the servo motor 10 transmits power to the chain wheel shaft through the speed reducer 11 and the coupler, the chain wheel shaft drives the chain wheel 13 to rotate and then transmits the power to the chain 14 and the pressing plate 23, and the clamping cylinder manipulator is driven to realize conversion of parallel stations;
the universal wheel 5 and the machine body 1 of the embodiment are connected through 4 hexagon socket head cap bolts;
a coconut treatment method based on an integrated machine for removing shells of outer and inner thick skins of coconuts and crushing coconut meat comprises the following specific steps:
(1) a feeding station: manually putting the coconuts into a hopper for feeding, jacking a material receiving cylinder to receive the materials, and putting the coconuts on a tray;
(2) a servo motor of the transmission mechanism works, a chain wheel shaft of the main chain wheel is driven to rotate through the speed reducer and the coupler, so that the chain is driven to move, and the slide block I on the bottom surface of the pressing plate is driven to slide on the long guide rail I and the long guide rail II due to the clamping of the clamping block and the chain, so that the transmission of the driving force is realized; the clamping cylinder manipulator is driven by the sliding block on the bottom surface of the pressing plate to move to the position under the hopper, the side pushing cylinder of the clamping cylinder manipulator pushes the sliding block II to slide on the short guide rail of the pressing plate, the manipulator supporting piece is driven to move to the two ends of the coconut, and the clamping cylinder drives the clamping jaw to clamp the coconut;
(3) sawing, crushing and separating station: a servo motor of the transmission mechanism works, a chain wheel shaft of a main chain wheel is driven to rotate through a speed reducer and a coupler, so that a chain is driven to move, and a clamping block is clamped with the chain, so that a sliding block I on the bottom surface of a pressing plate is driven to slide on a long guide rail I and a long guide rail II, so that a clamping cylinder manipulator moves, and the middle part of the side surface of the coconut is contacted with a saw blade of a saw cutting device;
starting a saw cutting motor, driving a saw blade to rotate by the saw cutting motor through a belt, and driving a clamping cylinder manipulator to move by a servo motor to cut the coconuts into two halves from the middle; a side push cylinder of the clamping cylinder manipulator pushes a sliding block II to slide outwards on a short guide rail of the pressing plate, so that the two parts of the coconut are driven to be separated towards two sides;
(4) the manipulator base moves downwards at a constant speed on the lifting module and drives the manipulator to the clamping cylinder to move the crushing and separating device, and the sliding block III is sleeved on the sliding column and can slide up and down on the outer side of the sliding column, so that the two parts of coconuts can move up and down in a specific separation state; the double-output-shaft motor is started, the double-output-shaft motor drives the umbrella-shaped coconut shred knives on the double output shafts to synchronously rotate, meanwhile, the manipulator base moves downwards at a constant speed on the lifting module to drive two parts of coconuts on the clamping cylinder manipulator to synchronously move downwards, the rotating umbrella-shaped coconut shred knives crush and separate coconut meat, and the crushed and separated coconut meat falls into a coconut meat and coconut juice collecting box under the action of gravity; after the coconuts move downwards to the umbrella-shaped coconut shred peeling knife, the manipulator base moves upwards at a constant speed on the lifting module and drives the coconuts on the clamping cylinder manipulator to move upwards at a constant speed, and the rotating umbrella-shaped coconut shred peeling knife crushes and separates coconut meat; the manipulator base repeatedly moves up and down on the lifting module and drives coconuts on the clamping cylinder manipulator to move up and down at a constant speed, and the rotating umbrella-shaped coconut shred knife repeatedly crushes and separates coconut meat until the coconut meat is completely separated;
(5) a shelling station: the manipulator base moves to the initial position of the crushing and separating device on the lifting module, a servo motor of the transmission mechanism works, a chain wheel shaft of a main chain wheel is driven to rotate through a speed reducer and a coupler, so that a chain is driven to move, a clamping block is clamped with the chain, so that a sliding block I on the bottom surface of a pressing plate is driven to slide on a long guide rail I and a long guide rail II, the clamping cylinder manipulator moves, so that a coconut shell with coconut meat removed is moved to a coconut shell recovery station section, the clamping cylinder controls a clamping jaw to be loosened, and the coconut shell falls into a coconut shell collecting box under the action of gravity;
(6) manually putting coconuts into the hopper for feeding again, driving a servo motor of a transmission mechanism to work, driving a chain wheel shaft of a main chain wheel to rotate through a speed reducer and a coupling, and driving a chain to move, and driving a sliding block I on the bottom surface of a pressing plate to slide on a long guide rail I and a long guide rail II to realize driving force transmission due to clamping of a clamping block and the chain; repeating the steps (1) - (5) until all the predetermined coconuts are processed;
(7) and opening a collecting box door, sliding out the coconut juice coconut meat collecting box 8 and the coconut shell collecting box 9 from the horizontal slide I and the horizontal slide II respectively, and collecting the coconut juice coconut meat and the coconut shell.
Example 2: the structure of the coconut outer thick skin inner shell cutting and coconut meat crushing all-in-one machine and the coconut outer thick skin inner shell cutting and coconut meat crushing all-in-one machine in the embodiment 1 are basically the same, and the difference lies in that: as shown in the figures 15-17 of the drawings,
the lifting module 21 comprises a vertical clamping groove, vertical clamping teeth are arranged in the vertical clamping groove, a reciprocating motor is fixedly arranged on the manipulator base 34, a gear is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the reciprocating motor, and the gear is in clamping transmission with the vertical clamping teeth; the reciprocating motor drives the gear to be meshed and driven on the vertical latch, so that the manipulator base 34 is driven to be meshed and moved up and down on the vertical latch;
