本申请涉及飞行器技术领域,公开了一种电机及其离心风扇。本申请离心风扇包括离心风扇本体,包括多个周向围绕离心风扇旋转轴线的主风道;风道环圈,包括多个周向围绕离心风扇旋转轴线的加长风道;风道环圈构造成能套设在离心风扇本体以使加长风道与主风道一一对应连通。本申请增长离心风扇的气流通道,增大离心风扇外圈线速度,增加对气流的散热面积,大大提高了散热效率,且更换安装简单。

技术领域
本申请涉及飞行器技术领域,尤其涉及一种电机及其离心风扇。
背景技术
当电机安装在狭小的机臂空间内,当增加电机内部散热面积之后电机的内部流阻变得非常的大,反而降低了散热效率,致使本来就偏小的离心风扇散热能力变得更低。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种电机及其离心风扇,本申请的本申请增长离心风扇的气流通道,增大离心风扇外圈线速度,增加对气流的散热面积,提高散热效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请提供了一种离心风扇,包括:离心风扇本体,包括多个周向围绕所述离心风扇旋转轴线的主风道;风道环圈,包括多个周向围绕所述离心风扇旋转轴线的加长风道;所述风道环圈构造成能套设在所述离心风扇本体以使所述加长风道与所述主风道一一对应连通。
本申请还提供了一种电机,包括如上述的离心风扇,所述离心风扇通过螺栓连接于所述电机的旋转轴。
作为优选,所述离心风扇本体与所述风道环圈相对边缘间隔设置有多个定位槽,所述风道环圈与所述离心风扇本体相对的边缘间隔设有多个与所述定位槽一一对应连接的固定支架。
作为优选,所述固定支架螺栓连接于所述离心风扇本体。
作为优选,所述风道环圈包括上面板、下面板以及所述上面板和下面板之间的多个隔板,相邻两个所述隔板与所述上面板和下面板围绕形成所述加长风道。
作为优选,所述固定支架设置有通孔,所述定位槽上设置有安装孔,所述风道环圈套设在所述离心风扇本体时所述通孔与所述安装孔相对设置。
作为优选,所述加长风道设有风门和风门转动轴,所述风门能绕所述风门转动轴转动,所述风门转动轴上套设有偏压弹簧,所述偏压弹簧的回弹力使得所述风门在没有气流穿过所述加长风道时保持关闭状态。
作为优选,所述风门在气流穿过所述加长风道时受气流推力能绕风门转动轴打开。
作为优选,所述主风道和所述加长风道连通成弧线形通道。
作为优选,所述离心风扇本体包括多个扇叶,所述扇叶直径为250-288mm,出口角为120-130度。
本申请增长离心风扇的气流通道,增大离心风扇外圈线速度,增加对气流的散热面积,大大提高了散热效率,且更换安装简单。

