As shown in fig. 1-11, the invention provides an instant cleaning device for medical apparatuses, which comprises an outer shell component 1, a conveying component 2, a high-pressure cleaning component 3, a scrubbing component 4, a drying and sterilizing component 5 and a driving component 6, wherein the conveying component 2 is arranged in the outer shell component 1, the high-pressure cleaning component 3 is arranged on the conveying component 2, the high-pressure cleaning component 3 is fixedly connected to the outer shell component 1, the high-pressure cleaning component 3 is arranged on the scrubbing component 4, the scrubbing component 4 is arranged on the conveying component 2, the drying and sterilizing component 5 is arranged at one end of the scrubbing component 4, the driving component 6 is connected to the drying and sterilizing component 5, and the driving component 6 is connected to the scrubbing component 4.

The high-pressure cleaning assembly 3 comprises a water storage tank 31, a high-pressure water pump 32, an upper cleaning drain pipe 33, a lower cleaning drain pipe 34 and a secondary cleaning drain pipe 35, wherein the water storage tank 31 is arranged on the outer shell body 17, the high-pressure water pump 32 is connected to the water storage tank 31, the upper cleaning drain pipe 33 is connected to the high-pressure water pump 32, the upper cleaning drain pipe 33 is arranged on the upper portion of the water permeable conveying belt 22, the lower cleaning drain pipe 34 is arranged on the center position of the rotation of the water permeable conveying belt 22, the lower cleaning drain pipe 34 is connected to the upper cleaning drain pipe 33, the secondary cleaning drain pipe 35 is connected to the upper cleaning drain pipe 33, and the secondary cleaning drain pipe 35 is arranged inside the scrubbing assembly 4.
By placing the upper cleaning gauntlet 33 and the lower cleaning gauntlet 34 in parallel at the upper and lower positions of the water permeable conveyer belt 22, it functions to clean the upper and lower end surfaces of the medical instruments on the water permeable conveyer belt 22, and the secondary cleaning gauntlet 35 functions to further clean the medical instruments on the scrubbing assembly 4.

The medical instrument is washed only by the upper washing gauntlet 33 and the lower washing gauntlet 34, and the medical instrument still has unclean parts, and the medical instrument on the water permeable conveyer belt 22 is rubbed by the brush on the upper cleaning rubbing belt 411, so that the function of rubbing off the residual dirt on the surface of the medical instrument is realized.

The drying and sterilizing unit 5 comprises a collecting port 51, a rotary drum wall 52, a central fixed shaft 53, a rotary bottom plate 54, a rotary plate 55, an elastic poking piece 56 and a thermal dryer 57, wherein the collecting port 51 is arranged at one end of a lower cleaning and rubbing belt 421, the collecting port is arranged below an upper cleaning and rubbing belt 411, the collecting port 51 is fixedly connected to the rotary drum wall 52, the rotary drum wall 52 is provided with a discharge port 521 and a discharge column 522, the discharge port 521 is arranged above the collecting box 11, the discharge column 522 is arranged on the upper end face of the rotary drum wall 52, the central fixed shaft 53 is fixedly connected to the rotary drum wall 52, the rotary bottom plate 54 rotates on the central fixed shaft 53, the rotary bottom plate 54 is provided with a rotary driving gear 541 and a rotary plate locating hole 542, the rotary plate 55 is provided with a rebound locating column 551, one side of the rotary plate 55 is tightly attached to the central fixed shaft 53 through the rebound locating column 551, the rotary plates 55 are connected in the rotary plate locating hole 542 through the rebound locating columns 551, the elastic poking piece 56 is arranged on the rotary plate 55, and the thermal dryer 57 is arranged on the rotary drum wall 52.
The medical instrument after cleaning is collected in the collecting port 51 of the drying and sterilizing assembly 5, the hot dryer 57 of the drying and sterilizing assembly 5 has the function of hot air high-temperature disinfection and drying, the rotating plate 55 and the elastic poking piece 56 push the medical instrument to rotate to the discharge port 521 along with the rotation of the rotating bottom plate 54, the discharge column 522 pushes the rotating plate 55 to the discharge port 521, and the technical effect that the medical instrument after high-temperature disinfection and drying is ejected out and falls into the collecting box 11 is achieved.
