Abstract

本发明属于隔热、保温、防水技术领域。它由聚苯乙烯泡沫,硅铝棉,垩土材料组成。利用有机硅添加剂和化工助剂。通过物理处理和化学反应按一定配比及工艺而发明的一种屋面隔热保温防水复合材料。本发明把隔热保温及防水于一体,低成本等优点。导热系数低,在298K时,为0.061W/MK。它在工民建、交通工具、机电、储备库、冷库及国防等行业中,都有广泛应用。

Description

屋面隔热保温复合材料及生产方法
本发明属隔热保温防水技术领域。应用于建筑的工民建、储备库、冷库、屋面及吊顶;交通运输的汽车、火车棚顶、机电中电冰箱、电器柜以及电力、医药、纺织、石油、化工、冶金等行业。
中国专利于1992年7月15日公开(CN1062776A,申请号91112601.5)节能屋面板的发明,此发明应用范围小,且结构复杂,结构设计为三层,上下均为混凝土,中间为保温层,比重大,板与板之间易干裂,施工麻烦。
而传统的屋面保温材料为珍珠岩砖、蛭石砖,它们吸水率达300%,若干施工,它与上面水泥层不粘结,湿施工后中间水份出不去,而且易破损,同时砖与砖之间有热桥,隔热保温性能差,收缩率大,施工后易于裂,破坏建筑防水层产生屋漏。
为了克服现有技术存在问题,把隔热保温防水结合为一体,我们提供一种将聚苯乙烯泡沫(颗粒状)和海泡石以及漂珠(电厂)、粉煤灰、氧化铝粉膨胀珍珠岩、膨润土、硅酸铝纤维棉。颗粒性和纤维材料,利用有机硅防水剂(甲基硅醇钠)有机硅乳液(GP)烧碱(NaOH)和垩土粉及化学助剂渗透剂(阴离子表面活性剂T),通过物理处理和化学反应,按一定的配方和工艺,发明的一种集隔热保温、轻质、防水、低成本于一体复合材料。
我们发明是通过以下技术方案实现的,本发明主要成份(kg/m3):聚苯乙烯泡沫8-10、垩土粉3-4、海泡石8-11、珍珠岩15-20、膨润土5-7、漂珠7-10、有机硅乳液3-5、有机硅防水剂4-6、水630-650、烧碱1-2、粉煤灰20-25、氧化铝粉1-2、硅酸铝纤维棉9-10、渗透剂1-2。本材料通过加入聚苯乙烯泡沫和珍珠岩以及用氧化铝粉发泡对粉煤灰激活,使其形成疏松多孔状态,使本材料轻质,干密度170gk/m3,在常温25℃导热系数为0.061w/mk。通过加入海泡石和硅铝纤维棉在渗透剂T的作用下,形成浆状体,定型后形成内部网状拉力结构。通过有机硅防水剂,使具有很好的防水性,并在本材料表面形成透气性防水膜。利用粉煤灰,降低了成本,具有很好社会效益。
生产屋面隔热保温防水复合材料的步骤是:首先将烧碱放入浸泡中,加水100分斤搅拌。然后放入有机硅浮液和渗透剂,充分搅拌10分钟,后再把硅酸铝纤维棉拆散放入浸泡池中,浸泡24小时。在大搅拌机中放水530分斤,加入有机硅防水剂,开动机器,然后慢慢放入海泡石,搅拌10分钟后,再加入聚苯乙烯泡沫,垩土粉膨胀珍珠岩、膨润土、漂珠、粉煤灰、氧化铝粉。在搅拌均匀后,放入静止池中,24小时后装包计量、入库。根据上述,屋面隔热保温防水复合材料其特征为胶泥状膏状体,经模具定型烘干后,可制成各种规格板材。
本发明的应用于工民建,在屋顶应用夏季室温下降2-3℃,冬季升温2-3℃。在施工中去掉隔气层,替代珍珠岩砖、蛭石,应用本材料3cm厚度相当于传统材料12cm厚材料,减轻承重,达到隔热保温要求。同时具有很好隔音和装饰性能,使用后无龟裂,起臌现象。把保温和防水为一体化,加之低成本,因此,给国家节约大量源,具有广泛应用前景。

2.根据权利要求所述屋面隔热保温防水复合材料的生产方法,包括以下工艺步骤
(1)将烧碱放入浸泡池中,加水100公斤,搅均。然后放入有机硅乳液和渗透剂。充分搅拌10分钟后,再把硅酸铝纤维棉拆散放入浸池中,浸泡24小时。
(2)在大搅拌机中,放水530公斤,加入有机硅防水剂,开动机器,然后慢慢放入海泡石;搅拌10分钟后再加入苯乙烯泡沫、垩土粉、膨胀珍珠岩、膨润土、漂珠、粉煤灰、氧化铝粉。在搅拌均匀后,放入静止池中,24小时后装仓计量入库。
(3)根据要求1和2所述,屋面隔热保温防水复合材料,其特征为胶泥状膏状体,经模具定型烘干后,可制成各种规格板材。
