国专利5,980,931(Fowler等人)强调了油溶性调理剂的浸渍。WO 99/55303(Albacarys等人)描述了用清洁组合物配制的护肤活性物。
这些产品的生产过程在Mackey等人申请的美国专利5,952,043和美国专利5,863,663中有报道。这些专利教导了沉积在擦拭制品基材上的含有高熔点蜡原料的连续脂类相的使用。此原料被设计为具有足够的脆性,这样在低的剪切接触力(例如,在擦拭制品擦拭皮肤时)的作用下就能够轻易地破裂,从而快速释放出内部皮肤调理相,然而,同时还要求此原料需足够的结实,以免在苛刻的加工过程期间就过早地释放出其内部相。此项技术所存在的一个问题是,通过折衷,连续的外部脂类相/内部极性相不仅坚实度不足以加工和处理,同时在洗涤条件下的可释放性也不足以将调理试剂有效地释放到皮肤上。本领域的最新文献包括WO 01/08542 A1(Cen等人)、WO 01/08655 A1(Phipps等人)、WO 01/08656 A1(Smith等人)、WO 01/08657 A1(Lorenzi等)和WO 01/08658 A1(Cawkwell等人),所有这些专利均属于宝洁公司。这些文献将擦拭制品技术扩展到对比纹理性能的粘接双层基材上。两层中,较结实的一层作为夹持表面,另一层用于释放清洁辅助物。保湿率低于0.95gms的制品被定义为基本上干燥的制品。该比例代表制品中所有非结合液体的重量,并非只是水含量。对水含量未作定义。
对用已知技术制造的干擦拭制品的评价说明其起泡性慢。此问题是由于沉积在擦拭制品基材上的涂层相对较厚。其他可能的原因就是相对较低的水含量。所以有必要对现有的清洁擦拭制品的发泡性能以及制造效率进行提高。
因此,本发明的一个优点就是提供了一种一次性清洁产品,将它与水接触以后能够迅速起泡并产生出丰富的持久泡沫。
本发明的另一个优点就是提供了一种含有能够涂布在柔软擦拭布上的清洁组合物的一次性清洁产品,并且在生产过程中能够使产生泡沫最小化。
本发明的另一个优点就是提供了一种可包含一种能够提高生产工艺性能、外观美感和起泡性能的浸渍组合物的一次性清洁产品。
本发明的这些以及其他优点根据下面的概述和公开将会变得更加清晰。
本发明提供了一种基本上湿润的清洁产品,包含:
(i)一种水不溶性基材;和
(ii)一种浸渍于基材上的清洁组合物,包含:
(a)至少一种起泡表面活性剂,其含量足以发泡;
(b)水;并且
其中,水的含量大于产品重量的15%,但不高于40%,在23℃下,组合物用带有30mm异型平行板的Haake CV 20流变仪测定的粘度在50厘泊~300,000厘泊。
研究发现,浸渍的清洁组合物具有一定的临界粘度范围。在低于最小粘度时,当使用者用水湿润干擦拭制品时,组合物的发泡性能不良。虽然从理论上还没有阐明,但我们相信低粘度的组合物可以轻易地被水洗涤掉从而无法起泡。相反,使用者也无法迅速地用水将过高粘度的组合物活化以发泡。其中存在一个延迟期。
所以,所使用的根据本发明的组合物的粘度应该为50厘泊~300,000厘泊。粘度用带有30mm异型平行板的Haake CV 20流变仪在23℃下测定。优选地,粘度为100厘泊~250,000厘泊,更优选地,粘度为150厘泊~100,000厘泊,最优选地,粘度为200厘泊~50,000厘泊,最佳的粘度范围为400厘泊~10,000厘泊。
另一个重要的发现是水含量存在临界值。基本上干燥的制品即刻产生泡沫的能力较低。当水含量低于15%时,起泡表面活性剂不容易被活化。所以必须存在一定量的水,以便使起泡表面活性剂更迅速地从基材中引出来产生泡沫。水的最低含量应该大于清洁产品总重量的15%,优选地,最少为大约20%,更优选地最少为大约25%。这些水的湿含量的另一个优点使织物基材具有了柔韧性。可以获得更柔软、更舒适的感觉。
