Abstract

背景技术
许多医疗操作需要使用一种尖金属针管来从病人身上获得液体样本或用于给病人输液。必须小心地操作所述尖金属针管以避免针管尖的意外针刺。消毒针管的意外针刺是疼痛的并且可能留下遭受感染的开放伤口。用过的针管的意外针刺会传染疾病。
在卫生保健工业中广泛使用安全护套来消除或减少意外针刺的风险。安全护套可以采用多种形式,包括沿着针管从近端位置插入到远端位置的护套。当护套位于近端位置时,暴露针管的远端以供使用。然而当护套位于远端位置时,则覆盖针管尖。

被动驱动安全针组件10包括一安全护套38,其可移动地安装在针管22上以用于从邻近插座30的近端位置移动到远端位置,处于该位置的安全护套38围绕针管22的远端26。安全护套38也装备有一由金属材料做成的安全弹簧锁40,当安全护套38位于图2所示的近端位置,弹簧锁逆着针管32一侧偏离。随着安全护套38从图2所示的近端位置朝图4所示的远端位置前进,弹簧锁40然后逆着针管22的一侧滑动。当安全护套38到达图4所示的远端位置时,安全弹簧锁40将穿过针管22的远端26。安全弹簧锁40固有的偏离力将促使安全弹簧锁40越过针管22的远端26以防止针管22的再次暴露。
屏蔽组件16还包括一远臂42,其通过第一活动铰链44整体地连接到安全护套38上,所述第一活动铰链允许在远臂42和安全护套38之间铰接运动。一近臂46通过一铰接栓48铰接到远臂42上。近臂46通过第二活动铰链52整体地连接到安全护套底部50上。屏蔽组件16的底部50是大致呈管状的结构,该结构以防止移走而不破坏相应组件的方式安全地锁定在针组件12的插座30上。
屏蔽组件16还包括一扭转弹簧54,其具有一盘卷56、一近腿58和一远腿60。扭转弹簧54的盘卷56安装在铰接栓48上,以使扭转弹簧54有效地固定在屏蔽组件16上。扭转弹簧54的近腿58与屏蔽组件16的近臂46啮合。扭转弹簧54的远腿60与屏蔽组件16的远臂42啮合。
屏蔽组件16的臂42和46的尺寸和配置允许安全护套38移进图2所示的近端位置,以使安全护套38邻接针插座30。另外,屏蔽组件16的臂42和46的尺寸允许安全护套38沿着针管22向远端滑动和进入一位置,处于该位置的弹簧锁40突然啮合在针管22的远端26上。当安全护套38沿着针管22位于其近端位置并且基本上邻近针插座30时,扭转弹簧54偏压成弯曲状态。扭转弹簧54的偏压力促使弹簧腿58和60相互分离,和由此趋向促使臂42和46围绕铰接栓48和处于扩展状态。因此,扭转弹簧54沿着针管22向远端推动安全护套38。当安全护套52位于图2所示的近端位置时,存在这些扭转弹簧54的力。所以,如同现有技术中所存在的那样,不需要通过安全护套38的第一部分的移动来提供手指帮助。
被动驱动针组件10的安全帽14由一种刚性塑料材料整体浇铸而成并包括一敞开近端62、一封闭远端64和一在两端62和64之间扩展的刚性封闭侧壁66。邻接远端62的管状侧壁66的部分构成一凹口68,当安全护套38位于图2的近端位置时,该凹口的尺寸适于可滑动地接纳臂42和46。尤其是凹口68包括一远端边70,该远端边邻接并且部分地位于屏蔽组件16的远臂42上。同时,邻近近端62的安全帽14部分突然与屏蔽组件16的底部50啮合。因此,安全帽可释放地保持在针组件12和屏蔽组件16上,并保持屏蔽组件16处于图2的压扁状态。
图1表示从其消毒包装中拿出后和安装到医疗器具之前的被动驱动安全针组件10,通过促使你的针托30的近端34处的接收器36放置在图2所示的Luer套20上,将安全针组件10安装到针托18或其它医疗器具上。卫生保健员然后用拇指和食指抓住针托18和屏蔽组件16的远臂42,并且用另一只手向远端拉动安全帽14。轻微的拉力使安全帽14与针组件10的剩余部分离,以暴露针管22的远端26。此时,卫生保健员仍然将一手指保持在屏蔽组件16的远臂42上,以使安全护套38保持在图2所示的近端位置中。
接着卫生保健员基本上以传统的方式把针管22的远端26导入病人身上的目标位置。一旦确信已经进入病人目标位置,卫生保健员可以释放屏蔽组件16的远臂42上的把手。移走手指力可使扭转弹簧54扩展,并且立即促使安全护套38沿着针管22远离。在接触图3所示的病人皮肤时,安全护套38将停止其远离移动。
在充分量的液体已经得到收集或输注后,从病人身上移走针组件12。从病人身上移走针管只包括被动驱动安全针组件10和针托18的近侧移动。这个近侧移动允许安全护套38沿着针管22进一步远离移动以响应扭转弹簧54施加的持续力。在完成从病人身上移走针管22后,将推动安全护套38远离充分的距离以用于弹簧锁40越过针管20的远端26和防止针管22再次暴露。安全护套38沿着针管22的滑动完全是被动的,并且不需要卫生保健员的初始协助。然后将针组件12连同或不与托18一起抛弃进适当的尖利品接收器中。
