Abstract

Description
本发明涉及非接触式电子通信系统,其中,至少一个不具有由用户携带的内部电源的电子通信装置通过电磁信号与一电子询问/读/写装置进行通信。
这种非接触式电子通信系统被用来,例如控制对滑雪道、房屋、车库、公共运输等的访问,因为没有任何接触,所以提高了用户通道的速度,同时允许在所携带的电子装置和电子询问/读/写装置之间进行信息交换,因而可根据一定的标准来管理访问。
电子询问/读/写装置例如以无线电频率发射电磁信号,该信号被用户所携带的电子通信装置所检测,并且,一方面用作信息交换用传输媒介,另一方面用作向电子通信装置提供电能的能源。为此,后者包括,例如图1中的简图所示,一天线10,该天线由包括一线圈14和一电容16的谐振电路12组成。来自询问/读/写装置的由天线10接收的无线电频率信号被施加于解调器18,该解调器检测由询问/读/写装置发射的包含二进制信息的低频调制信号。
为了解释这些二进制信息信号,由数字处理电路20对其进行处理,如果必要,产生一二进制信号形式的响应,这些信号通过调制器24发送至该询问/读/写装置,该调制器由连接到谐振电路12终端的一开关22和一负载阻抗(30)表示。

以配置在银行信用卡类型的塑料卡中的微型电路28的形式来产生根据图1的非接触式电子通信装置,天线的线圈14沿卡的周围配置,整个构成一通信模块MC。
值得注意的是,考虑到谐振电路12的调谐调节,电容16的一部分在微型电路28中,一部分在其外。
这种微型电路也可被配置在表的外壳中,该外壳的材料被设计成允许电磁信号到达外壳内的天线。
这种非接触式电子通信系统具有一主要缺点,即,限制了其作用距离,例如,由于微型电路的实际有效电源不充足,除询问/读/写装置与天线之间的一定距离之外,在读/写模式下频率为13.65MHz时的作用距离为几十厘米。
另外,电源的不充足还限制了速度,因而限制了微型电路的计算能力,这导致不能保证在短的时间间隔中实现需要大量数据处理和/或加密计算的复杂处理。
并且,根据当前的规则,由于询问/读/写装置的电源被限制以基本上不妨碍邻近安装和环境,所以也不能增加该询问/读/写装置的发射能量。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种非接触式电子通信装置,该装置具有最大作用距离,并具有比已有的装置大的计算能力。
通过修改该非接触式电子通信装置来实现该目的,因此,可将该装置连接到一个设置在例如卡夹持器或表等支撑上的一般物体的电源,例如电池等上。
因此,本发明涉及一种包含在模块中类型的非接触式电子电磁通信装置:
接收电磁信号的装置,
处理接收的电磁信号的装置,和
为了在两个输出端向处理装置提供电源电压而整流和滤波接收的电磁信号的装置,
其特征在于:还包括
支撑电源的装置,和
将所述电源连接到所述整流和滤波电路的输出端的装置
该连接装置还包括一开关,以建立或切断电源和整流和滤波电路的终端之间的连接。

为了实现本发明,为了通过导线32、34将整流和滤波电路26的输出端A和B与设置在包含微型电路28和谐振电路天线10的模块MC之外的两个接触端点36和38相连接,必须进行修改。
所谓的非接触式通信模决MC通常容纳于塑料卡40的厚度内,天线10的线圈14以一圈或多圈被容纳在卡的周围。根据本发明,接触端点36和38被设置在卡40的表面上。

通过将卡40与卡夹持器PC相结合,微型电路28被提供电池48的电压,该电压可替换或加到整流和滤波电路26所提供的电压上。提高到一更大的检测距离,更长的处理用期间和更高的计算速度,由于电源电压Vcc不依赖于卡40和询问/读/写装置之间的距离,因此电源电压Vcc是不变的。

通常,非接触式卡40的接触端点36和38与卡夹持器PC的这些接触端点56和58符合标准,事实上,该标准允许由卡夹持器PC使用结合卡。

在根据图2A和2B的本发明的典型实施例中,非接触式电子模块MC由银行信用卡型塑料卡40携带,而电池48由卡夹持器PC携带,在卡夹持器PC上插有卡40以在终端36、38、56和58之间建立电接触。
本发明还适用于任何为了具有连接接点36和38以与由一物体,例如电子表或手机等携带的电池接触端点连接而进行修改的非接触式电子模块。

6.如权利要求3的装置,其特征在于:当应用于设置在外壳(108)中的非接触式模块(MC)时,
支撑电源的装置包括例如具有其自身电源(70)的表(MO),
该第一接触端点包括设置在模块(MC)外壳底面上的接线柱(104,106),
该第二接触端点包括一设置在表外壳背面上的接线柱(100,102),和
连接夹持所述第一和第二终端的装置包括模块(MC)的外壳(108)带有的凸缘(102,104),该凸缘嵌入表外壳背面中的对应凹槽(116,118)中。
7.如权利要求3的装置,其特征在于:当应用于设置在外壳(130)中的非接触式模块(MC)时,
支撑电源的装置包括一手机设备(TM),该手机设备具有连接到充电电池上的接线柱(132),
第二接触端点包括对手机设备(TM)的电池充电的接线柱(132),和
第一接触端点包括与充电接线柱(132)配合的接线柱。
8.如权利要求3的装置,其特征在于:当应用于银行类型卡(40)所带有的非接触式模块(MC)时,
支撑电源的装置包括一手机设备(138),该手机设备具有设计成与银行类型卡的触点相配合的连接器(140),
支撑非接触式模块(MC)的卡包括第一接触端点,
连接器(140)包括连接到电源上的第二接触端点,和
通过将卡(40)插入连接器(140)来实现第一和第二非接触式终端之间的连接。
9.如权利要求1至6的任一装置,其特征在于:电源为可拆卸电池。
