Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a cosmetic composition for deeply moisturizing and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Studies show that when the moisture content in the body is below 10%, skin becomes dry, rough and aged, and dermatitis is caused when the skin is severe, so that peeling phenomenon occurs. The skin aging is accelerated due to long-term lack of water, wrinkles and color spots appear, and the skin becomes rough, dull and inelastic.
Along with the continuous popularization of cosmetic science knowledge, people gradually realize the importance of skin moisturizing, and moisturizing gradually becomes a basic requirement for skin care. At present, various moisturizing products on the market are also endless. The moisturizing component in the common moisturizing agent is a water-soluble moisturizing agent, such as glycerin, butanediol and the like, has small molecular weight, is easy to be absorbed by skin, but has general continuous moisturizing effect; the macromolecular moisturizer, such as oil moisturizing components like vaseline, squalane and the like, can form a thick film on the surface of the skin, has poor moisturizing effect, and can increase the occurrence probability of oily skin acne; deep repairing agents such as ceramide, phospholipid and the like reduce water loss by repairing skin barriers, but have single targets, and the moisturizing effect needs to be improved.
The formula of the deep water supplementing compound comprises hyaluronic acid, transdermal fibronectin, ergothioneine, a dispersing agent and a solvent, wherein the hyaluronic acid is used as a main efficacy substance for skin water supplementing, and the transdermal fibronectin is added to promote permeation, so that deep water supplementing is realized. The Chinese patent application publication No. CN111265454A discloses an anti-aging cosmetic composition for moisturizing and supplementing water, the formula of the composition comprises a compound vegetable oil, a fermentation product, nicotinamide, citrus peel extract, soluble proteoglycan, mimi Luo Mushe/stem extract, PEG/PPG-14/7 dimethyl ether and sodium hyaluronate, and the moisturizing and supplementing water is carried out on the surface of skin through the combination and the coaction of the components.
Therefore, the moisturizing cosmetic in the prior art is mainly used for moisturizing the surface of the skin, is difficult to deeply moisturize the skin, has single penetration target and poor moisturizing effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a cosmetic composition for deep water supplementing and a preparation method thereof. The cosmetic composition for deep moisturizing provided by the invention can open a skin moisturizing channel and realize the effects of deep moisturizing.
In order to achieve the above object, the technical scheme of the present invention is as follows:
a cosmetic composition for deeply moisturizing comprises the following components in parts by weight:
30-40 parts of gulfweed extract, 15-30 parts of rose flower extract, 8-15 parts of transdermal absorbent, 15-20 parts of betaine, 5-10 parts of squalane, 30-40 parts of hyaluronic acid, 10-20 parts of soybean lecithin and 70-90 parts of water.
In the formula of the composition provided by the invention, the betaine has strong hygroscopicity, can allow water molecules to be completely absorbed and utilized by living cells, and can still achieve the lasting moisturizing effect even under low concentration; the squalane has good affinity to skin, can accelerate permeation and absorption of other components, can form a layer of film on the surface of the skin, strengthen skin barrier, has the effect of water locking and prevents moisture in the skin from volatilizing, but has the defects that the content is too much and too greasy, and the product is thick, and the dosage of the squalane is accurately controlled in the invention, so that the prepared cosmetic composition is fresh and not sticky; the soybean lecithin can supplement moisturizing factors in the intercellular matrix by imitating natural moisturizing factors in keratinocytes, repair skin barrier, supplement intercellular lipid and enhance skin moisturizing ability.
Further, the preparation method of the gulfweed extract in the deep moisturizing cosmetic composition comprises the following steps: cleaning fresh Sargassum, oven drying, and pulverizing to 40 mesh to obtain Sargassum powder; adding sargassum powder into deionized water, heating to 90-100deg.C, leaching with hot water for 10-15 hr, and centrifuging to obtain supernatant I and precipitate I; adding the sediment I into deionized water again, wherein the mass ratio of the gulfweed powder to the deionized water is 1:20-25, performing ultrasonic wall breaking, and performing centrifugal separation to obtain supernatant II and sediment II; mixing the supernatant I and the supernatant II, cooling, and concentrating to 1/3 volume to obtain crude extract; adding ethanol to the crude extract until the mass concentration of the ethanol is 10%, then adding palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and azelaic anhydride, heating to 60-70 ℃, keeping the temperature, stirring for reaction for 1-2h, cooling, and concentrating to 1/3 volume to obtain the product.
