Abstract
本发明提供一种多元复合营养食盐,它包括有氯化钠NaCl,其特征是:该营养食盐是由氯化钠NaCl与氯化钾KCl、碳酸钙CaCO3、硫酸镁MgSO4、亚硒酸钠Na2Se2O4、碘酸钾KIO3混合而成。比普通食盐对人体具有“限钠补钾、补钙、补硒、补碘、补镁”功能。有效预防高血压与骨质疏松,并预防癌症、糖尿病的发生,此外还有抗衰老,保心、肝、解毒等作用。
Description
本发明属于调味品,特别涉及一种具有多种保健功能的多元复合营养食盐。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们在精神生活上的需求也在不断提高,在解决了温饱问题后,对日常食用调味品、食品的搭配及食品保健等方面都给予了很高的重视。而食盐又是人们生活中不可缺少的调味品,目前有关专家对食盐虽有了重大突破,市场上出现了碘盐。经调查知:我国居民现在普遍不缺碘,而碘盐又是高钠盐,它饮入不当会直接导致高血压与骨质疏松并导致白内障,经研究发现在食盐中添加适量的钾、钙、硒、碘、镁等微量元量,对高血压、骨质疏松、糖尿病、癌症等危害人类健康最大的几类疾病有良好的预防作用。
本发明在95100493、X发明专利的基础上经过多年科学实验,证明在食盐中加入适量的钾、钙、硒或镁碘几种元素互不拮抗,而且具有协同效果。这样在食盐中降低钠含量并加入适量的钙和钾,就能预防骨质疏松同时预防高血压。同时研究又发现:人类钠泵基因第118和129,2个基因位点的突变是导致盐敏感性高血压的根本原因,在食盐中加入适量的钾、钙和硒,并降低钠含量就能有效预防这两个基因位点的突变,同时对高血压患者起到良好的降压、稳压效果。科学实验表明:缺硒是引起糖尿病的一个重要原因,给糖尿病人补硒可起到良好效果。镁是人体重要的矿物质,能起到修补心肌及维持人体代谢平衡作用,在食物中也比较匮乏。
本发明的目的根据上述原理,在食盐中添加必要、适量和安全剂量的钾、钙、硒,以及碘和镁以预防上述疾病的发生而发明的其
无毒无副作用,有效而不积毒的多元复合营养食盐。
按如上构思,本发明所提供的多元复合营养食盐包括有氯化钠NaCl,其特征是:该营养食盐是由氯化钠NaCl与氯化钾KCl、碳酸钙CaCO3、硫酸镁MgSO4、亚硒酸钠Na2Se2O4、碘酸钾KIO3混合而成,该营养食盐的组成成分及重量百分比如下:
氯化钠(含NaCl 99.9%) 60~88.5%
氯化钾(含KCl 99.9%) 11~28%
碳酸钙(CaCO3化学纯) 0.5~5%
硫酸镁(MgSO4化学纯) 0~7%
亚硒酸钠(Na2Se2O4化学纯) 3.5~20mg/kg
碘酸钾(KIO3化学纯) 0~70mg/kg
在本方案中,它的较好组成为:
氯化钠 70~85%
氯化钾 12~20%
碳酸钙 1~3.5%
硫酸镁 2~6.5%
亚硒酸钠 12~18mg/kg
碘酸钾 15~35mg/kg
在本方案中,它的最佳配方组成是:
氯化钠: 75%
氯化钾: 20%
碳酸钙: 1.5%
硫酸镁: 3.5%
亚硒酸钠: 15mg/kg
碘酸钾: 35mg/kg
在本方案中,它的核心配比为:
氯化钠 70~83%
氯化钾 15~26%
碳酸钙 2~4%
亚硒酸钠 4~18mg/kg
上述的亚硒酸钠可用硒酸钠替代。
本发明与普通食盐有相同的色、味、咸度和调味功能,无任何异味,不变质,适合各种烹制、淹制食品。适合任何年龄段人群、无毒、副作用、不积毒。具有以下优点:
(1)比普通食盐(含NaCl 99.9%以上)对人体具有“限钠补钾、补钙、补硒、补碘、补镁”功能。有效预防高血压与骨质疏松,并预防癌症、糖尿病的发生,此外还有抗衰老,保心、肝、解毒等作用。
