Abstract
The application relates to the technical field of agricultural control, in particular to a plutella xylostella trapping composition containing horseradish element, and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the plutella xylostella trapping composition comprises plutella xylostella sex pheromone and horseradish element in a mass ratio of 1 (30-80). The application discovers that the horseradish extract can be used as a synergist, and the addition of the horseradish extract to the plutella xylostella sex pheromone can obviously improve the trapping effect of the plutella xylostella sex pheromone on plutella xylostella and the stability in the environment, can prolong the acting time, and has the characteristic of long lasting period.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of agricultural control, in particular to a plutella xylostella trapping composition containing horseradish element, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The plutella xylostella, the academic name Plutella xylostella, also called cabbage caterpillar, budworm, rape worm and the like, is an agricultural pest widely distributed in the world, and particularly has serious harm to cruciferous vegetables (such as cabbage, cauliflower, rape and the like). Larvae of plutella xylostella are the main pest stage, and they feed on leaves, causing holes or completely gnawing the leaves, seriously affecting the growth and yield of crops.
The control method for plutella xylostella in the prior art mainly comprises the following steps of (1) biological control by natural enemies such as trichogramma and plutella xylostella cocoon bee, (2) physical control by using an insect-proof net to prevent adults from entering or by arranging a black light lamp in a field to trap and kill adults, (3) chemical control by using pesticides when necessary, but taking care of selecting high-efficiency low-toxicity medicaments and strictly adhering to safe intervals to prevent pollution and drug resistance, and (4) agricultural measures such as rotation, deep soil turning, field weed and residual plant removal and pest breeding land reduction. However, the above-mentioned control measures have disadvantages in practical application, on one hand, the plutella xylostella has developed stronger drug resistance due to the long-term control of single or repeated use of chemical pesticides of the same type, which gradually reduces the effect of the conventional chemical control means. The agricultural chemical composition has the advantages that when farmers use certain agricultural chemicals, the effect is poor, the chemical composition needs to be frequently replaced or the dosage is increased, not only the prevention cost is increased, but also adverse effects on the environment and the human health are possibly caused, on the other hand, the life habit of the plutella xylostella brings challenges to prevention, the plutella xylostella is small and flexible, the life cycle is short, the reproductive capacity is strong, the plutella xylostella is hidden, the larva is fed in the leaf backs or mesophylls at the initial stage and is not easy to perceive, when obvious harm symptoms are found, the larva always enters the advanced stage, the chemical resistance is enhanced, the prevention is more difficult, and in addition, although the plant protection policy of 'pre-prevention is mainly provided and comprehensive prevention' is provided, in actual operation, the implementation of comprehensive measures such as agricultural prevention, physical prevention and biological prevention is not universal, part of farmers still excessively depend on chemical pesticides, the importance of other non-chemical prevention means is ignored, the prevention effect is not ideal, and rebound is easy to cause.
The sex pheromone trapping of plutella xylostella is used as a green prevention and control technology, is widely applied and accepted in the prevention and control of plutella xylostella in recent years, and can be purchased in the market. The lure core is usually placed in a special trap, such as a triangle or a ship trap, and is arranged in the field according to a certain density so as to achieve the purposes of trapping and killing male adults and interfering with mating. The method can effectively control the insect population density, reduce the harm of pests to crops, and continuously optimize the design and materials of the trapper along with the progress of technology, such as the water tray sex pheromone trapper which combines an automatic photographic technology, so as to more accurately monitor and evaluate the population dynamics of the plutella xylostella. In addition, the intelligent monitoring system is also applied to the pheromone trapping, remote monitoring and data analysis are realized, and the management efficiency is improved.