Sargassum is a type of seaweed in brown algae, and Sargassum polysaccharide extracted from Sargassum is a polysaccharide compound which is easily dissolved in water and has high viscosity, can stabilize cell membrane in human cells, can be combined with protein in human body to generate anti-dry component, and can make skin smooth. Hydroxyl, carboxyl and other polar groups in gulfweed polysaccharide molecules can form hydrogen bonds with water molecules to combine a large amount of water, polysaccharide molecular chains are mutually interwoven into a net shape, and the water is combined with the hydroxyl, carboxyl and other polar groups through the hydrogen bonds, so that a strong water-retaining effect is achieved. However, the gulfweed polysaccharide has poor fat solubility, so that the skin surface has poor transdermal absorbability, the palmitoyl tripeptide-1 is adopted to form a conjugate with the gulfweed polysaccharide through azelaic anhydride, and the conjugate formed by the palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and the gulfweed polysaccharide can act on the dermis layer, so that the fat solubility of the gulfweed polysaccharide is improved, the skin transmittance of the gulfweed polysaccharide is further enhanced, and simultaneously, the palmitoyl tripeptide-1 can promote the generation of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid, improve the water content of skin and reduce fine wrinkles.
Furthermore, the ultrasonic frequency of the ultrasonic wall breaking is 30-40KHz, the ultrasonic time is 1-1.5h, and the ultrasonic temperature is 40-50 ℃.
Furthermore, the dosage of the palmitoyl tripeptide-1 is 0.2-0.5 times of the mass of the gulfweed powder, and the dosage of the azelaic anhydride is 0.01-0.03 times of the mass of the gulfweed powder.
Further, the preparation method of the rose flower extract in the deep moisturizing cosmetic composition comprises the following steps: taking fresh cleaned rose petals, air-drying, crushing, and sieving with a 100-mesh sieve to obtain rose pollen; adding distilled water, stirring for 0.5-1h, pumping into a PEF treatment system at a speed of 5-10mL/min, and performing high-pressure pulse extraction to obtain extractive solution; adding malic acid into the extractive solution, heating to 90-110deg.C, reacting for 3-5 hr under stirring, cooling, and concentrating to 1/3 volume.
The rose flower is rich in vitamin E, vitamin C and flavonoid substances, can effectively eliminate free radicals on skin, and has the effects of delaying aging, reducing melanin generation, supplementing water and preserving moisture. The invention adopts a high-pressure pulse method to extract the rose flowers, so that the active ingredients in the rose flowers can be extracted efficiently. The inventor finds that the rose flower extract has good effects of moisturizing and delaying aging, but contains a large amount of hydroxyl groups in the rose glycoside, and has certain irritation to sensitive skin, so that the inventor adds malic acid to carry out esterification reaction in the preparation process of the rose flower extract, and effectively reduces the irritation of the rose glycoside to the skin. Meanwhile, the redundant malic acid can also remove redundant keratinocytes on the surface of the skin, thereby being beneficial to the absorption of the cosmetic composition.
Further, the distilled water is 5-8 times of the mass of the rose pollen; the electric field strength extracted by the high-voltage pulse method is 20-30kv/cm, and the number of pulses is 8-15.
Furthermore, the amount of the malic acid is 0.02-0.04 times of the mass of the rose pollen, and the stirring speed is 500-700rpm.
Further, the transdermal absorbent in the deep water-replenishing cosmetic composition consists of lactobionic acid and nerol according to the mass ratio of 23-27:16-20.
The invention adopts lactobionic acid and nerol to form a transdermal absorbent together, and reversibly damages the lipid structure among keratinocytes by accelerating the structural change of the epidermis horny layer, increases the lipid fluidity, simultaneously causes the cracking and the peeling of part of horny layer, promotes the expansion of the epidermis cell gap, and further reduces the retarding effect of skin on external cosmetics and increases the absorptivity of the cosmetics.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the cosmetic composition for deep water supplementing, which comprises the following steps:
S1, mixing gulfweed extract, rose flower extract, betaine, hyaluronic acid and water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture I;
s2, adding the transdermal absorbent, squalane and soybean lecithin into an emulsifying pot, heating to 70-80 ℃, stirring and homogenizing for 1-2h at 300-500rpm, and cooling to 30-35 ℃ to obtain a mixture II;
s3, adding the mixture I prepared in the step S1 into the mixture II prepared in the step S2, stirring and homogenizing for 2.5-3h at 700-1000rpm, and filling to obtain the composite material.
Compared with the prior art, the deep moisturizing cosmetic composition and the preparation method thereof have the following technical advantages:
The transdermal absorbent in the cosmetic composition for deep moisturizing can open a skin moisturizing channel, so that betaine, hyaluronic acid, soybean lecithin and the like penetrate deep into the skin to moisturize and moisturize, and long-acting moisturizing is realized; (2) The squalane in the deep moisturizing cosmetic composition provided by the invention can form a closed film on the surface of skin, endow the stratum corneum with water locking capability, effectively reduce the water loss amount of the epidermis, and accurately control the dosage of the squalane so that the cosmetic composition is fresh and not sticky;
(3) The gulfweed extract and the rose flower extract in the cosmetic composition for deep moisturizing provided by the invention belong to natural moisturizing factors, can supplement natural moisturizing factors in keratinocytes, and can be used for deep moisturizing into skin to realize the effect of deep moisturizing.

The formulation of the cosmetic composition described in this comparative example was similar to that of example 3, and the preparation method was the same as that of example 3.
