本发明属绿色食营养保健食品,它源于盛开的百花丛中,且经过蜜蜂采集、酿造、加工而成的全能饮品,是植物的精华,具有增强人体免疫功能,促进延年益寿,软化血管,防止动脉硬化和冠心病,具有使细胞再生,促进新陈代谢,保持皮肤滋润,青春健美等功能。它是我国酒文化中的又一新族。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现:蜂花酒由以下组份组成。
蜂花粉:3%-30%
蜂蜜:20%-5%
大枣:0.8%
酒曲:5%-15%
矿泉水余量
蜂花酒制作方法为:
1、将定量的蜂花粉备用。
2、取定量的蜂蜜滤杂质的备用、大枣备用。
3、取上述蜂花粉、蜂蜜、大枣混合搅拌,加余量的矿泉水,投入定量的酒曲,低温发酵120天-180天;届时过滤、灭菌、勾兑处理包装,即得蜂花酒。
实施例:取蜂花30克,蜂蜜15克,大枣0.5克,矿泉水余量。
将上述混合处理加酒曲搅拌后低温窖封120-180天,发酵处理,取出后过滤、灭菌、勾兑即得蜂花酒。
蜂花粉:味甘、性平、无毒、益肤养颜、延年益寿。
蜂蜜:味甘、性平、无毒、益气补中、止痛解毒、润燥、调合百药。
大枣:味甘、性平、无毒、补血、养脾、补气健胃、调合百药。
本发明蜂花酒以蜂花粉为主料、蜂蜜、大枣等为辅料。经过长期酿造而成,该酒营养丰富,强身健体之功能,是中华酒文化又一新族。
Claims (2)
1、一种蜂花酒,其特征在于:蜂花酒由以下组份组成:
蜂花粉:3%~30%
蜂蜜:20%~15%
大枣:0.8%
酒曲:5%~15%
矿泉水余量
2、蜂花酒的制作方法其特征在于:
(1)将定量的蜂花粉选好备用;
(2)将定量的蜂蜜滤出杂质备用;取定量大枣备用。
(3)取上述蜂花粉、蜂蜜、大枣混合搅拌,加余量矿泉水、投入定量的酒曲,低温发酵120天-180天即可。
