Description
本发明涉及一种机加工工具,特别是一种用于钢制工件的机加工工具,其中,该工具的构形如一旋转工具,它具有能被夹入一机器或一机器心轴中的一柄部,所述柄部的自由端设有一工具头,其中,在该柄部上模制了一塞栓,刀头有用作一塞栓座的一镗孔,这样,该塞栓座能通过紧配合被安装在该塞栓上,并以一非积极(non-positive)方式被紧固于该塞栓。
铣刀、钻头、车削工具等等是机加工工具。这些工具具有常通过插入几个切削刀片而形成的切削刃。利用这些工具使一个切削刀片能或多或少深深地穿入一工件中,从而该深度取决于该工具的刚度和稳定性。人们知道用一螺纹连接将刀头与柄部连接起来,这样,该柄部通常设有一螺纹凸起,刀头设有一相应的螺纹孔。将两者拧在一起就形成了该工具,该工具被拧入一机器中或一机器心轴中,工件材料穿入该心轴中。这种柄部通常用工具钢制成,以便能经济地生产该螺纹塞栓。另外,从已有技术可知道一些连接,其中,在柄部上模制了一塞栓,这样,刀头具有用作一塞栓座的一镗孔,该塞栓座能通过紧配合被安装在该塞栓上,并以一非积极方式被紧固于该塞栓。特别是,在柄部与工具头之间的这些连接本身至今已被考验了。但是,在这种连接上不能确保一精确的真实运行。当该工具深深地穿入工件内时柄部也受到了较大的应力,这样,该钢柄部在某些情况下会变形,导致产生不平衡问题,特别在通常的高转速时,能使该机器或机器心轴断裂。
因此,本发明目的是提出一种普通的机加工工具,它能克服这些缺点,尤其是,其中在工具头与柄部之间形成一连接,该连接确保在机器心轴中或其上的该工具有一被改善了的使用寿命。
按照本发明,这个目的是这样被实现的,即,柄部的塞栓座和相应的刀头的镗孔,每个具有一螺纹区和一压力配合区,以产生一积极和非积极连接,柄部的压力配合区设有一过盈区(overdefined area),以使刀头的压力配合区能被冷缩配装。由于在该工具柄部与刀头之间组合了两个顺序排列类型的连接,就形成了一连接,该连接特别是最好符合在被切割的材料中的刀头的应力类型。一方面,由于设置的该螺纹连接而在塞栓与刀头之间形成一积极的配合,当沿着该工具的轴向和径向施加压力时该配合能确保足够的稳定性,另一方面,由冷缩配装产生的摩擦连接确保该螺纹区不会自动松开。一方面,这个整体的连接组合防止了刀头从柄部自动松开,另一方面,由于在柄部上的压力配合,该刀头就被沿轴向定中地保持了。这排除了一不平衡的运行,即排除了如在传统的螺纹连接中的情况。在柄部与刀头之间的连接的组合就导致该工具的使用寿命的明显的增加。从而,压力配合区本身能被构形为圆柱形或圆锥形。
按照本发明的另一实施例,包括塞栓的柄部用单件硬金属和/或重金属制造,而刀头采用钢、钛之类材料制成。为了产生按照本发明的该连接,借助于一热加工能形成该连接并又可将它们分开。在这种情况下,刀头以这样的方式首先安装在柄部上,即,在刀头受到热作用之前不啮合螺纹,由此,该刀头被加热到这样的程度,即,它能被拧到设有一过盈区的一压力配合区上。由于改变了膨胀参数,在热加工过程中形成一易于产生的连接,如需要的话,该连接在一相应的热作用下又被容易地分离,这样,尤其是又能使用该柄部。
下面将参阅仅有的一附图较详细地描述本发明的一实施例的实例。
在一侧视图里,该图表示了一工具1,该工具具有一部分切割的刀头5,该刀头用来机加工特别是钢制工件。在这种情况下,该工具1被构形为一旋转工具。该工具1具有能被夹入一机器或一机器心轴的一柄部2,塞栓柄部的自由端设有一工具头3。在该柄部2上模制了一塞栓4,这样,刀头5具有用作塞栓座的一镗孔6。该塞栓座能被安装在该塞栓4上,使紧配合并以一非积极方式被紧固于塞栓4。按照本发明,由此提出:柄部2的塞栓座4和相应的刀头5的镗孔6,每个具有组合的一螺纹区7和一压力配合区8,以产生一积极和非积极连接,塞栓4的压力配合区8设有用于冷缩装配刀头5的压力配合区8的一过盈区9。压力配合区8本身可被构形为圆柱形或圆锥形。
由此,包括塞栓4的柄部2用单件硬金属和/或重金属制造,而刀头5采用钢、钛之类材料制成。由此能制成按照本发明的该连接,并借助于一热加工又可将它们分离。在这种情况下,刀头6以这样的方式将其连接区加热,即,使它在被加热的状态下在塞栓4的压力配合区8上能与过盈区9以这样的方式螺纹连接在一起,即,使塞栓4和刀头5的螺纹彼此啮合。当该连接被冷却后,一组合连接导致从柄部2过渡到刀头5,一方面,所述组合连接是由一积极的配合和一非积极的配合形成。
Claims (4)
1.一种机加工工具,特别是一种用于钢制工件的工具,其中,该工具的构形如一旋转工具,它具有能被夹入一机器或一机器心轴中的一柄部,所述柄部的自由端设有一工具头,其中,在该柄部上模制了一塞栓,刀头有用作一塞栓座的一镗孔,这样,该塞栓座能被安装在该塞栓上,从而以一非积极方式紧配合和紧固于该塞栓,其特征在于,柄部(2)的塞栓(4)和相应的刀头(3)的镗孔(6),每个具有一螺纹区(7)和一压力配合区(8),以产生一积极和非积极配合,柄部(2)的压力配合区(8)设有用于冷缩装配刀头(3)的压力配合区(8)的一过盈区(9)。
2.按照权利要求1的工具,其特征在于,压力配合区(8)被构形为圆锥形或圆锥形。
3.按照权利要求1的工具,其特征在于,包括塞栓(4)的柄部(2)用单件硬金属和/或重金属制造,而刀头(3)采用钢、钛之类材料制成。
4.按照权利要求1至3的工具,其特征在于,能产生该连接并借助于热加工又能分离该连接。
