Abstract
本发明公开一种治疗前列腺炎中药制剂，由下列重量配比的原料组成：生地10-15、知母9-12、黄柏6-10、墨旱莲10-15、女贞子10-15、车前草10-18、赤芍6-12。本发明可改善前列腺血液循环，有效地抑制前列腺内病原微生物生长，明显消除慢性前列腺炎临床症状，具有疗效确切、缩短疗程、提高治愈率、减少复发率、副作用小等优点。本发明制剂也可作为急性前列腺炎辅助用药，适合于治疗各种类型前列腺炎。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药制剂，更具体的是涉及一种治疗前列腺炎的中药制剂，适合于治疗各种急慢性前列腺炎。
背景技术
前列腺炎是一种常见且令人困惑的疾病，可发生于任何年龄的成年男子，青春期前很少发生，而多发于20--40岁的男子，35岁以上有35％--40％患有本病。慢性前列腺炎分为慢性细菌性前列腺炎、非细菌性前列腺炎和前列腺痛。其发病机理尚未完全清楚。国际上目前主要治疗方案为前列腺液病原微生物培养和药敏试验选择敏感抗生素治疗。对前列腺痛采用α-阻滞剂对症治疗，经常热水坐浴或理疗也可部分缓解症状。但大多数病人的治疗效果不满意。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供是一种治疗前列腺炎中药制剂，各组分配比(按重量份数比)为：生地10-15、墨旱莲10-15、赤芍6-12、知母9-12、黄柏6-10、车前草10-18、女贞子10-15。
本发明的中药制剂的形式为口服液、胶囊、片剂、丸剂、散剂。
在上述制剂组成中，知母含有皂甙、知母多糖、有机酸等化合物，黄柏含有生物碱等，生地含有环烯醚萜、单萜、甘甙类等。生地，知母和黄柏可对人体进行水火相济，协调阴阳。墨旱莲含噻吩类化合物、蟛虷菊内酯等，女贞子含齐墩果酸等。墨旱莲和女贞子具有滋阴益肾、强腰膝、壮筋骨。车前草含酸性粘多糖、琥珀酸、胆碱等，具有利水通淋除下焦湿热作用。赤芍含芍药甙、芍药内酯甙等，具有活血化瘀、通络止痛作用。
本发明的优点是：不仅能清热利湿、行气活血化瘀、滋阴降火，改善前列腺血液循环，有效地抑制前列腺内病原微生物生长，而且对人体气血及五脏生理功能具有协调平衡，调理气机，通调水道，补肾气亏虚，去下焦湿热，化气血瘀滞，达到治病求本的目的。本发明能改善或消除各类慢性前列腺炎症状，总有效率达95％，其中缓解率10％，治愈率45％；而且具有剂量轻、疗效确切、疗程短、治愈率高、减少复发率、副作用小等优点。本发明提供的药物也可作为急性前列腺炎辅助用药。
具体实施方式
下面给出本发明的具体实施例。
实施例1
组方及各组分配比(按重量份数比)为：生地12克、知母10克、黄柏10克、墨旱莲10克、女贞子10克、车前草10克、赤芍6克。
将上述组分按重量份称取后，将原料按常规口服液生产工艺制成口服液。
实施例2
组方及各组分配比(按重量份数比)为：生地10、知母12、黄柏9、墨旱莲12、女贞子12、车前草12、赤芍6。
将上述组分按重量份称取后，将原料按常规蜜丸生产工艺制成蜜丸。
实施例3
组方及各组分配比(按重量份数比)为：生地15、知母10、黄柏10、墨旱莲15、女贞子15、车前草15、赤芍9。
将上述组分按重量份称取后，将原料按常规片剂生产工艺制成片剂。
实施例4
组方及各组分配比(按重量份数比)为：生地12、知母10、黄柏10、墨旱莲12、女贞子12、车前草15、赤芍9。
将上述组分按重量份称取后，将原料按常规胶囊生产工艺制成胶囊。
实施例5
组方及各组分配比(按重量份数比)为：生地12、知母10、黄柏10、墨旱莲12、女贞子12、车前草15、赤芍6。
将上述组分按重量份称取后，将原料按常规散剂生产工艺制成散剂。
实施例6
取实施例1制备的口服液，选择临床诊断为慢性前列腺炎的患者60例，给予口服液，服用量可根据患者年龄、体重、疾病严重程度等变化，2次/日，15-30ml/次，一个月为一个疗程，随访结果。综合疗效判断标准：临床症状消失，停药后无反复为临床治愈；临床症状基本消失为有效；部分临床症状消失为改善。结果：有效24例，有效率40％；缓解6例，缓解率10％；治愈27例，治愈率45％，失访1例、症状改善不明显2例，总有效率达95％。

1.一种治疗前列腺炎中药制剂，其特征是：它的活性成分由下列重量配比的原料制成：
生 地10-15 墨旱莲10-15 赤 芍6-12
知 母9-12 黄 柏6-10 车前草10-18
女贞子10-15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗前列腺炎中药制剂，制备的药物为下列之一的剂型：口服液、胶囊、片剂、丸剂或散剂。
