Description

包装件
本发明一般涉及包装件，更具体来说，涉及用于盛放蛋糕、糕点、糖果等的槽状容器，这种容器是用可折叠材料最好是纸板的单件平坯件制成的，包括一个下部，下部包括一底板和从底板沿刻痕向上竖立的侧壁；以及一个顶部，顶部包括一个盖和从盖沿刻痕向下的侧壁，至少一个侧壁是所述下部和顶部共用的，而其余侧壁以相互邻接重叠的关系延伸。
上述的，以多种不同方式设计和成形的容器是公知的。为了能够打开盖以便在容器内存取产品，在那些与盖沿刻痕相连的从顶部下垂的侧的侧壁上大致在壁的高度尺寸之一半处可设置纵向撕开带。当撕掉带时，盖可以向上折叠，当这样做时，位于盖和撕开带之间的侧壁部分将连同盖在一起，而在撕开带区域下面的侧壁部分仍附着在下部的直立侧壁上。上述撕开带可能难于可靠和正确地持握以便快捷有效地除去，这一方面是由于它们较窄，另一方面是由于它们设置得与它们构成一部分的侧壁在同一水平上的缘故。另外，这种撕开带容易在其完全撕掉之前断开，使盖更难打开。
本发明的目的是提供一种上述的容器，其中，由于所提供的容器，其盖只要很小的气力就可容易打开，因而消除了上述的缺陷。
上述目的以独创的简单方式实现，其中，盖在其边缘延长，向着至少一个有关侧壁翻转，以便基本在盖的平面内形成一个超越所述侧壁延伸的开盖捏片，所述捏片沿一刻痕沿其外缘回折并向后伸向所述侧壁，所述捏片借助第一弱化线连接于所述侧壁，在顶部的盖和顶部的其它侧壁中的至少一个之间，邻近上述刻痕设置第二弱化线，因而当拉动捏片时，由于弱化线的开裂，从而可以打开盖。
现在对照以下附图详述本发明。
图1是从用于形成按照本发明的容器的平坯件上方看去的视图；
图2是从装有产品的完全装好的容器前方斜向看去的立体图；
图3是相应于图2的立体图，图中该容器的盖已打开。
在附图中总体标号为1的容器的作用是在运输盛放在其中的各种产品如糖果、糕点、蛋糕、意大利式烘馅饼、西式馅饼等的过程中，用作保护外壳，这些产品可以具有与容器相同的外部形状。按照图示实施例，容器1具有基本呈三角形的形状，但是这种形状只是若干种可能的形状之一。容器1最好是用平的坯件2制成的，坯件2可以用可折叠材料，推荐用纸板，最好是箱纸板制成。
容器1由两个主要部分即下部3和顶部4构成。下部3具有一个平底板5和两个沿直刻痕6和7基本垂直于所述平底板的直立平侧壁8和9。以相似的方式，顶部4包括一个平盖10和两个沿直刻痕11和12基本垂直于所述盖的下垂侧壁13和14。侧壁8，9和11，12按照邻接重叠的关系布置，这将在下文中详述。另外，下部3和顶部4有一个共用的平侧壁15，该侧壁基本垂直于下部3的底板5及顶部4的盖10延伸，并借助刻痕16和17与其相连接。
顶部4的平盖10在转向有关侧壁13，14，15中的至少一个的边缘上，在图示实施例中在转向共同的侧壁15的边缘上被延长，以便形成一个开盖捏片19，该捏片基本在盖10的平面内超越侧壁15伸出。该捏片沿其直的外缘沿上述刻痕折叠180°，然后向后延伸至共用侧壁15。捏片19借助第一弱化线21连接于共用侧壁15，这将在下文中详述。
在顶部4的盖10和它的其它侧壁13或14中间，在刻痕11或12的区域中，在本例中是在盖10和侧壁13之间的刻痕11的区域中，设有一条第二弱化线22，这将在下文中详述。上述第二弱化线22连同第一弱化线21可使打开盖10成为可能，这是当用一只手的手指拉动捏片19时弱化线开裂的结果。
第一和第二弱化线21和22可分别制成撕开穿孔线或在后表面切痕，即，纸板穿出一系列通孔或在内表面上切至最大相应于纸板厚度一半的深度。按照图示及描述的实施例，在捏片19和共用侧壁15之间的第一弱化线21是一条撕开穿孔线23，而在盖10和所述有关侧壁13之间的第二弱化线22是后表面切痕24。
当在捏片19上施加拉力时，由于撕开穿孔线23和后表面切痕24裂开，因而如前所述，可以打开盖10以存取容器1中的内容物。如果需要整个地除去盖10，那么，沿盖10和余下的侧壁14之间沿刻痕12可制成另一条弱化线25，其形式可以为撕开穿孔线、后表面切痕等。
如前所述，上述的容器1是通过平坯件2的架设而产生的，这就是沿刻痕30、31和32将位于下部3的一个侧壁9的前端及共用侧壁15端部的边缘折片26，27和28折成与下部的两个侧壁8和9抵靠的关系，上述折片通过穿入传统方法构制的、相互作用的钩状缝29中而钩在上述两侧壁上。共用侧壁15沿刻痕16向上折叠得与下部3的底部5成直角，而下部的侧壁8，9沿刻痕6，7向上折叠。由于在图示实施例中刻痕7和30之间的角超过90°，因而侧壁8，9将以一个角度向外延伸，该角度相应于刻痕16和刻痕31，32之间的角度。这种布置易于向容器中装入产品，也改善了支架好的坯件2的可堆垛特性。
在向容器1中装入产品之前，由延长的盖10和侧壁13，14构成的顶部4与共用侧壁15平行地向上平直延伸。但是，正是在装入操作过程中，顶部4沿第一弱化线21向后折叠大于90°。
在装入产品的操作之后，顶部4由盖10封闭，侧壁13，14沿刻痕17折叠。然后容器被封闭，侧壁13，14沿刻痕11，12折叠并附着在下部3的侧壁8，9上，与所述侧壁形成重叠关系。这时就完成了容器1，形成图2所示的外观。
当准备消费容器1内的产品时，用手在后面伸出的开盖捏片19上施加拉力而打开容器1。上述拉力纸片沿弱化线21，22，即，沿本例中的撕开穿孔线23和后表面切痕24开裂。后表面切痕24使纸板以受控方式分开，形成美观的开口。盖10沿顶部4的侧壁14的刻痕25连接于下部3，该侧壁附着在下部的侧壁9上，如图3所示。
如果需要，刻痕25如前所述也可以制成撕开穿孔线或后表面切痕的形式，使整个盖10可被撕掉或除去。
在附图中表示及上面描述的容器1的推荐实施例如前所述是三角形的，下部3和顶部4的重叠的侧壁8，13和9，14分别在朝向前部峰顶33的方向上收敛，而其共用侧壁15构成一个后板34，开盖捏片19从后板34向后伸出。如前所述，容器1的这种结构只是若干可能的结构之一。
因此，本发明并不局限于描述的图示实施例，而是可以按照多种方式变化，这并不超出权利要求书中限定的保护范围。