水的含量也不能过高。过量的水会使产品潮湿,从而破坏其美感。更重要地,水会刺激微生物的生长。对于水含量高的体系,就需要更高含量的防腐剂。防腐剂不仅仅是一个费用问题。一些消费者对某些类型的防腐剂存在轻微过敏。必须对防腐系统进行跟踪监测,以确保微生物没有变异为具有抗药性的菌株。因此,水的最高含量应该不高于清洁产品总重量的大约40%,优选地,不高于大约35%。
根据本发明的组合物的一种必要的组分是起泡表面活性剂。术语“起泡表面活性剂”指一种表面活性剂,当其与水组合并进行机械搅拌时能够产生泡沫或发泡。优选地,这些起泡表面活性剂应该是柔和的,也即它们必须能够提供足够的清洁或洗涤作用,但又不能使皮肤或头发过分干燥,同时又能够满足上文所描述的起泡标准。
典型地,本发明的产品包含至少一种起泡表面活性剂,基于浸渍组合物的重量,其含量为大约0.5%~大约60%,优选地,为大约0.75%~大约40%,更优选地,为大约1%~大约20%。
许多起泡表面活性剂均可以在这里使用,包括选自阴离子、非离子、阳离子、两性离子和这些起泡表面活性剂的混合物。
在这里可以使用的并非限制于下列实施例的阴离子起泡表面活性剂的种类包括:
(1)烷基苯磺酸盐,其中,烷基直链或支链构型上含有9~15个碳原子,优选地,含11~14个碳原子。特别优选地为烷基链上含大约12个碳原子的线性烷基苯磺酸盐。
(2) 通过硫酸化含8~22个碳原子,优选地含12~16个碳原子的醇而得到的烷基硫酸盐。烷基硫酸盐的分子式为ROSO3 -M+,其中R为C8-22的烷基,M为一价和/或二价阳离子。
(3)烷基部分上含有8~22个碳原子,优选地含12~16个碳原子的石蜡烃磺酸盐。Hoechst Celanese公司市售的Hostapur SAS为这种类型的表面活性剂。
(4)含有8~22个碳原子,优选地含12~16个碳原子的烯烃磺酸盐。最优选地为C14-16的烯烃磺酸钠,市售有Bioterge AS 40。
(5)从含有8~22个碳原子,优选地含12~16个碳原子的醇衍生得到,并用少于30摩尔,优选地用少于12摩尔的环氧乙烷进行乙氧基化处理过的烷基醚硫酸盐。最优选的为由2摩尔平均乙氧基化形成的月桂基醚硫酸钠,市售的有Standopol ES-2。
(6)烷基部分上含有8~22个碳原子,优选地含12~16个碳原子的烷基甘油醚磺酸盐。
(7)分子式为R1CH(SO3 -M+)CO2R2的脂肪酸酯磺酸盐,其中R1为C8~C18,优选地为C12~C16的直链或支链烷基,R2为C1~C6,优选地为伯C1的直链或支链烷基,M+代表一价或二价阳离子。
(8)含6~18个碳原子,优选地含8~16个碳原子的仲醇硫酸盐。
(9)含有10~22个碳原子的脂肪酰羟乙基磺酸盐,优选的为椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠。
(10)二烷基磺基琥珀酸盐,其中每个烷基含3~20个碳原子。
(11)与分子式RCON(CH3)CH2CH2CO2M相应的烷酰基肌氨酸盐,其中R为含大约10个~大约20个碳原子的烷基或烯基,M为水溶性阳离子,例如铵、钠、钾和三链烷醇铵。最优选地为月桂酰基肌氨酸钠。
(12)烷基乳酰盐,其中烷基含8~12个碳原子,最优选地为月桂酰基乳酰钠,如Patterson化学公司销售的Pationic 138C。
(13)含8~16个碳原子的牛磺酸盐,优选地为椰油基甲基牛磺酸盐。
适合于本发明的非离子起泡表面活性剂包括C10~C20的脂肪醇或脂肪酸疏水物,每摩尔的此疏水物与2~100摩尔环氧乙烷或环氧丙烷缩合;C2~C10的烷基苯酚,与2~20摩尔的烯化氧缩合;乙二醇的单和二脂肪酸酯,如乙二醇二硬脂酸酯;脂肪酸单甘油酯;失水山梨糖醇单和二C8~C20脂肪酸酯;和聚氧乙烯失水山梨糖醇,市售的有Polvsorbate 80和Tween 80,以及任何上述表面活性剂的组合。
