Abstract
一种可以作为清洗和/或调理组合物的形成摩丝的头发处理组合物,包含一种可起泡浓缩物和一种气溶胶推进剂,所述浓缩物包括至少一种表面活性剂,一种水性载体,且其基本上不包括阴离子表面活性剂。
Description
本发明涉及可形成摩丝的头发处理组合物,更具体地,本发明涉及优选为香波的形成摩丝的头发处理组合物,其在头发中具有改进的起泡能力,也可以提供由阴离子定型聚合物所能提供的定型和固型性能。
业已公知,人们尝试着提供用于头发和/或皮肤的以温和的表面活性剂为基础的清洗组合物。也已公知,在各种表面活性剂中,阴离子表面活性剂一般来说是最苛刻的表面活性剂种类,虽然从消费者的观点看来,它们是理想的,因为它们能产生相对丰富的泡沫,并因此产生需要的感官特性。
更进一步地,提供能够清洗、调理和定型头发的所谓“三合一”头发护理组合物也是公知的。该类组合物的其他相关的效果可能包括卷曲保持,有形化,刚劲性及固型性能,所有这些性能被认为可以来自于一种单一的组合物。这一教导的一个实例参见WO97/38673(Stepan公司)。在该申请中,上述各种优点被认为来自头发护理组合物,所述头发护理组合物包括1-80重量%的非离子、半极性非离子或两性表面活性剂或其混合物,0.1-10重量%的第二表面活性剂,其可以是阳离子表面活性剂,脂肪胺盐或其混合物和0.001-10重量%的阴离子表面活性剂。
然而,一般不含阴离子表面活性剂的化妆品组合物(即,例如,它们以非离子、两性和/或阳离子表面活性剂为基础)的一个问题是它们倾向于起泡不充分,或者与起泡相关的感官特性差,如对于任何确已产生的泡沫来说,倾向于生成慢、散布慢或者消失快。同样,化妆品组合物如香波组合物的起泡被认为是化妆品产品中的一个需要的特性,它通常会使消费者得到喜好的感觉。因此,一种不起泡或者不能充分起泡的产品或者没有适当的泡沫质量的产品,一般来说难得消费者厚爱。
WO98/08149,其内容在此引入作为参考,是描述摩丝头发组合物这一领域的代表作,但是其没有提及不含阴离子表面活性剂的组合物,并且的确未包括对明确不含阴离子表面活性剂的表面活性剂组合物的教导。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种化妆品组合物,该化妆品组合物包含一种或多种表面活性剂,至今其基本上不含任何的阴离子表面活性剂,而且还能提供改进的起泡性能。
我们惊奇地发现,在一种是通常的或“二合一”型香波组合物的头发处理组合物中,可以通过提供以形成摩丝的浓缩物形式存在的表面活性剂组合物来改善基本上不含阴离子表面活性剂的水性表面活性剂组合物的起泡能力和特性,所述形成摩丝的浓缩物可以与一种推进剂气体结合起来以提供形成摩丝的组合物。因此,我们发现不含任何基本数量的阴离子表面活性剂的含表面活性剂的水性组合物的起泡性能可以通过提供这样一种以摩丝形式存在的组合物而得到改善。
因此,本发明一方面提供一种形成摩丝的头发处理组合物,其优选为香波组合物(选择性地为“二合一”型),包括一种可起泡的浓缩物和一种气溶胶推进剂,所述浓缩物包括至少一种表面活性剂,一种水性载体,且其基本上不含阴离子表面活性剂。
本发明也提供一种同题目下的形成摩丝的头发处理产品,其包括上述可起泡的浓缩物和上述气溶胶推进剂,装在一种具有硬件的罐中,所述硬件能够将可起泡的浓缩物在喷出时产生摩丝。
