The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for hair growth, a preparation and application thereof.
Background
The normal person can lose hair within 100 pieces per day, and the normal person belongs to physiological alopecia and is the normal metabolism phenomenon of the organism. Alopecia is a common skin disease in clinic, the incidence rate of which rises year by year, is difficult to cure, and develops in a younger trend, and is puzzled with the lives of more and more people. Although hair loss does not affect the physical health of the patient, there are serious negative effects on both quality of life and mental health. Data published by the national Wei Jian Committee 2019 shows that China has over 2.5 million people with alopecia, about 1.63 million men and about 0.88 million women, on average, 1 person per 6 people.
Existing hair-growing drugs, such as minoxidil tincture and finasteride tablets, can effectively promote hair growth, but can be accompanied by side effects such as dizziness, palpitation and sexual function influence. Although the hair planting operation has lasting effect, the cost is high and the application range is limited. In contrast, the invention adopts pure natural medicinal materials, has obvious safety advantage, and obviously reduces adverse effects on the body.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
The hair-growing traditional Chinese medicine extract can achieve the effects of hair-growing, hair-loss prevention, oil control and itching relief.
Platycladus orientalis leaves are bitter and astringent in taste, cold in nature, cool in nature, and capable of promoting hair growth and blackening hair, shortening the progress of hair follicles from telogen to anagen, promoting hair follicle development, increasing melanin content in hair follicles, and blackening hair.
Pine needles are bitter in taste, warm in nature, capable of dispelling wind and eliminating dampness, killing parasites and relieving itching, firming hair roots, strengthening hair, relieving scalp itching and improving scalp health.
Ginger, rhizoma Zingiberis recens, with pungent taste and slightly warm nature, stimulates scalp, accelerates scalp metabolism, promotes local blood circulation, activates atrophic hair follicle, and promotes hair follicle regeneration.
Radix Angelicae Dahuricae has pungent taste and warm nature, and has effects in reducing scalp oil secretion, removing hair greasy dirt, keeping hair luster, inhibiting scalp bacteria and fungi, and maintaining scalp health.
Herba Lycopi is bitter and pungent in taste, mild in nature, and capable of removing blood stasis and promoting tissue regeneration, nourishing hair, reducing hair breakage and bifurcation, improving hair follicle health condition, and promoting hair growth.
The holy basil is spicy, slightly bitter, warm in nature and aromatic, and can be used for avoiding dirt, removing turbidity, perfuming hair, moisturizing hair, supplementing hair nutrition and moisturizing hair.
The invention is based on the compatible theory of Dunhuang medical corner drugs, takes the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine as the basis, takes dialectical treatment as the premise, selects similar mutual palps of cacumen biotae, ginger and pine needles according to the compatible principles of four-qi five-flavor, ascending, descending, ascending, descending, and the like of the drugs, and the like, forms corner drugs, has unique formula and has the effects of hair care, hair loss prevention and root strengthening. Wherein the biota orientalis leaves are monarch, the ginger and the pine needle are ministerial, the biota orientalis She Shengfa is anticreep, the ginger activates hair follicles, the pine needle is shaped and shaped, the hair is strengthened, the medicinal properties and the taste of the three materials are combined, the tripod-like situation is formed, and the hair growth is promoted from different dimensions of the scalp, the hair follicles and the hair. Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and herba Lycopi are used as adjuvant drugs, and are pungent and warm, and are combined together to achieve effects of dredging and lowering, dispelling pathogenic wind and removing dampness, reducing scalp oil secretion, removing blood stasis and promoting tissue regeneration, improving scalp metabolism, and regulating scalp local microenvironment. Herba Lysimachiae Foenumgraeci is fragrant, and is effective in preventing dirt and eliminating turbid urine, moistening hair, and keeping hair glossy. The whole formula can play the roles of hair care, hair loss prevention, oil control, itching relief and scalp nourishing.
The invention discovers and verifies that the traditional Chinese medicine composition and the preparation thereof have the effect of treating alopecia, can shorten the growth cycle of hair, increase the number of hair follicles, change the hair follicle morphology and achieve the effect of treating alopecia.
