Vacuum cleaner base station

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner that travels on a cleaning surface and performs cleaning, and more particularly, to a vacuum cleaner having a detachable roller that assists in traveling on the cleaning surface during cleaning.

Background Art

Generally, a vacuum cleaner is a household appliance that uses electricity to suck in air to suck in smaller garbage or dust and fills the dust collection bucket inside the product, and is usually called a vacuum cleaner.

Such vacuum cleaners can be divided into manual vacuum cleaners that the user directly moves the vacuum cleaner to perform cleaning, and automatic vacuum cleaners that autonomously travel and perform cleaning. Manual vacuum cleaners can be divided into cylinder vacuum cleaners, upright vacuum cleaners, handheld vacuum cleaners, and stick vacuum cleaners, etc. according to the shape of the vacuum cleaner.

Conventionally, most household vacuum cleaners are cylinder-type vacuum cleaners. However, in recent years, handheld vacuum cleaners and stick-type vacuum cleaners are increasingly being used, in which the dust collecting bucket and the vacuum cleaner body are integrated to improve the usability.

In a cylinder-type vacuum cleaner, a main body and a suction port are connected by a rubber hose or a tube, and a brush can be attached to the suction port for use according to circumstances.

A handheld vacuum cleaner is a vacuum cleaner that maximizes portability. Although it is lightweight, its short length limits the possibility of cleaning while sitting. Therefore, it is used for cleaning local areas such as desks, sofas, or cars.

A stick vacuum cleaner can be used while standing, so it can be cleaned without bending over. Therefore, it is convenient to move and clean in a wide area. Compared with a handheld vacuum cleaner that cleans a narrow space, a stick vacuum cleaner can clean a wider space and can clean high places that cannot be reached by hands. In recent years, stick vacuum cleaners have been provided in a modular form to actively change the type of vacuum cleaner and use it for various objects.

There are two main ways to clean the floor: dry cleaning and wet cleaning. Dry cleaning is a method of cleaning by sweeping or sucking up dust, and existing vacuum cleaners correspond to dry cleaning. Wet cleaning is a method of cleaning by wiping dust with a wet rag. In addition, there is also a method of generating and spraying high-temperature steam for sterilization and cleaning in wet cleaning.

Generally, a roller that directly contacts the cleaning surface and assists the movement of the vacuum cleaner may be disposed on the lower side of the vacuum cleaner. However, the roller and other parts may become contaminated and worn as the vacuum cleaner is used continuously, and the travel performance may be reduced or noise may be generated due to foreign objects such as hair being entangled. In such a case, the entire structure including the corresponding parts needs to be disassembled for separation and replacement.

Furthermore, if the roller is continuously used in a state where the running performance of the roller is reduced due to foreign matter such as hair, there is a risk that the roller may be subjected to excessive load and be damaged.

In addition, the above-mentioned separation and replacement may require skilled technicians, resulting in labor costs, etc., which may cause inconvenience to vacuum cleaner users.

Therefore, there is a need for a cleaner head including a structure that allows easy replacement of the rollers that assist in traveling on the cleaning surface.

The pre-filter is a filter arranged at the most upstream of the plurality of filters, formed in a mesh shape, and physically filters larger dust at a time. The pre-filter is a component that physically filters dust larger than the gaps in the mesh and increases the life of the other plurality of filters.

HEPA is the abbreviation of High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA), which is a component for filtering fine dust. Generally, HEPA filters use electrostatic force to filter fine dust. HEPA filters are placed downstream of pre-filters.

The extension pipe A is a component that guides the air sucked from the cleaner head 1 to the main body.

One end of the extension tube A is connected to the cleaner head 1 , and the other end is connected to the main body. Specifically, the rear end of the extension tube A is connected to the main body, and the front end of the extension tube A is connected to the cleaner head 1 .

The extension pipe A is formed in a long cylindrical shape.

A rolling axis is formed along the length direction of the extension tube A. The rolling axis is an imaginary line extending in the front-rear direction, and the cleaner head 1 can rotate around the rolling axis.

To help understand the description, the definitions for directions are as follows.

When the vacuum cleaner is cleaning, the direction having the cleaning surface may be referred to as downward, and the opposite direction to downward may be referred to as upward.

The direction from the center of the cleaner head 1 toward the cleaning member 150 may be referred to as the front, and the direction from the center of the cleaner head 1 toward the extension pipe A may be referred to as the rear.