业已发现,当本发明的组合物为一种含有一种阴离子定型聚合物的组合物时,其有特别的效果和优点。在这种情况下,本发明的组合物不仅可以提供改善了的起泡性能,而且也可以使阴离子定型聚合物在头发中得到好的分布。因此,通过使用含阴离子定型聚合物的组合物可获得改善了的定型效果。
特别地,当组合物含有阴离子定型聚合物时,本发明的组合物可被认为是一种所谓的“三合一”组合物,提供洗涤、调理和定型效果。
优选地,本发明的组合物也可以如此制备以使其不含增稠剂。业已发现,这种通常形成一种粘度低于3000厘泊(cps)的可起泡的浓缩物的组合物,当其作为摩丝组合物从推进剂驱动的摩丝容器中喷出来时,其在头发中的分布得到了改善。
优选地,本发明的组合物包括重量百分数为85-98%的,更优选为90-97%的水性可起泡浓缩物,其余为气溶胶推进剂。
本发明的形成摩丝的清洗头发处理组合物包括一种可起泡浓缩物和一种气溶胶推进剂。术语“浓缩物”指推进剂以外的头发处理组合物的液体组分。术语“摩丝”,如同在此使用的,与泡沫相同,并且指的是喷出来的产品,除非特别提到其他含义。组合物以适当的方式装在一个适当的硬件中,以提供一种本题目下的可以喷出起泡摩丝的产品,该硬件以及用于此的必要的技术对于本领域技术人员来说是周知的。
可起泡浓缩物的适合的粘度范围为1-3000cps,优选为10-2000cps,理想范围为100-1000cps。
粘度以通用的方式用旋转粘度计(Brookfield粘度计,LVT型,No.3转子,于25℃30秒后在12rpm下)测定。
为获得如上所述的可起泡浓缩物的适合的粘度,特别优选可起泡浓缩物基本上不含结晶状悬浮剂和聚合的增稠剂。“基本上不含”通常意味着这种试剂的加入量为可起泡浓缩物重量的约0.5%或更少,优选为约0.1%或更少,理想加入量为不超过约0.05%。
优选不包括或以非常小量存在的结晶状悬浮剂包括长链(如C8-C22)烷基衍生物和长链胺氧化物如乙二醇长链酯,长链脂肪酸的链烷醇酰胺,长链脂肪酸的长链酯,甘油基长链酯,长链烷醇酰胺的长链酯,以及长链烷基二甲基胺氧化物。这类普通的悬浮剂为C14-C22的脂肪酸的乙二醇酯(如乙二醇二硬脂酸酯),C16-C22的脂肪酸链烷醇酰胺(如硬脂酸单乙醇酰胺,硬脂酸单异丙醇酰胺),C16-C22的烷基二甲基胺氧化物和N,N-二烃基(C12-C22)酰胺基苯甲酸及其盐。
在某些情况下,为了使可起泡浓缩物达到上述适合的粘度,优选引入流变改性剂,如稀释剂。合适的稀释剂包括聚乙二醇(PEG),聚丙二醇(PPG),二甲苯磺酸钠,甲苯磺酸钠和脲。优选的稀释剂为PEG400和PPG400。
为了提供清洗效果,可起泡的头发处理组合物包括一种或多种表面活性剂,但不包括任何基本数量的阴离子表面活性剂。由于存在任意的调理剂的乳化粒子,表面活性剂也可以以乳化剂的形式存在。如果存在阴离子表面活性剂,其存在量为可起泡浓缩物的6wt%或更少,更优选为4wt%或更少,甚至更优选为2wt%或更少,甚至还更优选为低于2wt%。理想的情况是可起泡浓缩物不包含阴离子表面活性剂。
存在的任何阴离子表面活性剂的量,相对于浓缩物中存在的其他表面活性剂的量来说,优选为低于1∶2,更优选为低于1∶5,甚至更优选为低于1∶10。用于本发明组合物的合适的表面活性剂在本领域中是已知的,包括非离子、阳离子和两性离子的表面活性剂及其混合物。
可以用作头发处理组合物表面活性剂的非离子表面活性剂的例子为烷基酚乙氧基化物,如壬基酚乙氧基化物nEO,其中n为1-50,醇乙氧基化物,如月桂醇nEO,其中n为1-50,乙氧基化酯,如聚氧乙烯基单硬脂酸酯,其中氧乙烯基单元为1-30。优选的非离子表面活性剂的种类为正甲基烷基葡糖酰胺,特别是那些链长为C12-C14的正甲基烷基葡糖酰胺。
