Abstract
沙棘植物的果油和/或叶油在制备生发、黑发和抗衰老药物中的应用。本发明用沙棘果油和/或叶油作为生发、黑发和抗衰老的药物，具有明显疗效。经多年临床研究发现，服用沙棘果油不仅对妇女而且对男性的头发均有不同程度的改善，原来稀疏的头发变密了，白发逐渐变成黑发。大量试验证明，沙棘果油和叶油具有增发、黑发的效果，并具有抗衰老和延寿作用。该药成分简单。与其它药物相比，属于高效、安全、精简的药物。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于治疗脱发、白发的药物，并具有保健作用。
背景技术
脱发、白发症状病因复杂。除遗传、精神因素外，国内外研究认为，多与营养状况和内分泌有关，特别是与体内促性腺和促肾上腺皮质功能有关。另外白发患者的发铜值均低于黑发组，并缺少钙、镁、锶、铅和锌等元素。迄今治疗脱发、白发的中、西药物较多，包括一些中药验方、偏方和专利。例如民间采用黑芝麻、黑豆、何首乌、桑椹子等乌发。专利如ZL98114250、ZL94100306等，这些药物涉及的中药成分均较多，主要起活血通络作用，未能针对脱发的真正病因进行有效治疗。因此治疗周期长，疗效不显著，并可能有反复。现有各类药物涉及的中药成分往往多达几十种，并含有不少稀缺昂贵的成分，患者配药困难，经济负担较重。其中一些药物还可能有副作用。总之，现有的各类药物对增发、乌发的治疗效果皆不够理想，目前尚无一种高效、安全、精简的药物。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要避免现有疗法的上述不足，从调节内分泌和改善营养状况入手，提供一种效果更好的生发、黑发并兼具保健的药物。
本发明人长年专业从事沙棘植物果油及叶油的药理研究。曾在中国专利ZL94118300中提出用沙棘果油作为调节妇女内分泌功能的药物。试验证明，该药物对治疗妇女更年期综合症、卵巢早衰，经前综合症和甲状腺亢进等有显著效果。经过鉴定，现已成为广受欢迎的市售成药。本发明人经多年临床实验和观察发现，服用沙棘果油不仅对妇女而且对男性的头发均有不同程度的改善，原来稀疏的头发变密了，白发逐渐变成黑发。大量试验证明，沙棘果油和叶油确有增发、黑发的效果，并具有抗衰老和延寿作用。
为此，本发明提出沙棘植物的果油和/或叶油在制备生发、黑发和抗衰老的药物中的应用。该药物的主要成分是沙棘植物的果油和/或叶油。
该药物可以是单纯的沙棘果油或叶油，也可以将它们混合使用。其中并可含有黑芝麻油或何首乌等其它药物成分，皆属本发明的保护范围。
上述的沙棘果油和叶油既可以分别单独使用，也可按一定比例混合使用。较佳重量配比为：沙棘果油∶叶油＝1∶0.9～1.1。
上述所说各成分可以制成软胶丸，也可制成口服液等剂型。
本发明治疗白发的作用机理可能在于沙棘果油、叶油能够调节植物神经功能，促进儿茶酚胺的代谢，从而阻止黑色素酪氨酸酶的活性降低，阻止白发的生成；同时沙棘果油、叶油能够增加体内黑色素刺激激素，并激活酪氨酸酶的活性，从而刺激黑发生长。
初步研究认为，服用沙棘果油和/或叶油后，使中老年衰老性机体内雄激素(T)、雌激素(E2)和促肾上腺皮质激素水平(ACTH)发生变化，从而使头发状况得到改善。另外服用本制剂后能提高身体及头发对Cu2+及Ca2+、Mg2+、Se2+等的吸收，使营养状况得到改善，同时激活黑色素细胞刺激素及毛发发根从而使头发变黑。
沙棘果油是沙棘植物的果油。提取时，将沙棘鲜果置于平板压汁机中取汁，经粗滤、半精滤压入贮液罐内用30～80℃蒸气加热30分钟(以除去油内水溶性物质)，再加压通过罐式过滤器，连续加压精滤4次，最后加压进入乳酯蝶式离心机进行分离，即可分别得到沙棘汁及果油。沙棘的叶油也可通过类似方法分离。