The invention discloses a hair-growing product which integrates the traditional wisdom with the modern requirements, three medicinal materials of cacumen biotae, ginger and pine needle are skillfully selected, and the Dunhuang horn medicament is formed by the same kind of mutual compatibility principle. The Chinese arborvitae She Fuhan nourishes the components, helps to strengthen the hair roots, the ginger can promote the blood circulation of the scalp and activate hair follicles, and the pine needles help to regulate the scalp environment and reduce alopecia. In addition, radix angelicae, herba lycopi and holy basil are added to synergistically increase. Radix Angelicae Dahuricae activates hair follicle, provides necessary nutrients for hair, promotes hair growth, herba Lycopi has effects of inducing diuresis to alleviate edema, regulating endocrine system, improving scalp microenvironment, herba Lysimachiae Foenumgraeci stimulates scalp telangiectasis, optimizing microcirculation, and creating more favorable conditions for hair growth. The medicines have synergistic effect, so that the hair-growing and hair-loss-preventing effects are remarkable, hair roots can be fundamentally strengthened, and hair quality is improved. Compared with other hair-growing products, the invention focuses on natural and healthy combination, and nourishes the scalp mildly and deeply by purely natural ingredients.
The invention not only focuses on hair growth, but also enables the medicine to penetrate into scalp through the transdermal effect of the traditional Chinese medicine composition and the preparation thereof, and then circulate into the human body through blood vessels, thereby achieving the effects of regulating qi and blood balance of the body and optimizing endocrine environment, fundamentally solving the problem of alopecia and providing a more comprehensive and effective hair growing solution for patients.

The mice were randomly divided into a control group and a dosing group, 6 mice per group were sheared with scissors, and then shaved on both sides of the median line of the back spines of all the mice with an animal shaver to fully expose the skin, and the hair was shaved off with the mouse shaver to a back area of 2cm x 3cm, so that a hair loss model was constructed, and the control group did not undergo any treatment. The administration group was coated with 0.2 mL of the Chinese medicine extract of example 4, and the mice of the Chinese medicine group were coated with the Chinese medicine 2 times daily in the morning and afternoon, each time 60 μl, and the back skin was cleaned with physiological saline before administration to remove the residual medicine of the previous time. The mice were observed daily for skin color changes during the period from depilation to complete coverage of the back skin with hair, and were photographed periodically for recording.
As shown in fig. 1, the hair growth rate was faster in the back skin shaved area of the mice in the dosing group compared to the model group.
As shown in FIG. 2, the growth of the new hair in the dehairing area of the mouse was scored according to the following criteria, 1, 0-20% of the total dehairing area, 2, 20-40% of the total dehairing area, 3, 40-60% of the total dehairing area, 4, 60-80% of the total dehairing area, 5, 80-100% of the total dehairing area. The mice in the dosing group had better growth of the back dehairing zone compared to the model group.
As shown in fig. 3, the area of hair growth in the back dehairing area of mice at various administration time points was measured using ImageJ,
As shown in fig. 4, the time for darkening of the back skin was earlier in the mice of the administration group than in the model group.
As shown in fig. 5, at the same time node, the back hair of the mice in the administration group was longer than that in the model group.
As shown in fig. 6, the number of skin hair follicles on the back of the mice in the administration group was increased as compared with the model group.
As shown in table 1, the time to darken the back skin was reduced in the mice of the examples 1,2,3,4, and the effect was reduced in the example 5, compared to the model group.
It is concluded that the hair-growing Chinese medicine extract can shorten the growth period of hair, increase the number of hair follicles and treat alopecia.
TABLE 1 time to darken skin of mice back after application of the traditional Chinese medicine extracts of examples 1-5 (days, mean.+ -. SD)
As can be seen from Table 1, the darkening time of the back skin of mice after the application of the traditional Chinese medicine extracts of examples 1-5 was earlier than that of the model group.