(2)安全、不积毒、无副作用有效。硒、碘符合食品添加剂标准,所含钾、钙、镁均无毒性。经几十万人食用五年以上,效果很好。
(3)生产工艺简单,原料价格低廉,成本低,易于工业化生产。更易于大面积推广,比市场上保健品价格都低。
(4)性能稳定,长期保存,性能不变。
下面结合具体的实施例详述本发明:
称取精制氯化钠385Kg、氯化钾100Kg、碳酸钙5Kg、硫酸镁15Kg、亚硒酸钠7.5g(化学纯)、碘酸钾17.5g。制备方法依次为:先将亚硒酸钠加入到蒸馏水中,制成5%的水溶液备用。再将20Kg的氯化钠放入干净、消毒的容器中,然后将上述亚硒酸钠溶液放入
该容器中的氯化钠上,搅拌5分钟备用。最后再将剩余的氯化钠和上述配比的氯化钾、碳酸钙、硫酸镁和碘酸钾放入干净、消毒的不锈钢固体混合器中,搅拌15分钟,混匀。随机抽测三个样品,检测含量为17mg/kg,13mg/kg,15mg/kg,平均为15mg/kg,碘酸钾含量为35mg/kg,45mg/kg,25mg/kg,平均含量为35mg/kg,制得500kg合格的营养保健盐,车间温度为20℃~21℃,相对湿度为50~60%。
实例2
称取精制氯化钠365Kg,氯化钾80Kg,碳酸钙5Kg,亚硒酸钠7g。制备方法依次为:先将亚硒酸钠加入到蒸馏水中,制成5%的水溶液备用。再将20Kg的氯化钠放入干净、消毒的容器中,然后将上述亚硒酸钠水溶液放入该容器中的氯化钠上,搅拌5分钟备用。最后再将剩余的氯化钠和上述配比的氯化钾、碳酸钙放入干净、消毒的不锈钢固体混合器中,搅拌15分钟,混匀。随机抽测三个样品,检测含量为17mg/kg,13mg/kg,15mg/kg,平均为15mg/kg,制得450kg合格的营养保健盐,车间温度为20℃~21℃,相对湿度为50~60%。

1.一种多元复合营养食盐,包括有氯化钠NaCl,其特征是:该营养食盐是由氯化钠NaCl与氯化钾KCl、碳酸钙CaCO3、硫酸镁MgSO4、亚硒酸钠Na2Se2O4、碘酸钾KIO3混合而成,该营养食盐的组成成分及重量百分比如下:
氯化钠(含NaCl 99.9%) 60~88.5%
氯化钾(含KCl 99.9%) 11~28%
碳酸钙(CaCO3化学纯) 0.5~5%
硫酸镁(MgSO4化学纯) 0~7%
亚硒酸钠(Na2Se2O4化学纯) 3.5~20mg/kg
碘酸钾(KIO3化学纯) 0~70mg/kg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多元复合营养食盐,其特征在于:在它的组分中,较好的组分及重量比为:
氯化钠 70~85%
氯化钾 12~20%
碳酸钙 1~3.5%
硫酸镁 2~6.5%
亚硒酸钠 12~18mg/kg
碘酸钾 15~35mg/kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多元复合营养食盐,其特征在于:在它的组分中,它的最佳组分及重量百分比为:
氯化钠: 75%
氯化钾: 20%
碳酸钙: 1.5%
硫酸镁: 3.5%
亚硒酸钠: 15mg/kg
碘酸钾: 35mg/kg。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多元复合营养食盐,其特征在于:在它的组分中,可以去掉硫酸镁和碘化钾,其组分及重量百分比为:
氯化钠 70~83%
氯化钾 15~26%
碳酸钙 2~4%
亚硒酸钠 4~18mg/kg。
5.根据权利要求1或2、3、4所述的多元复合营养食盐,其特征在于:上述的亚硒酸钠可用硒酸钠替代。