为便于口服和携带，本发明人用胶囊机将沙棘油制成软胶囊。沙棘油封闭于胶囊中，呈密封状，果油不易被氧化、酸败及污染，还可制成口服液剂型或其它剂型。口服液配比浓度油与水的比例以1∶2～4为宜，经乳化制得。沙棘果油每日服用剂量应不少于3ml，适当多服效果更好，没有副作用。剂量低于3ml时，效果不明显或无效。最好在空腹时服用。本制品用作增发、黑发药物时，取名元精乌发养生丸，作为其商业名称。
迄今为止，国内外文献尚未有报道用沙棘果油或叶油作为治疗脱发、白发及抗衰老的药物。因而利用本制剂增发、黑发是医药领域有价值的新发现，属国内外首例。
沙棘植物属胡颓子科，落叶灌木或小乔木，种类较多，分布于亚洲及其它地区。在中国的主要种属为中国沙棘和中亚沙棘，一般分布在西北、西南等省。沙棘多生于干燥的沙漠或高寒地区。本制剂沙棘果油或叶油属纯植物制剂。其中富含多种活性物质，如维生素E、C，类胡罗卜素、类甾醇、总黄酮、甜菜碱、固醇类、微量元素和氨基酸等。目前已知人体必须的微量元素为14种，沙棘果油中就含11种之多。沙棘果内还含有种类齐全的氨基酸，人体必须的8种氨基酸均含有，其含量最高为天门冬氨酸，其余依次为脯氨酸，丝氨酸，苯丙氨酸和赖氨酸等。这多种生物活性物质可能是调节内分泌功能的激活剂，并能显著改善体内营养状况。初步认为，沙棘果油中的脂肪酸和其它活性物质在体内共同产生激活内分泌的作用，调整体内雌激素(E2)、雄激素(T)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)相互的水平，从而达到治疗脱发、白发的目的。
本制剂沙棘果油或叶油作为单方药物可以直接服用，简便可靠。与民间食疗及其它方法相比，疗效更高，更安全，无任何毒副作用，可长期服用，易于推广使用，是一种理想的乌发、增发和抗衰老药品。本发明显然为沙棘果油找到了新的医疗用途。
本研究采用沙棘果油、叶油制成的软胶囊，分别治疗青少年白发和中老年白发，均效果显著。依据青少年白发多为阴虚血热、湿邪郁滞所致；中老年白发多为肝肾阴虚、气滞血瘀所致，分别观察青少年组104例，中老年组103例，其疗效结果如下：
对象和方法：
一、青年组治疗情况：(一)病例选择；104例青年白发组，其中18岁-20岁36例，21岁-25岁56例，26岁-28岁12例。病例性别：女性38例，男性66例。
(二)治疗方法：口服元精乌发养生丸0.72g/丸×3-20丸/日，依病情适量调整。
(三)疗效结果(见表1)

结果显示：元精乌发养生丸对阴虚血热，湿邪郁滞引起的白发，在改善烦躁易怒，痤疮发作，大便干燥，舌质红等中医症状方面效果明显，P＜0.001，有高度显著性差异.服药后白发改善的疗效结果显效率为65.3％，有效率为93.27％。
二、中老年组治疗情况
(一)病例选择：103例中老年白发组。其中30岁-40岁12例，41岁-50岁37例，51岁-60岁28例，61岁-70岁26例。病例性别：女性56例，男性47例。
(二)治疗方法：口服元精乌发养生丸0.72g/×5-25丸/日，依病情适量调整。
(三)疗效结果

结果显示：元精乌发养生丸对肝肾阴虚，气滞血虚引起的白发，在改善机体症状方面显著，如：腰膝酸痛，头晕耳鸣，失眠健忘，胸闷，大便干燥，皮肤瘙痒治疗前后各项中医症状改善明显，P＜0.001，有高度显著性差异。服药后白发改善的疗效结果：显效率65.05％，有效率95.14％.
本制剂的生发和抗衰老效果也非常显著，受篇幅所限，不再赘述。如需要均可随时附上。
Claims (3)
1、一种生发、黑发和抗衰老的药物，其特征在于：它的主要成分是沙棘植物的果油和/或叶油。
2、如权利要求1所述的药物，其特征在于所说沙棘植物的果油与叶油重量配比为：沙棘果油∶叶油＝1∶0.9～1.1。
3、如权利要求1所述的药物，其特征在于所说沙棘植物的果油和/或叶油中含有黑芝麻油或何首乌。