The left side and the right side may be defined based on a state facing forward at the center of the cleaner head 1 .

The same direction as the longitudinal direction of the cleaner head 1 and/or the cleaning member 150 may be referred to as a horizontal direction.

From another point of view, when the vacuum cleaner is cleaning, the direction parallel to the cleaning surface can be called the horizontal direction.

The direction perpendicular to the plane formed by the flat plates of the cleaner head 1 and/or the lower cover 120 may be referred to as a vertical direction.

From another point of view, when the vacuum cleaner is cleaning, the direction perpendicular to the cleaning surface can be called the vertical direction.

From another point of view, when the vacuum cleaner is cleaning, the direction that is the same as gravity can be called the vertical direction.

1 to 10 are diagrams for explaining an embodiment in which the cleaner head of the present invention is suitable for a vacuum cleaner manually operated by a user.

The cleaner head 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 10 is applicable to a vacuum cleaner and can perform dry cleaning.

The following description of the present invention based on the vacuum cleaner shown in FIGS. 1 to 10 is only an example. As mentioned above, the present invention can also be applied to a wet vacuum cleaner or a cleaning robot (see FIGS. 11 and 12 ).

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a vacuum cleaner head 1 including a roller 130 and a roller cover 140 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is an exploded view of the roller 130 and the roller cover 140 of the vacuum cleaner head 1 in Fig. 1 .

The cleaner head 1 is a component that sucks in external air or generates steam to clean a cleaning surface.

The cleaner head 1 is connected to the main body. Referring to Fig. 1 , the cleaner head 1 can be connected to an extension tube A, and can be indirectly connected to the main body through the extension tube A.

110。The cleaner head 1 may include a cover body 110 .

The cover 110 forms the appearance of the cleaner head 1 and is a component that forms a space for accommodating other components inside.

1 , the cover body 110 is connected to the front end of the extension tube A, and the rear end of the extension tube A is connected to the main body. The cover body 110 may be indirectly connected to the main body through the extension tube A. Alternatively, the cover body 110 may be directly connected to the main body.

The meaning of "connection" can be interpreted in various ways. For example, an air flow path extending from the cover 110 to the main body can be formed so that air containing dust flows toward the main body through the cover 110. The cover 110 can be electrically connected to the main body and the main body supplies power to the cover 110.

A suction port may be disposed on the bottom surface of the housing 110. The suction port is a component that receives suction from the main body and performs dry cleaning by sucking dust present on the floor.

120。The cleaner head 1 may include a lower cover 120 .

The lower cover 120 is a component that forms a part of the bottom surface of the cleaner head 1 and protects a plurality of components inside the cleaner head 1 .

The lower cover 120 may cover the lower side of the cover body 110 and be detachably coupled to the lower side of the cover body 110 .

The lower cover 120 may be formed in a shape including a flat plate so as to be able to cover the bottom surface of the housing 110 .

The lower cover 120 may be formed to close a portion of the bottom surface of the housing 110 , while another portion of the bottom surface is open so that components for cleaning are exposed to the outside.

A space in which the cleaning member 150 and a flow path of the intake air can be arranged may be formed at one side of the lower cover 120 .

For example, the cleaning member 150 may be disposed in front of the housing 110 , and the lower cover 120 may be disposed at a predetermined distance behind the cleaning member 150 .

If the lower cover 120 and the cleaning member 150 are arranged at a predetermined distance from each other, an air flow path for sucking air containing dust from the cleaning surface and causing it to flow can be formed between the lower cover 120 and the cleaning member 150 .

From another point of view, the lower cover 120 may be formed in a flat plate shape that closes the bottom surface of the cleaner head 1 except for the area occupied by the cleaning member 150 and the air flow path.

The lower cover 120 and the cleaning member 150 are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance, and a portion of the flat plate constituting the lower cover 120 may be formed to protrude toward the cleaning member 150 .

110。For example, both sides of the flat plate constituting the lower cover 120 may be formed to protrude toward the cleaning member 150. Due to the protruding area of the flat plate, the lower cover 120 may be more stably combined with the housing 110 with a wider area.

In addition, various components required for the cleaner head 1, such as the roller 130 and the roller cover 140, may be arranged on the protruding area of the flat plate.