下文参照附图描述本申请的实施例,如图1至图4所示,本申请实施例的离心风扇包括:离心风扇本体1和风道环圈2,离心风扇本体1包括多个周向围绕离心风扇旋转轴线的主风道10;风道环圈2包括多个周向围绕离心风扇旋转轴线的加长风道20;风道环圈2套设在离心风扇本体1上,以使加长风道20与主风道10一一对应连通。具体地,风道环圈2包括上面板2a、下面板2b以及上面板2a和下面板2b之间的多个周向间隔设置的隔板2c,相邻两个隔板2c与上面板2a和下面板2b围绕形成加长风道20。加长风道20设有风门22和风门转动轴23,风门22能绕风门转动轴23转动,风门转动轴23上套设有偏压弹簧24,偏压弹簧24的回弹力使得风门22在没有气流穿过加长风道20时保持关闭状态。风门22在气流穿过加长风道20时受气流推力能绕风门转动轴23打开。
优选地,扇叶具有弧形设计,与本实施例中扇叶直径为250-288mm,出口角为120-130度,这样的扇叶设计会对进风道产生加压加速的效果,可以提升空气动力学轮廓,从而提升散热效率。主风道10和加长风道20连通后成弧线形,更有利增大加压加速的效果。离心风扇本体1与风道环圈2相对边缘间隔设置有多个定位槽11,风道环圈2与离心风扇本体1相对的边缘间隔设有多个与定位槽11一一对应连接的固定支架21,固定支架21能刚好放入到定位槽11中,从而对风道环圈2的安装进行定位。同时,固定支架21设置有通孔210,定位槽11上设置有安装孔110,风道环圈2套设在离心风扇本体1时通孔210与安装孔110相对设置,通过螺栓即可以将固定支架21连接到离心风扇本体1。固定支架21可以是一个与上面板2a相连且朝向其内部中心方向延伸的环圈,也可以是多个由上面板2a向其内部中心方向延伸而出的间隔设置的凸出部。
由于飞行器机身内狭小的安装空间,已无法做更大尺寸电机来增大离心风扇尺寸,本申请在不改变电机直径的情况下,采用在离心风扇本体上安装风道环圈的办法来增长离心风扇的气流通道,增加离心风扇外圈线速度,增加对气流的散热面积,从而达到提高散热效率的问题,且更换安装简单。在安装电机时,可以先将电机装入机臂中,并使得离心风扇本体外露于机臂外,再将风道环圈套设在离心风扇本体上,使整个离心风扇置于机臂上方,在增大散热效率的同时保证安装维护的方便性。
本申请的第二实施例提供了一种电机,包括上述的离心风扇,离心风扇通过螺栓连接于电机的旋转轴。本申请在不改变电机直径的情况下,采用在离心风扇本体上安装风道环圈的办法来增长离心风扇的气流通道,增加离心风扇外圈线速度,增加对气流的散热面积,从而达到提高散热效率的问题,且更换安装简单。

Claims (10)

1.一种离心风扇,其特征在于,包括:
离心风扇本体(1),包括多个周向围绕所述离心风扇旋转轴线的主风道(10);风道环圈(2),包括多个周向围绕所述离心风扇旋转轴线的加长风道(20);所述风道环圈(2)构造成能套设在所述离心风扇本体(1)以使所述加长风道(20)与所述主风道(10)一一对应连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离心风扇,其特征在于,所述离心风扇本体(1)与所述风道环圈相对边缘间隔设置有多个定位槽(11),所述风道环圈(2)与所述离心风扇本体(1)相对的边缘间隔设有多个与所述定位槽(11)一一对应连接的固定支架(21)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的离心风扇,其特征在于,所述固定支架(21)螺栓连接于所述离心风扇本体(1)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的离心风扇,其特征在于,所述风道环圈(2)包括上面板(2a)、下面板(2b)以及所述上面板(2a)和下面板(2b)之间的多个隔板(2c),相邻两个所述隔板(2c)与所述上面板(2a)和下面板(2b)围绕形成所述加长风道(20)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的离心风扇,其特征在于,所述固定支架(21)设置有通孔(210),所述定位槽(11)上设置有安装孔(110),所述风道环圈(2)套设在所述离心风扇本体(1)时所述通孔(210)与所述安装孔(110)相对设置。
6.根据权利要求2所述的离心风扇,其特征在于,所述加长风道(20)设有风门(22)和风门转动轴(23),所述风门(22)能绕所述风门转动轴(23)转动,所述风门转动轴(23)上套设有偏压弹簧(24),所述偏压弹簧(24)的回弹力使得所述风门(22)在没有气流穿过所述加长风道(20)时保持关闭状态。
7.根据权利要求6所述的离心风扇,其特征在于,所述风门(22)在气流穿过所述加长风道(20)时受气流推力能绕风门转动轴(23)打开。
8.根据权利要求1所述的离心风扇,其特征在于,所述主风道(10)和所述加长风道(20)连通成弧线形通道。
9.根据权利要求1所述的离心风扇,其特征在于,所述离心风扇本体(1)包括多个扇叶,所述扇叶直径为250-288mm,出口角为120-130度。
10.一种电机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的离心风扇,所述离心风扇通过螺栓连接于所述电机的旋转轴。
