after cherry petals are cut, two cherry petals are driven to be separated again through a sucker 404, an ejector rod 302 drives an auxiliary roller 305 to move downwards between the two cherry petals, then the two cherry petals are controlled to move close to each other again, as the section of the auxiliary roller 305 is in a symmetrical D shape, the upper end and the lower end of the auxiliary roller 305 are protruded, the middle part is recessed inwards, and further when the cherry petals move towards the direction close to the auxiliary roller 305, the upper end and the lower end of the auxiliary roller 305 are led to turn outwards through the protruded parts on the two sides of the auxiliary roller 305, so that the cut cherry petals are deformed into a protruded shape with pulp turned outwards, the fruit skin part is recessed inwards, the cut pulp part can be fully unfolded and is not attached to each other, the pulp part is promoted to be fully contacted with pectase again, and the pulp part is fully hydrolyzed; and then the two cherry flaps are controlled to deviate from the sliding and are separated from the auxiliary roller 305, and the cherry flaps with the two pulps in the unfolded state are taken down for enzymolysis and squeezing treatment.
As shown in fig. 5:
side grooves 107 are formed in the front side and the rear side of the box frame 101, inserting blocks 108 are fixedly connected to the two ends of the two supporting plates 105, the inserting blocks 108 are slidably connected in the corresponding side grooves 107, and a fourth electric push rod is fixedly connected between the inserting blocks 108 and the box frame 101;

Claims (10)

1. The processing method of the antioxidant mask is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1: selecting fresh acerola cherry, and cleaning and removing impurities from the acerola cherry;
s2: putting the acerola cherry on a cutting device, and cutting the pulp of the acerola cherry by the cutting device to obtain cherry flaps;
s3: adding pectase into cherry petals for enzymolysis, and performing rough filtration on primary pulp obtained by enzymolysis to obtain acerola cherry raw juice;
s4: adding phosphate buffer solution into acerola cherry original juice for soaking to obtain cherry cell solution;
s5: taking out the cherry petals after enzymolysis, squeezing, adding the obtained cherry juice into cherry cell solution, and mixing to obtain cherry mixed solution;
s6: uniformly mixing the cherry mixed solution and the mask solution to prepare an antioxidant beautifying solution;
s7: placing the folded mask cloth into a mask bag, and adding an antioxidant beautifying liquid into the mask bag to enable the antioxidant beautifying liquid to infiltrate the mask cloth;
s8: and (5) sealing the bag to obtain the packaged antioxidant beautifying facial mask.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of cleaning and removing impurities in S1 includes: bubbling and cleaning for 15min, and removing dust and organic impurities on the surface; washing with purified water to remove microorganism on fresh fruit surface.
3. The process of claim 1, wherein the phosphate buffer in S4 has a PH of 6 to 9.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the soaking time in S4 is 12 to 36 hours.
5. The process according to claim 1, wherein the enzymolysis temperature in S3 is 35-55 ℃ and the enzymolysis time is 50-120 min.