From another point of view, the lower cover 120 may be formed to protect a plurality of components inside the cleaner head 1 by closing a position where there are no components necessary for cleaning, such as the cleaning member 150 and the air flow path.

An example of the shape of the lower cover 120 that can serve as the cleaner head 1 has been described above, but the shape is not limited to the above example, and the lower cover 120 generally protects the bottom surface of the cleaner head of the cleaner, and can be formed in various shapes.

The roller 130 is detachably coupled to the lower cover 120 and is a component that is rotatably provided and can roll on the cleaning surface.

The roller 130 is a component that enables the cleaner to maintain an appropriate distance from the cleaning surface and to smoothly run on the cleaning surface when the cleaner runs on the cleaning surface to perform cleaning.

132。The roller 130 may include a roller body 131 having a shape similar to a general wheel and a roller shaft 132 penetrating a rotation center of the roller body 131 .

The roller 130 can rotate around the roller shaft 132 .

A plurality of rollers 130 may be provided, and the plurality of rollers 130 perform the function of a normal wheel to reduce the friction between the cleaner head 1 and the cleaning surface, and enable the cleaner head 1 to travel on the cleaning surface while performing cleaning.

A roller receiving portion 121 may be formed in a recessed manner on the bottom surface of the lower cover 120 , and a space is provided inside the roller receiving portion 121 for introducing the roller 130 .

The roller accommodating portion 121 may be formed to be recessed upward from the bottom surface of the lower cover 120 .

121。A plurality of roller accommodating portions 121 may be formed corresponding to the number of the rollers 130 .

130。A space is formed inside the roller accommodation portion 121 so as to accommodate the roller 130 .

One or more cover support platforms 1215 may be protruded from the roller accommodating portion 121 , and the cover support platforms 1215 support the roller cover 140 and block the horizontal movement of the roller cover 140 .

The detailed shape of the inside of the roller accommodating portion 121 will be described later together with the description with reference to FIGS. 7 to 10 .

The roller cover 140 is detachably coupled to the roller accommodation portion 121 and the roller 130 , and is a component for blocking the movement of the roller 130 so that the roller 130 cannot be separated from the lower cover 120 .

140。A plurality of roller covers 140 may be formed corresponding to the number of rollers 130 .

The roller cover 140 may be formed in the shape of a flat plate. For example, the roller cover 140 may be formed in the shape of a flat plate bent at 90 degrees.

141b。Here, in the roller cover 140 , the flat plate disposed in parallel with the lower cover 120 may be referred to as a cover main body 141 a , and the flat plate disposed perpendicularly to the lower cover 120 may be referred to as a cover coupling portion 141 b .

Hereinafter, the specific shape of the roller cover 140 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 3 to 7 .

The roller 130 disposed in the roller accommodating portion 121 of the lower cover 120 may be contaminated and worn as the cleaner head 1 of the cleaner performs cleaning, thereby reducing the running performance and generating noise.

For example, when the cleaner head 1 is cleaning, as it travels on the cleaning surface, foreign matter such as hair and dust on the cleaning surface may be entangled with components such as the roller shaft 132 .

The roller 130 continuously rotates as the cleaner head 1 performs cleaning, so once foreign matter is entangled on the roller shaft 132 or the like, it will continue to be entangled on the roller shaft 132 or the like, and may be strongly bound and difficult to remove.

If foreign matter entangled with the roller shaft 132 accumulates, the roller 130 may be difficult to rotate, thereby causing the driving performance of the cleaner head 1 to be seriously reduced, and the user may need to use more force for cleaning.

Furthermore, if the user continues to forcibly rotate the roller 130 when the roller 130 cannot rotate due to the accumulation of foreign matter entangled on the roller shaft 132, there is a risk that the roller 130 will be severely worn or damaged due to the friction between the roller 130 and the cleaning surface.

In the past, since the roller 130 could not be separated independently from the cleaner head 1, a complicated replacement process was required, or the cleaner head itself was replaced, and solving the problem required excessive costs and time.

According to the present invention, the cleaner user can solve the problem of foreign matter being accumulated inside the roller 130 by detaching the roller 130 from the cleaner head 1 alone and removing the foreign matter or attaching a new roller 130 .

Hereinafter, together with other drawings, a specific embodiment in which the roller 130 is detachably combined with the cleaner head 1 is described in more detail.

Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the roller cover 140 of the cleaner head 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 to Fig. 6 are views showing the roller cover 140 of the cleaner head 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention from various angles.

3 to 6 , the shape of the roller cover 140 according to the embodiment of the present invention is described as follows.

141b。As described above, the roller cover 140 may include the cover main body 141 a disposed horizontally to the lower cover 120 , and the cover combining portion 141 b disposed vertically to the lower cover 120 .

The cover coupling portion 141 b may be disposed at one end of the cover body 141 a .

The cover coupling portion 141 b is a component that is vertically introduced into a cover groove 1213 to be described later so that the roller cover 140 can be firmly fixed to the lower cover 120 .

The cover coupling portion 141 b may be formed to protrude with a cover hook 142 . The cover hook 142 may protrude in a horizontal direction based on a state in which the roller cover 140 is coupled to the lower cover 120 .

The cover coupling portion 141 b may be recessed to form a first cover groove 144. The recessed direction of the first cover groove 144 may be the same horizontal direction as the protruding direction of the cover hook 142.

The first cover groove 144 will be described later together with the description of the separation auxiliary groove 1216 .

The cover body 141 a is a component that blocks the movement of the roller 130 so that the roller 130 does not separate from the lower cover 120 .

143。A cover supporting groove 143 into which the cover supporting platform 1215 is vertically introduced may be formed concavely at the lower side of the cover body 141 a .

The inner surface of the cover support groove 143 may be formed to be spaced apart from the cover support platform 1215 by a predetermined distance.

145。A second cover groove 145 may be formed concavely on a surface of the cover body 141 a that faces the cleaning surface when the cleaner head 1 is traveling on the cleaning surface.

146。A shaft supporting groove 146 into which a portion of the roller shaft 132 is vertically introduced may be recessed and formed at the lower side of the cover body 141 a .

The interior of the shaft support groove 146 may be formed into a curved shape so as to be spaced apart from the roller shaft 132 by a predetermined distance.

Here, the direction in which the cover support groove 143 is recessed may be orthogonal to the direction in which the shaft support groove 146 is recessed.

Fig. 7 is a view of the vacuum cleaner head 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention as viewed from below. Fig. 8 is a view for explaining the roller accommodating portion 121 formed in the vacuum cleaner head 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the roller accommodating portion 121 formed in the vacuum cleaner head 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 10 is a cross-sectional view of the state in which the roller 130 and the roller cover 140 according to an embodiment of the present invention are combined with the vacuum cleaner head 1.

The roller receiving portion 121 may be formed with a roller groove 1211 for receiving the roller body 131. Specifically, the inner wall of the roller groove 1211 may be formed in a curved shape and spaced apart from the outer peripheral surface of the roller body 131 by a predetermined distance.

In order to assist the cleaner head 1 to move forward and backward, the roller 130 can be configured so that the rotation axis of the roller 130 is parallel to the length direction of the cleaner head 1. In such a configuration, the roller shaft 132 can also be configured to be parallel to the length direction of the cleaner head 1.

130。As described above, the roller groove 1211 may be formed to accommodate the roller 130 which is configured with its rotation axis perpendicular to the length direction of the cleaner head 1 .

1212。A roller shaft groove 1212 for accommodating the roller shaft 132 may be formed in the roller accommodating portion 121 .

The inner wall of the roller shaft groove 1212 may constitute a curved surface, and the roller shaft groove 1212 may be formed to be spaced apart from the outer peripheral surface of the roller shaft 132 by a predetermined distance.

1212。Since the roller shaft 132 penetrates the roller 130 and protrudes from two sides of the roller 130 , two roller shaft grooves 1212 may also be formed on inner sides of the roller groove 1211 facing each other.

That is, the two roller shaft grooves 1212 may be formed corresponding to the positions where the roller shaft 132 penetrates through the roller 130 and protrudes.

The roller shaft groove 1212 supports the roller shaft 132 and fixes the roller shaft 132 so that it does not escape from the outside.

A cover groove 1213 may be formed in the roller accommodating portion 121 to allow the roller cover 140 to be coupled thereto.

1213。The cover coupling portion 141 b among the constituent elements of the roller cover 140 may be vertically introduced into the cover groove 1213 .

The cover groove 1213 may include an inner wall formed to be spaced apart from the cover coupling portion 141 b by a prescribed distance when the cover coupling portion 141 b having a flat plate shape is vertically introduced.