The difference between this comparative example and example 3 is: the transdermal absorbent in this comparative example is nerol.
Test example one, safety test
Test sample: cosmetic compositions prepared in examples 1 to 3, comparative example 4, comparative example 5;
The test method comprises the following steps: referring to the test method of the human skin closed patch of the fifth part of cosmetic safety technical Specification (2015 edition), 60 sensitive muscle volunteers are selected, men and women are not limited, and are randomly divided into 6 groups, and the test samples and the blank control group samples (deionized water) are respectively used for synchronously carrying out the closed patch test. The using method is that 5mL of test sample is smeared on the face after cleaning the face in the morning and evening every day, and the using period is 7 days. The number of allergic phenomena in each group of volunteers was recorded after the test was completed.
Test results: the test results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 safety test results
As is clear from Table 1, the user of the cosmetic composition for deep water supply provided by the invention has no skin redness or erythema and other allergic phenomena, and the cosmetic composition for deep water supply provided by the invention is safe, has no irritation to skin and has no adverse phenomena.
The rose extract of comparative example 4 was not added with malic acid to perform esterification reaction, and the prepared cosmetic composition was poor in safety, indicating that the rose glycoside contained in the rose extract had a certain irritation to skin; in the preparation method of the rose flower extract in comparative example 5, citric acid is used for esterification reaction instead of malic acid, but the prepared cosmetic composition has poor safety, which indicates that the esterification product of citric acid and rose glycoside cannot improve the skin irritation of rose glycoside, i.e. citric acid cannot realize the technical effect of malic acid.
Test example two, skin moisture content test
Test sample: cosmetic compositions prepared in examples 1 to 3, comparative examples 1 to 3, and comparative examples 6 to 8;
test sample: 100 volunteers between 20 and 30 years old are selected, the male and female are not limited, the average of the volunteers is divided into 10 groups, the test samples are tested respectively, the last group is a blank control group, and deionized water is used as the test sample in the blank control group. Each group of volunteers wiped the clean face with a dry facial tissue, and after the cleaning was completed, the measurement area was marked on the left and right faces of the subject. Before formal test, the subject sits still for 30min under the environment of 25+/-2 ℃ and 50+/-2% of humidity, does not drink water, and keeps the human body relaxed. And (3) smearing 5mL of test sample on the tested area, measuring the skin moisture content of the tested area and the blank control area of the test subject at 0min, 30min, 60min, 120min and 180min, completing the test of the same group of test subjects by the same measuring staff, and calculating a test average value.
The calculation formula is as follows: w% = (W 1-W0)/W0 x 100%, note: W% = percentage increase in skin moisture content (MMV), W 0 = skin pre-sample moisture content, W 1 = skin post-sample moisture content.
Test results: the test results are shown in Table 2.
Table 2 skin moisture content test
As shown in Table 2, the skin moisture content of the cosmetic composition for deep water supply provided by the invention is increased by 64.83-68.35% after the cosmetic composition is used for 180min, and the skin moisture content is increased by 30.68-40.15%, so that the cosmetic composition for deep water supply has good water supply and water locking effects. Among them, the cosmetic composition prepared in example 3 was the best in moisturizing effect, and was the best example of the present invention.
Compared with example 3, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 is adopted to replace palmitoyl tripeptide-1 in the preparation method of the gulfweed extract in comparative example 1, but the moisturizing effect of the prepared cosmetic composition is poor, which shows that only palmitoyl tripeptide-1 can improve the fat solubility of gulfweed polysaccharide and improve the skin transmittance of gulfweed polysaccharide; in comparative example 2, palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and azelaic anhydride are not coupled with gulfweed polysaccharide, but the moisturizing effect of the prepared cosmetic composition is poor, which shows that palmitoyl tripeptide-1 can improve the skin transmittance of gulfweed polysaccharide through coupling of azelaic anhydride with gulfweed polysaccharide, thereby being beneficial to improving the moisturizing effect of the cosmetic composition; no azelaic anhydride was added in comparative example 3, but the moisturizing effect of the prepared cosmetic composition was deteriorated, indicating that azelaic anhydride was key to successful coupling of palmitoyl tripeptide-1 with gulfweed polysaccharide.
Comparative example 6 changed the ratio of the amounts of the components of the transdermal absorbent compared to example 3, comparative example 7 and comparative example 8 changed the amounts of the components of the transdermal absorbent, but the moisturizing effect of the prepared cosmetic composition was significantly deteriorated, which means that the amounts of the components and the ratio of the amounts of the transdermal absorbent in the present invention were optimized, and the effects of the prepared cosmetic composition were deteriorated by changing the ratio of the amounts of the components and the replacement components.
The above examples are only illustrative of the preparation method of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention. Modifications to the above would be obvious to those of ordinary skill in the art, but would not bring the invention so modified beyond the scope of the present invention. Therefore, all equivalent modifications and changes which are accomplished by those skilled in the art without departing from the technical spirit provided by the present invention are intended to be covered by the claims of the present invention.
