Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗治疗脊椎疾病的中药组合物，该组合物由白花蛇、全蝎、蜈蚣、乳香、没药构成。该种中药组合物是一种外敷药，对各种脊椎疾病具有相当理想的疗效，同时，对人体不会产生任何副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗脊椎疾病的中药组合物。
背景技术
脊椎包括：颈椎、胸椎、腰椎、骶椎和尾椎。上述椎骨骨体之间是靠一种形状为圆盘的软垫来连接，由此支撑着人体活动，而此软垫即为椎间盘，它的主要作用是承受压力，缓冲震荡并使脊椎活动自如。正是由于椎间盘的重要作用，所以，一旦椎间盘错位将影响肢体的活动，可以说，椎间盘疾病是脊椎疾病的主要表现形式。而这种疾病产生的主要原因是长期承受外部压力，身体着凉，肌肉痉挛、老化及骨刺等原因和其它疾病所致。
按照中医疗法治疗椎间盘疾病主要通过按摩和口服药等进行治疗。其治疗机理主要是疏通经络和活血来达到治疗目的。按摩主要调整神经功能，不能彻底治愈椎间盘疾病；而口服中药有各种不同配方，如CN1065132C公告的“治疗腰间盘突出的中药制剂”，该专利主要选用了红参、三七、红花、土虫、麝香、血蝎、没药、乳香8味中药原料配制而成。可见，治疗此种疾病有多种中药组合配方，治疗的目的也主要是通调经脉、活血祛瘀。上述中药配方多为十几味或近十几位中药构成，其中药组份的配比也相对比较复杂和难于制备。但，对彻底治疗椎间盘疾病的药物组物，特别是外敷药现还在探索之中。
技术方案
本发明的任务是提供一种通过简单配方来治愈脊椎疾病的中药组合物。
本发明所提出的治疗脊椎疾病的中药组合物由白花蛇、全蝎、蜈蚣、乳香、没药构成，且各组份的重量比为白花蛇∶全蝎∶蜈蚣∶乳香∶没药＝1∶0.8-1.2∶0.4-0.6∶0.3-0.5∶0.5-0.7。据《本草纲目》中记载：白花蛇气味甘，咸，温，有毒，可治疗骨节疼痛，筋脉拘急等病症；蜈蚣气味辛，温，有毒，主治各种中毒；全蝎气味甘、辛，平，有毒，主治诸风瘾疹，中风半身不遂，手足抽掣等；乳香气味微温，无毒，主风水毒肿，去恶气除秽气，瘾疗痒毒；没药味苦，平，无毒，主治破血痛，疗金疮杖疮，诸恶疮痔漏等症。
该中药组合物各组份的重量配比为：白花蛇∶全蝎∶蜈蚣∶乳香∶没药＝1∶0.8-1∶0.5-0.6∶0.3-0.5∶0.5-0.6。
本发明所提出的中药组合物经对豚鼠和SD大鼠动物实验与临床研究表明，该中药组合物具有明显的镇痛、抗炎及对软组织损伤的治疗作用。在皮肤过敏实验中，将30只豚鼠共分为三组，一组为采用本发明；二组采用膏药基质组；三组为阳性对照组(采用2.4-二硝基氯化苯以1％的致敏浓度溶入膏药基质)，实验表明豚鼠无过敏现象发生(参见表1)。另外，用本发明所提出的中药组合物还对80只SD大鼠进行了长期的毒性实验，即将大鼠按重量平均分成4组(参见表2)，每天给药分别为0.25g/Kg，0.5g/Kg，1.0g/Kg，每天换药一次，连续给药90天，经血液生化指标连续监测结果表明均在正常值范围内，经统计学处理各组间无明显差异。而经对大鼠病理学检查也显示出大鼠脏器均未见药物引起的明显毒性病理改变(参见表2)。同时利用本发明所提出的中药组合物经过对动物长期大剂量使用，对血象、血液生化、病理检测均未见明显改变，未见明显毒副作用。
本发明所提出的中药组合物对492例患有腰痛和/或坐骨神经痛，及颈椎痛病人进行临床治疗。在治疗中，每天外敷该组合物一份，一个月为一疗程，治疗2-3个疗程。在远期疗效观察中，停药一年后经统计表明，总有效率达93％以上，并且没有出现过敏和毒副作用。

具体实施方式：
实施例1：取白花蛇100克、全蝎80克、蜈蚣60克、乳香50克、没药60克，将上述药物各自粉碎后再混合均匀，并制成膏状后将其分成350份，每次给药一份，外敷于患处。
实施例2：取白花蛇100克、全蝎100克、蜈蚣50克、乳香40克、没药70克，按上述方法制成膏状后分成350份，用法同上。
实施例3：取白花蛇100克、全蝎110克、蜈蚣60克、乳香30克、没药50克，按上述方法制成膏状后分成350份，用法同上。
Claims (2)
1、一种治疗脊椎疾病的中药组合物，其特征在于：该组合物由白花蛇、全蝎、蜈蚣、乳香、没药构成，其中，该组合物中各组份的重量比为：白花蛇∶全蝎∶蜈蚣∶乳香∶没药＝1∶0.8-1.2∶0.4-0.6∶0.3-0.5∶0.5-0.7。
2、根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于：该中药组合物各组份的重量配比为：白花蛇∶全蝎∶蜈蚣∶乳香∶没药＝1∶0.8-1∶0.5-0.6∶0.3-0.5∶0.5-0.6。