更进一步地,适用于本发明头发处理组合物的非离子清洗表面活性剂可以包括直链或带支链的脂肪族(C8-C18)伯或仲醇或酚与烯基氧化物的缩合产物,烯基氧化物通常是乙烯基氧化物且一般含有6-30个乙烯基氧化物基团。其他适合的非离子表面活性剂包括烷基多苷,乙氧基化醇和单-或二-烷基链烷醇酰胺。后面的非离子表面活性剂的例子包括可可基单-或二-乙醇酰胺和可可基单-异丙醇酰胺。
适用于本发明组合物的两性和两性离子清洗表面活性剂可以包括烷基胺氧化物,烷基甜菜碱,烷基酰胺基丙基甜菜碱,烷基磺基甜菜碱(sultaines),烷基氨基乙酸盐,烷基羰基氨基乙酸盐,烷基ampho丙酸盐,烷基ampho氨基乙酸盐和烷基酰胺基丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱。其例子包括月桂基胺氧化物,可可基二甲基磺基丙基甜菜碱,且优选为月桂基甜菜碱,cocamido丙基甜菜碱和cocampho丙酸钠。
表面活性剂总的用量一般为可起泡浓缩物重量的3-50%,优选为5-30%,更优选为10-25%。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,头发处理组合物可以包括一种调理剂的乳化粒子。
正如同在此使用的,术语“调理剂”包括其使用能够给头发以特别的调理效果的任意物质。例如,在香波组合物中,可以使用保湿剂,香精油,防晒剂,晒后处理剂,occlusive油等物质。更进一步地,在香波组合物中适合的调理剂物质也可以包括那些能够给出一种或多种有关发亮、柔顺、相容、增湿、抗静电性能、防伤害、有形、整体定型以及易梳理等效果的物质。
优选用于本发明的调理剂包括硅酮。适合的硅酮可以是一种或多种聚烷基硅氧烷,一种或多种聚烷基芳基硅氧烷或其混合物。硅酮在组合物的水性基体中不溶,因此其以乳化了的分散粒子的形式存在。
硅酮本身的粘度范围(即,非乳化物或最后的头发处理组合物的粘度)优选为10000cps-5000000cps。
适合的聚烷基硅氧烷包括聚二甲基硅氧烷,其CTEA命名为dimethicone,在25℃下的粘度最高为100000厘沲。这些硅氧烷为General Electric公司出售的Viscasil系列产品及Dow Corning公司出售的DC200系列产品。其粘度可以用玻璃毛细管粘度仪进行测定,如用Dow Corning Corporate Test Method CTM004(1970年7月20日)进行测定。同样适合的硅氧烷为聚二乙基硅氧烷。
硅酮胶也同样适合,如在US4152416(Spitzer)中描述的那些,以及在通用电气硅酮橡胶产品数据表中的SE30,SE33,SE54和SE76。“硅酮胶”是指分子量为200 000-1 000 000的聚二有机硅氧烷,其具体的例子包括聚二甲基硅氧烷聚合物,聚二甲基硅氧烷/二苯基/甲基乙烯基硅氧烷共聚物,聚二甲基硅氧烷/甲基乙烯基硅氧烷共聚物及其混合物。
其CTFA命名为amodimethicone的胺基官能团硅酮也适用于本发明的组合物,如,具有羟基端基团的聚二甲基硅氧烷(其CTFA命名为dimethiconol)。
含有乳化粒子的本发明组合物的一个优点是它被认为在乳化粒滴尺寸大小上没有真正的限制,因为大多数粒滴尺寸似乎可以很容易地重新分散。
