Abstract

技术领域：本发明涉及中药制剂，特别是一种治疗风湿痹痛的中药及其制备方法。
背景技术：现有技术中治疗风湿痹痛的药物有1、冯了性风湿跌打药酒，其缺点是：(1)组方量大，共需二十七味中药，且药源不易保证；(2)生产周期长，需要30～40天；(3)剂量大，一次需10～15ml，一日2～3次。2、伤湿止痛膏，其缺点是：(1)组方量大，药源不易保证；(2)生产工艺难度大；(3)为橡胶膏，透气性差，贴于皮肤后易产生泡疹等副作用。
发明内容：本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗风湿痹痛的中药及其制备方法，它是一种安全、有效、方便、快捷的具有祛风除湿、活血止痛的药物，用于治疗风湿痹痛，偏正头痛等属于风湿瘀阻证候者的治疗。
本发明的另一目的是创新该类药物的生产方法，充分利用当地丰富的药物资源，达到更好的社会效益和经济效益。
本发明的构成：它是由下列用量的原料药物制成的，透骨香70～90g、川芎40～60g、飞龙掌血30～50g、红升麻30～50g、松节30～50g、白芷40～60g、天然冰片(艾片)5～20g、苕叶细辛20～40g、薄荷脑5～20g，樟脑10～30g。
以上十味，除薄荷脑、樟脑、天然冰片(艾片)外，其余七味原料药物粉碎成粗粉，加入2～5倍量80％乙醇，浸泡，隔日搅拌一次，七天后收集浸出液，再加入1～3倍量80％乙醇浸泡五天，收集浸出液，压榨药渣，合并压榨液与浸出液，常压滤过，加入上述樟脑、薄荷脑、天然冰片(艾片)溶解，调整乙醇量至60％～80％，静置48小时，滤过，即得。
与现有技术比较，本发明为苗族验方，组方独特，疗效确切，安全可靠；本发明为纯中药制剂，对人体无毒副作用；使用方便，剂量小。
具体实施方式：实施例1：取透骨香70g、川芎40g、飞龙掌血30g、红升麻30g、松节30g、白芷40g、天然冰片(艾片)5g、苕叶细辛20g、薄荷脑5g、樟脑10g，以上十味原料药物，除薄荷脑、樟脑、天然冰片(艾片)外，其余透骨香等七味药材粉碎成粗粉，加入2～5倍量80％乙醇，浸泡，隔日搅拌一次，七天后收集浸出液，再加入1-3倍量g0％乙醇浸泡五天，收集浸出液，压榨药渣，合并压榨液与浸出液，常压滤过，加入上述樟脑、薄荷脑、天然冰片(艾片)溶解，调整乙醇量至60％～80％，静置48小时，滤过，即得。
实施例2：取透骨香90g、川芎60g、飞龙掌血50g、红升麻50g、松节50g、自芷60g、天然冰片(艾片)20g、苕叶细辛40g、薄荷脑20g、樟脑30g，以上十味原料药物，除薄荷脑、樟脑、天然冰片(艾片)外，其余透骨香等七味药材粉碎成粗粉，加入2～5倍量80％乙醇，浸泡，隔日搅拌一次，七天后收集浸出液，再加入1～3倍量80％乙醇浸泡五天，收集浸出液，压榨药渣，合并压榨液与浸出液，常压滤过，加入上述樟脑、薄荷脑、天然冰片(艾片)溶解，调整乙醇量至60％～80％，静置48小时，滤过，即得。

1.一种治疗风湿痹痛的中药，其特征在于：它是由下列用量的原料药物制成的，透骨香70～90g、川芎40～60g、飞龙掌血30～50g、红升麻30～50g、松节30～50g、白芷40～60g、艾片5～20g、营叶细辛20～40g、薄荷脑5～20g，樟脑10～30g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗风湿痹痛的中药的制备方法，其特征在于：以上十味，除薄荷脑、樟脑、艾片外，其余七味原料药物粉碎成粗粉，加入2～5倍量80％乙醇，浸泡，隔日搅拌一次，七天后收集浸出液，再加入1～3倍量80％乙醇浸泡五天，收集浸出液，压榨药渣，合并压榨液与浸出液，常压滤过，加入上述樟脑、薄荷脑、艾片溶解，调整乙醇量至60％～80％，静置48小时，滤过，即得。