其他可以使用的非离子表面活性剂包括烷基聚葡糖苷、糖基脂肪酰胺(例如,甲基葡糖酰胺)以及长链叔胺氧化物。长链叔胺氧化物类型的例子有:二甲基十二烷基氧化胺、油基二(2-羟基乙基)氧化胺、二甲基辛基氧化胺、二甲基癸基氧化胺、二甲基十四烷基氧化胺、二(2-羟基乙基)十四烷基氧化胺、3-双十二烷酰基-2-羟基丙基二(3-羟基丙基)氧化胺和二甲基十六烷基氧化胺。
可以在本发明中使用的两性起泡表面活性剂包括脂肪族仲胺和叔胺,优选地,其中的氮原子呈阳离子状态,其中,脂烃基可以为直链或支链,并且其中的一个基团含有一可电离的水溶性基团,如羧基、磺酸基、硫酸基、磷酸基或膦酸基。具有说明性的物质有:椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、N-(椰油基胺基乙基)-N-(2-羟基乙基)氨基乙酸钠、N-(椰油基胺基乙基)-N-(2-羟基乙基)氨基二乙酸钠、N-(椰油基胺基乙基)-N-(2-羟基乙基)氨基丙酸钠、N-(椰油基胺基乙基)-N-(2-羟基乙基)氨基二丙酸钠、椰油酰胺基丙基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、十六烷基二甲基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺基丙基PG-dimonium氯化磷酸酯、椰油基二甲基羧甲基甜菜碱、十六烷基二甲基甜菜碱以及它们的组合。
对于本发明,所有起泡表面活性剂的总量与水的重量比为1∶10~5∶1,优选地,1∶4~4∶1,更优选地为1∶3~3∶1,最优选地为1∶2~2∶1。
本发明的必要成分是水不溶性基材。“水不溶性”指基材在浸入到水中时不溶解或不容易分裂。有多种材料可以作为基材使用。下列非限定特性是理想的:(i)使用时具有足够的湿强度,(ii)足够的耐磨性,(iii)足够的柔软和孔隙度,(iv)足够的厚度,和(v)适当的大小尺寸。
能够满足上述标准的合适的不溶性基材的非限定例子包括非织造基材、织造基材、流体缠结基材、喷气缠结基材等等。优选的基材为非织造基材,因为这种原料即经济又容易以多种材料的方式得到。非织造是指基材层由未织造成织物、而是形成薄片的纤维,特别是形成了有纹理薄片的纤维组成。纤维可以是无规的(即无规排列)或经过梳理(即沿一个主要方向进行梳理取向)。此外,非织造基材也可以由无规纤维和梳理纤维的组合层组成。
非织造基材可以由多种天然的或人工合成的材料组成。天然的材料指这些材料源于植物、动物,在本发明中可以使用的材料有丝纤维、角蛋白纤维和纤维素纤维。角蛋白纤维的非限定例子包括那些选自羊毛纤维和骆驼毛纤维等。纤维素纤维的非限定例子包括那些选自木浆纤维、棉纤维、大麻纤维、黄麻纤维、亚麻纤维以及它们的混合物。
在本发明中可以使用的合成材料的非限定例子包括那些选自醋酸酯纤维、丙烯酸酯纤维、纤维素酯纤维、改性丙烯酸酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚酯纤维、聚烯烃纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、人造丝纤维以及它们的混合物。这些合成材料的一些例子包括丙烯酸类聚合物,如Acrilan、Creslan,和丙烯腈基纤维,Orlon;纤维素酯纤维,如醋酸酯纤维素,Arnel和Acele;聚酰胺,如尼龙(例如,尼龙6、尼龙66和尼龙610);聚酯,如Fortrel、Kodel和Dacron;聚烯烃,如聚丙烯、聚乙烯;聚醋酸乙烯酯纤维以及它们的混合物。
源自天然材料的非织造基材由网状物或薄片组成,而这些网状物或薄片最通常地是由一种纤维悬浮液在细丝网上形成的。
在本发明中可以使用的源自天然材料的基材可以从多种商业渠道获得。在本发明中可以使用且在市场上可以购买到的合适的纸层的非限定例子包括Airtex,具有大约77.6gsm(71克/码2)基重的压花气流铺叠纤维素层,可以从James River公司(Green Bay,美国威斯康星州)购得;和Walkisoft,具有大约82.0gsm(75克/码2)基重的压花气流铺叠纤维素层,可以从Walkisoft公司(美国,Mount Holly,NC)购得。