可以用Malvern Instruments公司的2600D粒度仪通过激光散射技术测定粒子尺寸。
引入到本发明的头发处理组合物中的硅酮的量依赖于需要调理的程度和所用的物质。优选的用量为可起泡浓缩物重量的0.01-约10%,尽管这些界限并不是绝对的。其低限取决于达到所需调理的最小程度,高限取决于避免使头发具有难以接受的油性的最大程度。我们已经发现,硅酮的量为可起泡浓缩物重量的0.5-1.5%是特别适合的用量。
另一类用于引入的适合的调理剂是使头发有形和膨松的物质。例如,交联硅酮胶和全烷(烯)基烃物质。
适合的交联硅酮胶在WO 96/31188中进行了描述。优选的例子为Dow Corning公司出售的DC X2-1787。
引入到本头发处理组合物中的使头发有形和膨松的物质的量取决于所需有形和膨松的程度和所用的物质。优选的用量为可起泡浓缩物重量的0.01-约10%,尽管这些界限并不是绝对的。其低限取决于达到所需有形和膨松的效果的最小程度,高限取决于避免使头发出现难以接受的僵硬的最大程度。我们已经发现,使头发有形和膨松的物质的用量为可起泡浓缩物重量的0.5-2%是合适的。
根据一个更优选实施方案,头发处理组合物包括一种阴离子聚合物,其存在于可起泡浓缩物中的量可以为可起泡浓缩物重量的0.001-10%。通常,阴离子聚合物是含有一个或多个羧酸基团,一个或多个羧酸碱金属盐基团,一个或多个硫酸盐基团,或一个或多个磺酸盐基团或其混合物的阴离子聚合物。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,阴离子聚合物的用量为头发处理组合物总重量的约0.001%-约5.0%。在一个本发明的更加优选的实施方案中,阴离子聚合物的用量为头发护理组合物总重量的约0.2%-约2.0%。
一般情况下,阴离子聚合物包括这样一种聚合物,其含有一个或多个羧酸基团,一个或多个羧酸碱金属盐基团,一个或多个硫酸盐基团,一个或多个磺酸盐基团及其混合物。因此,阴离子聚合物可以是一种选自如下的缩聚产物:甲基乙烯基醚与马来酸酐及其盐、半酸酯和半酸酰胺的缩聚物,甲基乙烯基醚与马来酸酐共缩聚产物的半酸酯和/或半酰胺酯盐,辛基丙烯酰胺三聚物的钠盐,丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸丁胺基乙基酯的缩聚产品,用多官能团的试剂,多乙烯基磺酸酯及其混合物交联的丙烯酸聚合物。多官能团试剂优选为多元醇,多元胺,羧甲基纤维素及其混合物。
另外,阴离子聚合物可以包含至少一个羧酸基团或至少一个硫酸根,或至少一个磺酸基,或其混合物,并且是乙烯基化的不饱和单体的自由基聚合反应产物。
本发明的头发处理组合物中的可起泡浓缩物包括一种水性载体,其通常的用量为可起泡浓缩物重量的20-99%。
本发明的包装好的头发处理组合物包含一种气溶胶推进剂。该试剂用于从容器中排出其他物质并形成摩丝。
推进剂气体可以是任意的通常用于气溶胶容器的可液化气体。适合的推进剂的例子包括二甲醚,丙烷,正丁烷和异丁烷,可以单独使用或混合使用。其他适合的推进剂的例子包括氮气,二氧化碳和压缩空气。
推进气体的用量由气溶胶领域公知的正常的因素所决定。对摩丝来说,推进剂用量一般为约2%-约15%,为获得乳状泡沫和良好的感觉,最好的用量为约4%-约10%。