在图5中图解被动驱动安全针组件的第二实施例,该组件通常用标号10a表示。被动驱动安全针组件10a与上文描述和图解的安全针组件10在多数方面是相同的。然而,一刚性拇指把手72从与臂44和46完全相对的底部50的一侧中突出。安全帽14a包括一与凹口68完全相对的第二凹口74,其尺寸可滑动地接纳拇指把手72。拇指把手72提供方便的抓住位置,其类似于许多用于液体样本收集目的的针组件上提供的把手。
卫生保健技师可以使用大致如上所述的被动驱动安全针组件10a,但在移走安全帽14和针管初始插入病人期间抓住远臂42和拇指把手72。如上所述,然后卫生保健员可以释放远臂42上的手指把手,由此允许扭转弹簧54沿着针管22向远端驱动安全护套38。
在图6中用标号10b表示被动驱动安全针组件的第三实施例。被动驱动安全针组件10b与图1-4的安全针组件10在多数方面是相同的。然而,被动驱动安全针组件10b具有一螺旋弹簧76,该螺旋弹簧安装在针管22的周围并且布置在针插座30和安全护套38之间。螺旋弹簧76代替第一实施例的扭转弹簧54,并起到类似的作用。然而螺旋弹簧76直接在安全护套38上施加偏离力。因此,屏蔽组件16的臂42和46只跟随安全护套38而不驱动安全护套38。臂42和46继续执行它们的限定安全护套38沿着针管22的远离移动量的功能。
在图7中用标号10c表示本发明被动驱动安全针组件的第四实施例。被动驱动安全针组件10c与图1-5的安全针组件10在所有实质方面大致是相同的。然而,扭转弹簧80装备在屏蔽组件16的底部50和近臂46之间。扭转弹簧80在第二活动铰链52周围可旋转地驱动近臂58。近臂46的旋转导致远臂42的相应旋转移动,并沿着针管22向远端驱动安全护套38,大致如上所述。
Claims (12)
1.一种被动驱动安全针组件包括:
一针管,其具有相对的近端和远端;和
一屏蔽组件,其具有可滑动地安装在所述针管上的安全护套,并且可以从基本上邻接所述针管近端的近端位置移动到围绕所述针管远端的远端位置,所述屏蔽组件还包括连接设备,其在所述安全护套和接近所述针管近端的位置之间扩展,用于限定所述安全护套沿着所述针管向远端移动,所述屏蔽组件还包括偏离设备,用于促使所述安全护套从所述近端位置到所述远端位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的被动驱动安全针组件,还包括一安全帽,所述安全帽摩擦安装在所述针管和所述屏蔽组件部分上,用于将所述安全护套保持在所述近端位置中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的被动驱动安全针组件,其中所述连接设备包括多个铰连臂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的被动驱动安全针组件,还包括一针插座,所述针插座固定到所述针管的所述近端,和其中所述多个臂包括一铰接到所述安全护套的远臂和一铰接到所述插座附近的近臂,所述近臂和远臂在铰接连接件处相互铰接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的被动驱动安全针组件,其中所述屏蔽组件还包括一底部,所述底部安全固定到所述针插座上,所述近臂铰接到所述底部。
6.根据权利要求8所述的被动驱动安全针组件,其中所述底部还包括一拇指把手,其在与所述近臂相对的位置处从所述底部突出。
7.根据权利要求4所述的被动驱动安全针组件,其中所述偏离设备包括一扭转弹簧,其固定在所述近臂和远臂之间的铰接件上,用于促使所述近臂和远臂处于膨胀状态和由此沿着所述针管向远端驱动所述安全护套。
8.根据权利要求4所述的被动驱动安全针组件,其中所述偏离设备包括一扭转弹簧,其布置在所述插座和近臂之间,所述扭转弹簧促使所述近臂在铰接到所述底部的关节周围,用于彼此相对地膨胀所述近臂和远臂,和沿着所述针管向远端驱动所述安全护套。
9.根据权利要求4所述的被动驱动安全针组件,其中所述安全帽包括一凹口,用于可滑动地接纳所述臂和保持所述臂处于弯曲状态。
10.根据权利要求4所述的被动驱动安全针组件,其中所述安全护套与所述远臂是整体的。
11.根据权利要求4所述的被动驱动安全针组件,其中所述近臂与所述底部是整体的。
12.一种被动驱动安全针组件包括:
一针组件,其具有一包括相对的近端和远端的针管、一针插座,所述针插座安全固定到所述针管的近端,并且被配置成用于安装到医疗器具;
一屏蔽组件,其具有一安全护套,所述安全护套可滑动地安装在所述针管上,和可以从大致邻接所述针管近端的近端位置移动到围绕所述针管远端的远端位置,所述屏蔽组件还包括一铰连到所述安全护套的远臂、一铰连到所述远臂的近臂和一铰连到所述近臂的底部,所述底部安全固定到所述针组件的所述插座上,所述安全护套还包括一扭转弹簧,其固定到至少一个所述臂上,用于沿着促使所述安全护套到所述远端位置的方向移动所述臂;和
一安全帽,其可释放地啮合在所述针管和所述屏蔽组件部分上,用于将所述屏蔽组件保持在所述近端位置中。