对于本发明,最优选的基材为非织造基材,尤其是人造丝/聚酯的混合物,且重量比例为10∶90~90∶10,优选地,此比例为20∶80~80∶20,最佳地为40∶60~60∶40。最有用的基材为人造丝/聚酯为70∶30的非织造擦拭制品。
以任何方式,1~100,优选5~50个擦拭制品可以保存在分配袋或容器中,优选地,保存在湿润的不透气袋或容器中。在保存和分配期间,优选地,袋或容器是可再次封口的。也可以使用带有1个擦拭制品的袋。
本发明的水不溶性基材可以包含两层或多层,每一层具有不同的质地和耐磨性。不同质地可以由使用不同材料组合或使用具有一个更耐磨的剥离边和一个更柔软的吸水边的基材来产生。此外,基材的各层可以被制作成具有不同颜色,这样有助于使用者进一步分辨出表面。虽然本发明能够适合于具有不同质地和耐磨性的两层或多层基材,但最有效的湿润系统却是具有单层或多层相同结构的基材。
浸渍组合物与基材的重量比大约为20∶1~1∶20,优选地,为10∶1~大约1∶10,最佳地,为大约2∶1~大约1∶2。
本发明的浸渍组合物也可以包括挥发性和非挥发性硅氧烷。典型的挥发性硅氧烷为环二甲基硅氧烷,市场上可以买到的有Dow Corning244、245、344和345。也可以使用线性挥发性二甲基硅氧烷。非挥发性硅氧烷包括粘度大于2厘沲的聚二甲基硅氧烷和硅氧烷共聚醇,也称为聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚醇,市售的有Dow Corning 193。硅氧烷的量可以为浸渍组合物的大约0.01~大约20%,优选地,为大约0.5~大约3%。
对于本发明,也可以使用单体型或聚合型阳离子调理剂。聚合型的例子包括:阳离子纤维素衍生物、阳离子淀粉、二烯丙基季铵盐和丙烯酰胺共聚物、季铵化乙烯基吡咯烷酮乙烯基咪唑聚合物、聚乙二醇胺缩聚物、季铵化胶原多肽、聚乙烯亚胺、阳离子化硅氧烷聚合物(例如,Amo聚二甲基硅氧烷)、商标为Dow Corning 929的阳离子硅氧烷聚合物与其他组分的混合物(阳离子化乳液)、己二酸和二甲氨基羟丙基二亚乙基三胺的共聚物、阳离子几丁质衍生物、阳离子瓜耳胶(例如,JaguarC-B-S,Jaguar C-17、Jaguar C-16等,Celanese公司制造)、季铵盐聚合物(例如,Mirapol A-15、Mirapol AD-1、Mirapol AZ-1等,Mirapol的分公司Rhone Poulenc公司制造)。最优选的为硫酸二甲酯与乙烯吡咯烷酮/甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯共聚物反应生成的聚季铵盐,巴斯夫公司销售的LuviquatPQ 11。
单体型阳离子调理剂的例子为具有下列通式的盐:
其中R1选自含有12~22个碳原子的烷基、或含有12~22个碳原子的芳基、烷芳基;R2、R3和R4分别选自氢、含有1~22个碳原子的烷基、含有12~22个碳原子的芳基、烷芳基;X-阴离子选自氯、溴、碘、醋酸根、磷酸根、硝酸根、硫酸根、甲基硫酸根、乙基硫酸根、甲苯磺酸根、乳酸根、柠檬酸根、乙醇酸根以及它们的混合物。此外,烷基也可以含有醚键、或羟基或氨基取代基(例如,烷基可以包含聚乙二醇和聚丙二醇部分)。优选地,阴离子为磷酸根,特别优选的为羟乙基十六烷基二甲基磷酸铵,巴斯夫公司销售的LuviquatMono CP。
同样,也可以使用氨基硅氧烷季铵盐。最优选的为由CTFA命名为烷基二甲基乙基苄基环己基氨基碘酸铵硅氧烷的Silquat AD,可以从Siltech公司购得。
每一种阳离子试剂的量可以为浸渍组合物重量的大约0.05%~大约5%,优选地为,大约0.1%~大约3%,最佳地为大约0.3%~大约2.5%。
