Abstract
本申请属于化工新材料技术领域,公开了一种环保型无硫磷硅钢轧制油及其制备方法,包括基础油30~50%,合成酯40~60%,油性剂3~10%,抗氧剂0.5~3.0%,防锈剂1.0~5.0%,PH缓释剂1.0~3.0%,乳化剂0.5~3.0%。本申请利用多元醇、羟烷基胺、硼酸酯等有机摩擦改进添加剂,设计合成的新型绿色环保的三嗪杂环有机钼酸酯,作为无气味耐高温抗水解稳定的环保型无硫磷极压摩擦改进添加剂,取代原有的含硫磷型极压润滑剂,提高其低浓度下的润滑性以及高温下的抗分解性和难挥发性,环保性和稳定性更强。
Description
技术领域
本申请涉及化工新材料技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种环保型无硫磷硅钢轧制油及其制备方法。
背景技术
高牌号硅钢具有高磁感、高频低铁损、高强度、低损耗、低噪音、耐高温不发热等特性,是支撑我国高铁、核电、航空航天、新能源汽车等高端机械和国防装备制造业发展的重要原料,被誉为钢铁产品中“皇冠上的明珠"。由于硅钢钢板材料中硅含量高(大于3.5%)、钢板的硬度大,导致其轧制变形困难、易脆裂和生锈等问题,必须通过高温轧制及高性能专用轧制油技术才能实现高牌号硅钢的制造。
如公开号CN110747040A公开了一种冷轧硅钢抗斑迹轧制油组合物,由以下重量份计的原料制成:精炼植物油脂40-70份,合成酯20-50份,抗氧剂0.5-2.5份,防锈剂0.5-3份,极压抗磨剂0.5-3份,斑迹改进剂0.5-5份,乳化剂1.5-6份,退火清净剂0.5-2.5份,该轧制油具有优异的抗斑迹性能,同时具有优异的润滑性、冷却性、清净性、防锈性、环保等特点。公开号CN103409201A公开了一种金属轧制油及其制备方法,由以下重量份计的原料制成:磺基油酸二钾20-40份、辛酸十六烷酯10-20份、月桂酸甲酯10-18份、甲醛12-13份、氯化铵7-9份、十二烷基硫酸钠7-12份、硫脲1-6份、硫酸10-20份、硼酸4-6份,采用该金属轧制油加工后的产品光泽度好,无轧制伤痕。
上述文献所公开的轧制油都具有一定的有益效果,但在其制备过程中使用较多硫磷类极压剂等添加剂,导致硅钢高温轧制时乳化液产生大量挥发性物质、刺激性气味,环保性较差;而且在使用时存在乳化液浓度高、消耗大、产生的废液多,低浓度时润滑不足、乳化不稳定等缺点,不符合我国钢厂的现场情况,影响空气质量、VOC排放及节能减排等要求,不利于生产人员身心健康,限制了我国硅钢生产和技术进步。
因此,亟待开发一种国产化的高性能环保硅钢轧制油及其循环利用技术以满足我国实际需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本申请提供一种环保型无硫磷硅钢轧制油及其制备方法。
本申请提供的一种环保型无硫磷硅钢轧制油及其制备方法采用如下的技术方案:
一种环保型无硫磷硅钢轧制油,包括以下质量百分比的各组分:基础油30~50%,合成酯40~60%,油性剂3~10%,抗氧剂0.5~3.0%,防锈剂1.0~5.0%,PH缓释剂1.0~3.0%,乳化剂0.5~3.0%;所述基础油为天然的动植物油脂进行多次精炼、脱酸和分提而得的窄馏分基础油,所述合成酯为三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯,所述油性剂为利用三聚alpha烯烃、四聚丙烯、三聚异丁烯合成的有机摩擦改进添加剂。
优选的,所述有机摩擦改进添加剂为带不同支链的羟烷基胺、硼酸酯中的至少一种与多元醇反应得到的聚合脂。
优选的,所述多元醇为TMP、季戊四醇、新戊二醇和甘油中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述油性剂为三嗪杂环有机钼酸酯。
优选的,所述抗氧剂为不含氮的酚类抗氧剂。
优选的,所述防锈剂为C8~C18长链脂肪酸中一种或两种以上的混合物。
优选的,所述缓释剂为苯骈三氮唑和苯三唑衍生物Irgamet39中的至少一种。
优选的,所述乳化剂为椰油酸二乙醇酰胺。
一种环保型无硫磷硅钢轧制油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、在反应釜中按比例加入基础油和合成酯,升温至50~60℃,以500~550rpm的速度进行搅拌;
S2、在搅拌过程中按比例依次加入油性剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、PH缓释剂和乳化剂,保持50~60℃,以900~1200rpm的速度搅拌50~70分钟;