While the plutella xylostella sex pheromone is widely applied, the plutella xylostella sex pheromone has some limitations and challenges, and is mainly characterized in that (1) weather and environmental factors, such as temperature, humidity and wind direction and force, influence volatilization and diffusion of the pheromone, thereby influencing trapping effect. In extreme weather conditions, such as heavy rain or high temperatures, the durability of the trap and the efficiency of the lure may be reduced and (2) coverage limitations are limited by the limited range of sex pheromones, typically in the range of tens to hundreds of meters, which means that there is a need to densely spread points in a larger area of farmland to ensure effective coverage. For wide farmlands, this can increase cost and operational difficulty, and (3) seasonal effectiveness, in which the occurrence of plutella xylostella is closely related to seasons, sex pheromones may be more effective in certain seasons, and the effect is greatly compromised during inactive periods of pests. Therefore, the pest occurrence rule needs to be precisely mastered, the trapping strategy is timely arranged and adjusted, and (4) the resistance development is that the adaptability or escape behavior to sex pheromone can occur in the plutella xylostella population after a single pheromone formula is used for a long time, so that the trapping effect is reduced. This requires the constant development of new formulations or mixed pheromones to maintain trapping efficiency and (5) monitoring and maintenance of traps, regular inspection, cleaning and replacement of the trapping cores are key to ensuring trapping effectiveness. However, in actual operation, the problem may be that the control result is affected because of insufficient manpower or improper management.
Therefore, based on various limitations of the prior art, there is a need for a trapping means that can achieve long trapping time, high trapping efficiency, and convenient administration.
Disclosure of Invention
The first aspect of the application provides application of horseradish element as a synergistic agent in improving the trapping effect of plutella xylostella sex pheromone on plutella xylostella.
Horseradish extract, also known as mustard or water-soluble allyl isothiocyanate, is a secondary metabolite extracted from crucifers such as horseradish. The liquid is volatile at normal temperature and has the appearance similar to oily liquid, and the compound containing N=C=S active groups has pungent smell and fumigating activity. The horseradish element is used as an environment-friendly plant source pesticide in agriculture, and has broad-spectrum and efficient killing effect on various pathogenic fungi, bacteria, viruses, nematodes and small pests. It can be used for controlling vegetable and storage pests and sterilizing soil, and is especially suitable for producing organic, green and nuisanceless agricultural products. In the prior art, no direct control effect of the horseradish element on plutella xylostella is reported, and from the general understanding in the field, the horseradish element can influence the living environment of pests or directly act on the pests in a fumigating mode theoretically, but as the horseradish element is mainly used for soil treatment and storage pest control, no evidence indicates that the horseradish element has a direct control effect on the pests.
The applicant has found in experiments that the horseradish extract can be used as a synergist, and the horseradish extract and the plutella xylostella sex pheromone are added simultaneously, so that the trapping effect of the plutella xylostella sex pheromone on plutella xylostella can be remarkably improved.
The second aspect of the application provides a plutella xylostella trapping composition containing the horseradish element, which comprises plutella xylostella sex pheromone and the horseradish element.
In some embodiments, the mass ratio of plutella xylostella sex pheromone to horseradish element is 1 (30-80).
In some embodiments, the mass ratio of plutella xylostella sex pheromone to horseradish is 1 (40-70).
In some embodiments, the mass ratio of plutella xylostella sex pheromone to horseradish element is 1 (40-60).
In some embodiments, the mass ratio of plutella xylostella sex pheromone to horseradish hormone is 1:50.
The applicant also found that the compound ratio of the sex pheromone of the plutella xylostella and the horseradish is particularly critical to the trapping effect, and when the mass ratio of the sex pheromone to the horseradish is 1 (30-80), particularly 1:50, the trapping effect is excellent, the applicant considers that the addition of the horseradish possibly changes the field microenvironment, indirectly influences the behavior or physiological state of the plutella xylostella, reduces the interference of other odors in the field, makes the signal of the sex pheromone more prominent, further enhances the attraction effect of the sex pheromone, and in addition, the physiological effect of the horseradish possibly influences the sensitivity of the sex pheromone, and the sex pheromone is more sensitive by influencing the olfactory system of the plutella xylostella and regulating and controlling mode of chemical communication in the plutella xylostella species, so that the plutella xylostella is more easily trapped. The applicant further researches find that when the mass ratio of the plutella xylostella sex pheromone to the horseradish element is smaller than 1:80, the trapping capacity of the plutella xylostella trapping composition is insufficient due to the fact that the ratio of the plutella xylostella sex pheromone to the horseradish element in the composition is too low, and when the mass ratio of the plutella xylostella sex pheromone to the horseradish element is larger than 1:30, the enhancing effect of the horseradish element can not be fully reflected due to the fact that the ratio of the horseradish element in the composition is too low.