优选地,本发明的组合物包含水结合试剂。水溶性结合试剂,如多元醇是特别优选的。典型的多元醇包括丙三醇(也称为甘油)、聚亚烷基二醇,和更优选地亚烷基多元醇以及它们的衍生物,包括丙二醇、二丙二醇、聚丙二醇、聚乙二醇以及它们的衍生物、山梨醇、羟丙基山梨醇、己二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,2,6-己三醇、乙氧基化丙三醇、丙氧基化丙三醇以及它们的混合物。最优选地,水结合试剂为甘油。同样特别优选地有聚乙二醇(平均分子量为大约200~大约2,000,000,优选的为PEG-9M和PEG-14M)和己二醇。在某些类型的组合物中,己二醇可能是不适当的,因此,可以使用除了己二醇之外的多元醇。水结合试剂的用量可以为组合物重量的大约0.5%~大约50%,优选地,为大约1%~大约30%之间的任一数量。
本发明的一次性使用个人清洁护理产品的制造是通过分步或同时将包含起泡表面活性剂和调理剂的清洁组合物加到或浸渍到水不溶性基材上来实现的,由此制得的产品是湿润的。通过“分步”加入制造是指表面活性剂和调理剂可以相继加入,可以以任何顺序但不能预先混合在一起。通过“同时”加入制造是指表面活性剂和调理剂可以同时加入,可以预先混合在一起,也可以不混合在一起。
可以用任何为本领域的技术人员所熟知的方法将表面活性剂、调理剂、水结合试剂和任何其他任选的组分加入到或浸渍到水不溶性基材。例如,可以通过喷雾、激光印刷、喷溅、浸渍、浸润或涂布的方式加入。
除了在操作和比较实施例中,或在其他方面明确指明的地方,在本说明书中,所有指材料数量的数字都应该被理解为以“大约”修饰。
术语“包含”指未被局限于任何其后面指定的组分,也就是可以包括未指定的主要或次要的具有重要功能的组分。换句话说,所列出的步骤、组分或可选物未必是详尽无遗的。在任何情况下,术语“包含”或“具有”的意义与上文所定义的“含有”相同。

同时,对上文所描述的两种类型湿润的擦拭制品进行了一次消费者调查研究。此次调查研究基于118位专门小组成员的反馈,具体结果列于表III。

基于表III的研究发现,引入25wt%水的实施例1配方的湿润擦拭制品具有明显的优势。只具有3~4%水的Olay湿润擦拭制品不能提供足够的乳油泡沫、起泡缓慢,使用后肤感柔软性和湿润性均比本发明的湿润擦拭制品差。

Panel高粘度浸渍组合物。当获得满意的起泡量时,起泡速率却较低。虽然含有相对较低粘度的浸渍组合物试样B起泡迅速,但总量相对较低。试样C为用中粘度组合物涂布的湿润的擦拭制品。此试样起泡量良好,而且起泡速率也快。
Claims (8)
1.一种基本上湿润的清洁产品,包含:
(i)一种水不溶性基材;和
(ii)一种浸渍于基材上的清洁组合物,包含:
(a)至少一种起泡表面活性剂,含量足以发泡;
(b)水;并且
其中,水的含量大于产品重量的15%,但不高于40%,在23℃下,组合物用带有30mm异型平行板的Haake CV 20流变仪测定的粘度在50厘泊~300,000厘泊。
2.根据权利要求1的产品,其中粘度为100厘泊~250,000厘泊。
3.根据权利要求1或2的产品,其中粘度为150厘泊~100,000厘泊。
4.根据任一前述权利要求的产品,其中粘度为400厘泊~10,000厘泊。
5.根据任一前述权利要求的产品,其中所有起泡表面活性剂与水的重量比在1∶10~5∶1。
6.根据任一前述权利要求的产品,其中所述至少一种起泡表面活性剂的含量为沉积在水不溶性基材上的总浸渍组合物重量的0.5%~60%。
7.根据任一前述权利要求的制品,其中所述水不溶性基材为选自非织造、织造、流体缠结和喷气缠结基材的片材。
8.根据任一前述权利要求的制品,其中所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂。