本发明的组合物可以包含其他一般用于头发处理配方的任何组分。这些其他的组分可以包括头发定型树脂,着色剂,抗泡沫剂,蛋白质,增湿剂,抗氧化剂,香料,杀菌剂和防晒剂。这些组分中每一种均以达到其目的的有效量存在。
本发明的组合物一般通过将可起泡浓缩物加入到合适的耐压容器中,然后密封该容器并按照通用的技术加入推进剂而制得。

组合物B用PEG6000二硬脂酸酯增稠,并保持可流动的液态香波形式。组合物A和C-G封装到具有可以产生摩丝的硬件的罐中,然后在压力为2.7bar下加入7%的丁烷推进剂。组合物A和C-G的初始粘度都低于2000cps。
组合物A和B的对比实验用组合物的起泡性能来评价。除了PEG6000二硬脂酸酯外,基础组合物A和B是完全类似的。
在实验中,评估者在25cm/12g的假发上评估起泡性能。每一个评估者均在两个不同的假发上使用组合物A和B。假发用温水完全浸湿,或将1g组合物A或将1g组合物B计量放入评估者的手中,并将其涂敷于假发上以产生泡沫。评估者将其他的组合物以相同的方法用于其他的假发上。
在评估组合物A和B中,100%的评估者认为组合物A产生泡沫比组合物B快。
同样,50%的评估者认为组合物A总体上起泡更多,相比之下10%的评估者认为组合物B起泡多,40%的评估者认为组合物A和B起泡一样多。多数人的意见也认为组合物B起泡相对慢,而且难以在头发中间扩散,而组合物A能立即起泡,且组合物和泡沫可以很容易地扩散到头发的各个部分。
评估者感觉到,含有阴离子定型聚合物的组合物能使清洗过的假发更加有形,且比其他用不含调理剂或定型组分的组合物清洗过的假发更加容易被定型,这表明含有阴离子定型聚合物和调理剂的组合物可以使定型聚合物和/或调理剂更好地附着在头发上。
Claims (13)
1.一种可形成摩丝的头发处理组合物,该组合物可以作为清洗和/或调理组合物,它包括一种可起泡的浓缩物和一种气溶胶推进剂,所述浓缩物包括至少一种表面活性剂,一种水性载体,且其基本上不包括阴离子表面活性剂。
2.根据权利要求1的形成摩丝的头发处理组合物,其中该组合物另外包含一种阴离子定型聚合物。
3.根据权利要求1或2的形成摩丝的头发处理组合物,其中组合物的粘度低于3000cps。
4.根据权利要求3的形成摩丝的头发处理组合物,其中可起泡浓缩物中不含增稠剂。
5.根据前述任意权利要求的形成摩丝的头发处理组合物,其中所述组合物包含85-98%的可起泡浓缩物和2-15%的气溶胶推进剂。
6.根据前述任意权利要求的形成摩丝的头发处理组合物,其中所述组合物包含6%或更少的阴离子表面活性剂。
7.根据权利要求1-5的形成摩丝的头发处理组合物,其中所述组合物完全不含阴离子表面活性剂。
8.根据前述任意权利要求的形成摩丝的头发处理组合物,其中所述组合物包含一种稀释剂。
9.根据权利要求8的形成摩丝的头发处理组合物,其中稀释剂为聚乙二醇或聚丙二醇。
10.根据前述任意权利要求的形成摩丝的头发处理组合物,其中所述的至少一种表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂。
11.根据权利要求10的形成摩丝的头发处理组合物,其中非离子表面活性剂是链长为C12-C14的正甲基烷基葡糖酰胺表面活性剂。
12.根据权利要求3-11的形成摩丝的头发处理组合物,其中存在于该组合物中的阴离子聚合物的量为0.2-2%。
13.一种本发明题目下的形成摩丝的头发处理产品,包含权利要求1-12的处理组合物,所述处理组合物装在一个具有硬件的罐中,该硬件能使可起泡浓缩物在喷出时产生摩丝。
