The ozone generator positioned in the gas mixing chamber applies high voltage to the air led into the gas mixing chamber from the bubble generator to generate ozone. The atomic group generator is provided with a ceramic catalyst. The catalyst reduces the ozone from the ozone generator into oxygen generating bubbles and oxygen reacting with hydrogen in washing water so as to generate atomic groups. The dispersing mixer can effectively kill bacteria, such as bacillus, viruses, mildews, fungi or algae living in water or clothes. The dispersing mixer can also improve the washing effect of a washing machine by the oxidation action and the bleaching action of ozone and atomic groups.