The high temperature or direct sunlight irradiation of the plutella xylostella sex pheromone can accelerate the decomposition of the plutella xylostella sex pheromone, shortens the effective service life, and the common action time of the plutella xylostella sex pheromone lure core in the prior art is 10-20 days, and can gradually lose efficacy after passing. The application surprisingly discovers that when the mass ratio of the plutella xylostella sex pheromone to the horseradish is 1 (30-80), especially 1:50, the action time of the plutella xylostella sex pheromone can be unexpectedly improved to be more than 30 days, and the oxidation resistance and photolysis resistance of the plutella xylostella sex pheromone are obviously improved.
The third aspect of the application provides a preparation method of the plutella xylostella trapping composition containing the horseradish element, which comprises the steps of uniformly mixing the plutella xylostella trapping composition and a stabilizer in an organic solvent, and putting the mixture into a carrier.
Such carriers include, but are not limited to, natural devulcanized rubber plugs, capillary microtubes (such as elongated transparent PVC plastic tubing), polyethylene vials, or electrospun fiber material strips.
In some embodiments, the content of the plutella xylostella trapping composition per natural devulcanized rubber stopper is 0.5-100mg.
In some embodiments, the stabilizer comprises at least one of tert-butylhydroquinone, 3,4.5-n-propyl trihydroxybenzoate, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, butyl hydroxy anisole.
In some embodiments, the organic solvent comprises at least one of olive oil, triglycerides, dioctyl terephthalate, chlorinated paraffin, n-hexane.
The fourth aspect of the application provides application of the plutella xylostella trapping composition in plutella xylostella control.
In a fifth aspect, the present application provides a method for controlling plutella xylostella, the method comprising trapping a plutella xylostella trapping composition with a carrier in a control area.
Compared with the prior art, the application has at least the following beneficial effects:
1. The application discovers that the horseradish extract can be used as a synergist, and the simultaneous addition of the plutella xylostella sex pheromone and the horseradish extract can obviously improve the trapping effect of the plutella xylostella sex pheromone on plutella xylostella and the stability in the environment, and can prolong the action time.
2. When the mass ratio of the sex pheromone of the plutella xylostella to the horseradish is 1 (30-80), especially 1:50, the trapping effect is best, and the addition of the horseradish possibly changes the field microenvironment, indirectly influences the behavior or physiological state of the plutella xylostella, reduces the interference of other odors in the field, makes the signal of the sex pheromone more prominent, further enhances the attraction effect of the sex pheromone, and in addition, the physiological effect of the horseradish possibly influences the sensitivity of the sex pheromone, and regulates the regulation and control mode of chemical communication in the plutella xylostella by influencing the olfactory system of the plutella xylostella, so that the plutella xylostella is more sensitive to the sex pheromone and is more easy to trap.
3. The common action time of the sex pheromone lure core of the plutella xylostella in the prior art is 10-20 days, and the sex pheromone lure core gradually fails after the sex pheromone lure core of the plutella xylostella in the prior art.
The applicant has pointed out and emphasized that although the independent use of the horseradish element may have a certain insecticidal effect, the applicant has unexpectedly found that the simultaneous addition of the plutella xylostella sex pheromone and the horseradish element is not possible to achieve the technical effect which is not expected by the skilled person, in addition, the applicant has found that the ratio of the plutella xylostella sex pheromone to the horseradish element is very critical, the plutella xylostella sex pheromone is too small to enable the trapping capability of the plutella xylostella trapping composition to be insufficient, the excessive use of the plutella xylostella sex pheromone enables the enhancing effect of the horseradish element to be insufficient, and further, the applicant has pointed out that the trapping effect (the number and the first number of trapping) of the plutella xylostella trapping composition and the duration of the trapping effect are simultaneously very difficult, if the very strong trapping effect is required to be achieved, the amount of the plutella xylostella sex pheromone is relatively large, the corresponding amount of other components such as the plutella small amount of the plutella stabilizing agent is relatively small, the plutella xylostella is not influenced by the composition, and the long duration of the trapping effect is required to be achieved by the long-lasting effect of the both the trapdown effect and the trapping effect is also limited by the very long-time.