The roller receiving portion 121 may be recessed with a hook groove 1214 to enable the cover hook 142 to be detachably coupled.

The hook groove 1214 may be formed in at least a portion of the inner wall of the cover groove 1213. Specifically, the hook groove 1214 may be formed concavely in the inner wall corresponding to the position where the cover hook 142 is arranged when the cover coupling portion 141b is introduced into the cover groove 1213.

The cover hook 142 may be fixed by being hooked by the hook groove 1214. If at least a portion of the cover hook 142 is hooked by the hook groove 1214, the vertical movement of the roller cover 140 is blocked.

120。The user may operate the roller cover 140 so that the cover hook 142 is hooked by the hook groove 1214 , thereby stably combining the roller cover 140 with the lower cover 120 .

141a。A cover support platform 1215 may be protrudingly formed on the roller receiving portion 121 to support the cover body 141 a .

The cover support platform 1215 may be formed to protrude between the roller groove 1211 and the cover groove 1213 inside the roller accommodating portion 121 .

141a。The cover support stage 1215 may be introduced into the cover support groove 143 formed at the cover body 141 a and support the cover body 141 a .

When the cover support 1215 is coupled to the cover body 141 a , horizontal movement of the lower cover 120 may be blocked.

1215。A plurality of cover support platforms 1215 may be protruded from the roller accommodating portion 121 .

140。After the roller 130 is introduced into the roller receiving portion 121 , the roller cover 140 may be coupled.

1213。Specifically, the roller body 131 may be introduced into the roller groove 1211 , the roller shaft 132 may be introduced into the roller shaft groove 1212 , and then, the cover coupling portion 141 b may be introduced into the cover groove 1213 .

146。The cover support stage 1215 may be introduced into the cover support groove 143 of the roller cover 140 , and the roller shaft 132 may be coupled to the shaft support groove 146 .

At least a portion of the roller shaft 132 may be combined with the roller shaft groove 1212 , and another portion of the roller shaft 132 that is not combined with the roller shaft groove 1212 may be combined with the shaft support groove 146 .

That is, the roller shaft 132 can penetrate the roller body 131 and protrude in two directions, and is supported by the roller shaft groove 1212 and the shaft support groove 146 at the same time, and is protected so as not to be detached from the outside of the lower cover 120.

On the other hand, if the roller shaft 132 is coupled to the shaft support groove 146, the horizontal movement of the roller cover 140 can be blocked. That is, the roller shaft 132 can perform the role of the rotation axis of the roller 130 and simultaneously perform the role of blocking the horizontal movement of the roller cover 140.

From another point of view, the shaft support groove 146 can protect the roller shaft 132 from being separated from the outside of the lower cover 120, and at the same time, the roller shaft 132 can be used to block the horizontal movement of the roller cover 140.

As described above, the cover support platform 1215 may also be combined with the cover support groove 143 and block the horizontal movement of the roller cover 140 .

The direction in which the roller shaft 132 blocks the horizontal movement of the roller cover 140 may be orthogonal to the direction in which the cover support platform 1215 blocks the horizontal movement of the roller cover 140 .

For example, when the direction in which the shaft support groove 146 is recessed is orthogonal to the direction in which the cover support groove 143 is recessed, the direction in which the roller shaft 132 blocks the horizontal movement of the roller cover 140 can be orthogonal to the direction in which the cover support platform 1215 blocks the horizontal movement of the roller cover 140.

From another point of view, when the length direction of the roller shaft 132 is orthogonal to the direction in which the cover support groove 143 is recessed, the direction in which the roller shaft 132 blocks the horizontal movement of the roller cover 140 can be orthogonal to the direction in which the cover support platform 1215 blocks the horizontal movement of the roller cover 140.

120。With the above-described configuration, roller cover 140 is blocked from horizontal movement in all horizontal directions, and can be more firmly fixed to lower cover 120 .

As a result, if the cover hook 142 of the cover joint 141b is fastened to the hook groove 1214, the vertical movement of the cover joint 141b is blocked, the vertical movement of the cover body 141a combined with the cover joint 141b is also blocked, and the vertical movement of the roller cover 140 as a whole is blocked.