Claims (10)

3.如权利要求1或2所述的容器，其特征在于：弱化线(21或22)中的至少一个是撕开穿孔线(23)或后表面切痕(24)：
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的容器，其特征在于；在开盖捏片(19)和所述共用侧壁(15)之间的第一弱化线(21)是撕开穿孔线(23)。
5.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的容器，其特征在于：在顶部(4)的盖(10)和它的其它侧壁(13，14)中的至少一个之间的第二弱化线(22)是后表面切痕(24)。
6.如前述任一项权利要求所述的容器，其特征在于：一条或几条附加弱化线(15)邻近于顶部(4)的盖(10)和所述其它侧壁(14)之间的刻痕(12)设置，因而使整个盖(10)可被除去。
7.如权利要求6所述的容器，其特征在于：所述附加弱化线(15)是撕开穿孔式的或后表面切痕式的。
8.如前述任一项权利要求所述的容器，其特征在于：下部(3)的直立侧壁(8，9)借助边缘折片(26，27，28)和与其配合工作的钩状装置(29)相互连接。
9.如前述任一项权利要求所述的容器，其特征在于：顶部(4)和下部(3)的重叠侧壁(8，13，和9，14)相互附着，最好相互胶合。
10.如前述任一项权利要求所述的容器，其特征在于：所述容器是三角形的，下部(3)和顶部(4)的重叠的侧壁(8，13和9，14)向着前部峰顶(33)收敛，而所述共用侧壁(15)构成一个后板，该后板含有从所述后板向后伸出的开盖捏片(19)。
