由表1可知,实施例1-8制备的块体驱鸟剂缓释周期可达3个月,且缓释周期内的驱鸟驱虫效果非常好;对比例1的邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯加入量较少,驱鸟效果有所下降;对比例2的邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯加入量太多,虽然驱鸟效果也很好,但造成了原料的浪费;对比例3的棕榈油加入量太少,导致皂化反应不充分,从而形成的皂基物质太少,以至于块体驱鸟剂的结构不够稳定,成型效果不好,很快解体挥发完毕,又由于挥发较快故挥发期间的驱鸟驱虫效果还是不错;对比例4的棕榈油加入量太多,以至于皂基物质在驱鸟剂块体中占比太高,一方面皂基的解体需要更多时间,故缓释时间增加,另一方面液体油性药剂占比减小,导致缓释期间的驱鸟驱虫效果下降;对比例5不加抗菌剂,由于制备的块体驱鸟剂中的天然成分太多,其被微生物分解的速率加快,导致其一个月左右即解体并挥发完毕,当然一个月左右的缓释时长也是不错的,这应归功于其内的天然成分本身具有的抗菌作用;对比例6不加胡椒薄荷油,缓释周期大幅缩短且驱鸟驱虫效果也下降;对比例7将胡椒薄荷油替换为绿薄荷油,驱鸟驱虫效果也会下降,结合对比例6,说明胡椒薄荷油成分对本产品的缓释效果的贡献较大;对比例8不加薰衣草精油,缓释周期也缩短不少且驱鸟驱虫效果也下降;对比例9不加花椒油,驱鸟驱虫效果下降;对比例10不加柠檬精油,驱鸟效果同样也不好。As can be seen from Table 1, the sustained-release period of the block bird repellent prepared in Examples 1-8 can reach 3 months, and the bird repellent and insect repellent effect within the sustained-release period is very good; the amount of methyl anthranilate added in Comparative Example 1 is small, and the bird repellent effect is reduced; the amount of methyl anthranilate added in Comparative Example 2 is too much, and although the bird repellent effect is also very good, it causes a waste of raw materials; the amount of palm oil added in Comparative Example 3 is too little, resulting in insufficient saponification reaction, so that too little soap-based substance is formed, so that the structure of the block bird repellent is not stable enough, the molding effect is not good, and it quickly disintegrates and volatilizes.
