本发明属于中医中药领域，涉及一种治疗肠道易激综合征的中药丸剂。
背景技术
本病常因环境、生活、精神紧张、饮食等原因致肠道内出现高张力使肠道肌肉收缩引起的一种非炎性泄泻，临床上常见于情绪波动、精神过度紧张、生气等出现腹痛、泄泻，便后则症状缓解，有时嗳气食少、胸胁胀满。中医认为情志所伤，精神过度紧张，肝失调达、横逆侮脾、脾失健运为主要病机。临床中通过辨证采取抑肝扶脾为治疗大法，收到了很好的治疗效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗肠道易激综合征的中药丸剂，具有见效快、疗效高、安全返方便、无毒副作用的特点。
本发明治疗肠道易激综合征的中药丸剂，中药原料的重量组成为：白芍5份、葛根5份、柴胡3份、泽兰3份、防风2份、五味子3份、丹参4份和白术5份。
制备方法：按上述重量称取原料，共轧为细粉，过80--100目细罗，用冷开水将药粉泛为小丸，晒干或低温干燥。小水丸光圆齐整、色泽一致。装袋，每袋10克。
治疗方案：口服丸剂，一次一袋（10克），日服二次，7天为一疗程。
本发明中的药物机理如下：
白芍：养血通经、平肝止痛、敛阴止汗。本品有养肝阴、调肝气、平肝阳、缓急止痛之效，临床中常用于脘腹、手足挛急疼痛。
葛根：解肌退热、透发麻疹、生津止渴、升阳止泻。
柴胡：解肌退热、疏肝解郁、升阳举陷。本品善调达肝气、疏肝解郁。
泽兰：活血祛瘀、利水消肿。
防风：发散解表、胜湿止痛、息痉、止泻。本品常用于肝郁侮脾、脘痛泄泻及肠风下血。
五味子：敛肺滋肾、生津敛汗、涩精止泻、宁心安神。
丹参：活血调经、凉血消痈、安神。
白术：益气健脾、燥湿利水、止汗、安胎。
以上诸药的功效及主治均参考于中医院校本科教材第六版《中药学》，上海科技出版社。
以下为临床试验总结：
肠道易激综合征的症状是：情绪紧张则出现腹痛、泄泻，便后则症状缓解，有时嗳气、食少，胸胁胀满。
治疗标准：
痊愈：症状全部消失，既使情绪波动也无症状发生，全身无阳性体征可查。
好转：症状基本消失，情绪波动偶感腹部不适，但无腹泻等症状。
无效：治疗后症状明显改善，但精神紧张后仍出现肠鸣、腹泻，但症状较轻。
治疗结果：临床试验治疗肠道易激综合征患者150例。经过一个疗程治疗后，痊愈100例，占67%，好转30例，占20%，无效20例，占13%，总有效率87%。通过治疗所示，对病人无任何毒副作用，三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常现象。
以下列举几个典型病例：
病例1：患者杨某某，女，18岁，患肠道易激综合征，自述每逢考试或精神紧张则感肠鸣、腹痛、便意感，便后则症状缓解，甚至影响考试。服用本发明药物治疗一个疗程后，症状全部消失。随访一年未复发。
病例2：患者石某某，女，22岁，因精神紧张、生气后腹痛、腹泻三年之久，诊为肠道易激综合征，多方治疗无效，后服用本发明药物治疗一个疗程后症状全部消失，随访一年未复发。
病例3：患者王某某，男，27岁，患肠道易激综合征5年，多方治疗效果甚微，近来症状加重，遂来诊我院，服用本发明药物治疗一个疗程后痊愈。随访一年未复发。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：
（1）本发明所选用的中草药均符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定，根据配伍，本发明具有抑肝扶脾的功效。
（2）本发明是在中医辨证施治的基础上结合临床试验研制而成的，不仅对肠道易激综合征有治疗作用，也可预防本病的发生。
（3）本发明组方严谨、科学高效、见效快、治愈率高、服用方便。
具体实施方式：
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例
中药原料的重量组成为：
白芍5份、葛根5份、柴胡3份、泽兰3份、防风2份、五味子3份、丹参4份和白术5份。
制备方法：按上述重量称取原料，共轧为细粉，过80--100目细罗，用冷开水将药粉泛为小丸，晒干或低温干燥。小水丸光圆齐整、色泽一致。装袋，每袋10克。口服，一次一袋，日服二次，7天为一疗程。