120。With such a configuration, roller cover 140 is blocked from moving in the horizontal direction and vertically, and thus is blocked from moving in all three-dimensional directions, so that roller cover 140 can be firmly fixed to lower cover 120 .

If the roller cover 140 is securely fixed to the lower cover 120 , the cover body 141 a may be configured to close at least a portion of the roller 130 .

Specifically, the roller cover 140 may be configured to open the roller body 131 to allow the roller body 131 to roll on the cleaning surface, and to close at least a portion of the roller shaft 132 , thereby preventing the roller 130 from coming off.

1216。On the other hand, a separation auxiliary groove 1216 may be formed in the roller accommodating portion 121 .

The position of the separation auxiliary groove 1216 may be described based on the state in which the roller cover 140 is detachably coupled to the roller accommodating portion 121 as described above.

The separation auxiliary groove 1216 may be formed to be recessed on the opposite side of the position where the roller 130 is arranged with respect to the cover coupling portion 141 b in the horizontal direction.

When the separation auxiliary groove 1216 is formed, at least a portion of the cover coupling portion 141 b is exposed to the separation auxiliary groove 1216 .

The direction in which the cover coupling portion 141 b is exposed may be the same as the direction in which the cover hook 142 protrudes from the cover coupling portion 141 b .

In this case, with the cover coupling portion 141 b as a reference, the direction in which the separation auxiliary groove 1216 is arranged may be the same as the direction in which the cover hook 142 protrudes from the cover coupling portion 141 b .

Here, when an external force in the horizontal direction is applied to the surface of the cover coupling portion 141 b exposed to the separation auxiliary groove 1216 , the cover coupling portion 141 b can move a predetermined distance in the horizontal direction, and the cover hook 142 can also move in the horizontal direction and separate from the hook groove 1214 .

The user can separate the cover hook 142 from the hook groove 1214 and the roller cover 140 from the cover groove 1213 by inserting a finger or the like into the separation auxiliary groove 1216 and applying pressure to the surface of the cover coupling portion 141b exposed to the separation auxiliary groove 1216 in the horizontal direction, thereby separating the roller cover 140 from the cover groove 1213 and then separating the roller 130 from the roller accommodating portion 121.

130。The separated roller 130 can restore the driving performance degraded by the foreign matter such as hair by removing the entangled foreign matter, or it can be replaced with a new roller 130.

Users can significantly save the time and money previously spent on restoring driving performance.

On the other hand, the separation auxiliary groove 1216 may include an inclined surface formed to have a deeper depth as it is closer to the cover coupling portion 141 b .

The inclined surface can guide the finger or tool to the cover coupling portion 141 b when the user inserts the finger or tool to separate the roller cover 140 .

144。On the other hand, a first cover groove 144 may be formed in a recessed manner on a surface of the cover coupling portion 141 b exposed to the auxiliary separation groove 1216 .

For example, the first cover groove 144 may be formed in a rectangular shape with a long cross section so that a flat-blade screwdriver or the like can be introduced therein, but the cross-sectional shape is not limited thereto.

The user may insert a tool such as a flat-blade screwdriver into the first cover groove 144 and apply pressure to make the roller cover 140 more easily detachable.

145。On the other hand, a second cover groove 145 may be formed on the lower side of the cover coupling portion 141 b so as to be recessed toward the cleaning surface.

For example, the cross section of the second cover groove 145 may be formed in a circular shape so as to allow the user's finger or the like to be introduced, but the shape of the cross section is not limited thereto.

The user may insert a finger or a tool into the second cover groove 145 and apply force in the horizontal direction to separate the cover hook 142 from the hook groove 1214 , thereby separating the roller cover 140 from the lower cover 120 .

Specifically, in order to separate the roller cover 140 from the lower cover 120 , the user may insert a finger or a tool into the second cover groove 145 and apply force in a direction opposite to the horizontal direction in which the cover hook 142 protrudes.

The user can selectively adopt the above-mentioned method of inserting a tool such as a flat-blade screwdriver into the first cover groove 144 and applying pressure, or inserting a finger or the like into the second cover groove and applying pressure, or adopting the above-mentioned methods in combination, so that the roller cover 140 can be easily separated from the lower cover 120.

According to the structure of the cleaner head 1 of the present invention, there are advantages that the roller 130 and the roller cover 140 can be firmly fixed to the lower cover 120, and can be easily separated when the user wants to separate them.