S3、经300目过滤网和5μ过滤袋过滤得到环保型硅钢轧制油。
综上所述,本申请包括以下至少一个有益技术效果:
(1)利用二聚(或三聚)alpha烯烃、四聚丙烯、三聚异丁烯设计合成了一系列带不同支链的多元醇、羟烷基胺、硼酸酯等有机摩擦改进添加剂,并基于钼化合物优异的减摩抗磨性能以及含氮杂环的多功能性,设计合成了新型绿色环保的三嗪杂环有机钼酸酯(GHTM)等,作为无气味耐高温抗水解稳定的环保型无硫磷极压摩擦改进添加剂,取代原有的含硫磷型极压润滑剂,提高其低浓度下的润滑性以及高温下的抗分解性和难挥发性,使其高温条件下轧制,3%低浓度的轧制乳化液也可满足高牌号硅钢的轧制润滑和质量要求;
(2)本申请通过优选高性能环保型乳化剂,保证了轧制乳化液在3%低浓度时的油水快速分离,在轧钢辊缝变形区形成均匀油膜,满足高速轧钢1000mpm的生产需求;提高了轧制乳化液的稳定性,延长了轧制乳化液的使用寿命,轧钢生产更稳定;控制乳化液中铁粉的状态,提高了铁粉分散性,减少了油泥的产生,避免油泥在机架和板面积聚,提高轧机清净和板面质量;低浓度使用还可减少补油量,明显减少了吨钢油耗和三废排放。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述;显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例,基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
实施例1:
本实施例公开一种环保型无硫磷硅钢轧制油,按照质量百分比包括如下成分:
基础油40%,合成酯45%,油性剂5%,抗氧剂2.0%,防锈剂3.0%,PH缓释剂2.0%,乳化剂3%。
其中,基础油由三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯40%、棕榈油40%、150SN20%组成;合成酯为三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯;油性剂为利用二聚(或三聚)alpha烯烃、四聚丙烯、三聚异丁烯合成的一系列带不同支链的多元醇、羟烷基胺、硼酸酯等有机摩擦改进添加剂,并基于钼化合物合成的三嗪杂环有机钼酸酯;抗氧剂为不含氮的酚类抗氧剂;防锈剂为C12长链脂肪酸;缓释剂为苯骈三氮唑;乳化剂为椰油酸二乙醇酰胺。
本实施例中环保型硅钢轧制油的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1、在反应釜中按比例加入基础油和合成酯,升温至60℃,以550rpm的速度进行搅拌;
S2、在搅拌过程中按比例依次加入油性剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、PH缓释剂和乳化剂,保持60℃,以1000rpm的速度搅拌60分钟;
S3、经300目过滤网和5μ过滤袋过滤得到环保型硅钢轧制油。
实施例2:
本实施例公开一种环保型无硫磷硅钢轧制油,按照质量百分比包括如下成分:
基础油40%,合成酯40%,油性剂10%,抗氧剂3.0%,防锈剂2.0%,PH缓释剂3.0%,乳化剂2.0%。
其中,基础油由三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯40%、棕榈油20%、猪油20%、150SN10%、350SN10%组成;合成酯为三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯;油性剂为利用二聚(或三聚)alpha烯烃、四聚丙烯、三聚异丁烯合成的一系列带不同支链的多元醇、羟烷基胺、硼酸酯等有机摩擦改进添加剂,并基于钼化合物合成的三嗪杂环有机钼酸酯;抗氧剂为不含氮的酚类抗氧剂;防锈剂为C18长链脂肪酸;缓释剂为苯三唑衍生物Irgamet39;乳化剂为椰油酸二乙醇酰胺。
本实施例中环保型硅钢轧制油的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1、在反应釜中按比例加入基础油和合成酯,升温至50℃,以500rpm的速度进行搅拌;
S2、在搅拌过程中按比例依次加入油性剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、PH缓释剂和乳化剂,保持50℃,以900rpm的速度搅拌70分钟;
S3、经300目过滤网和5μ过滤袋过滤得到环保型硅钢轧制油。
对比例:
优选实施例1-2所得到的环保型硅钢轧制油和日本大同的FZ-2500型硅钢轧制油(下称对比例1),以及奎克的S-6型硅钢轧制油(下称对比例2)进行性能比较,具体测试数据如下表1所示:

根据上表可得出以下结论:
(1)从理化数据来看,四种型号硅钢轧制油的密度、酸值基本一致,皂化值、粘度和凝点有所区别,主要是不同基础油的选择所致,其中,本申请实施例1的轧制油凝点最低,有利于低温天气的储存和输送,形成的油泥流动性最好,轧机和板面清净性好。
(2)从环保性来看,本申请的硅钢轧制油不含硫和磷,对比例1和对比例2的硅钢轧制油均含硫和磷;因此本申请的轧制油气味较小,现场使用时更加洁净,环保型优于其它两款产品。
(3)从润滑性来看,本申请的硅钢轧制油润滑性在离水展着性、摩擦系数及极压性三个方面,均优于对比例1和对比例2的硅钢轧制油,可更有效减少硅钢轧制过程的摩擦,有利于高负荷下的轧制操作。
(4)从乳化性和稳定性等性能来看,本申请的硅钢轧制油相同条件下无锈蚀,乳化液平均粒径(5.3μm)及其分布低于两个对比品(5.4μm和5.7μm),并且在高温煮沸后较少浮油出现(明显低于对比品),表现出更好的乳化性、稳定性和防锈性能。
以上均为本申请的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本申请的保护范围,故:凡依本申请的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本申请的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种环保型无硫磷硅钢轧制油,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的各组分:基础油30~50%,合成酯40~60%,油性剂3~10%,抗氧剂0.5~3.0%,防锈剂1.0~5.0%,PH缓释剂1.0~3.0%,乳化剂0.5~3.0%;所述基础油为天然的动植物油脂进行多次精炼、脱酸和分提而得的窄馏分基础油,所述合成酯为三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯,所述油性剂为利用三聚alpha烯烃、四聚丙烯、三聚异丁烯合成的有机摩擦改进添加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型无硫磷硅钢轧制油,其特征在于:所述有机摩擦改进添加剂为带不同支链的羟烷基胺、硼酸酯中的至少一种与多元醇反应得到的聚合脂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保型无硫磷硅钢轧制油,其特征在于:所述多元醇为TMP、季戊四醇、新戊二醇和甘油中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型无硫磷硅钢轧制油,其特征在于:所述油性剂为三嗪杂环有机钼酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型无硫磷硅钢轧制油,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为不含氮的酚类抗氧剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型无硫磷硅钢轧制油,其特征在于:所述防锈剂为C8~C18长链脂肪酸中一种或两种以上的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型无硫磷硅钢轧制油,其特征在于:所述缓释剂为苯骈三氮唑和苯三唑衍生物Irgamet39中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型无硫磷硅钢轧制油,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为椰油酸二乙醇酰胺。
9.一种环保型无硫磷硅钢轧制油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、在反应釜中按比例加入基础油和合成酯,升温至50~60℃,以500~550rpm的速度进行搅拌;
S2、在搅拌过程中按比例依次加入油性剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、PH缓释剂和乳化剂,保持50~60℃,以900~1200rpm的速度搅拌50~70分钟;
S3、经300目过滤网和5μ过滤袋过滤得到环保型硅钢轧制油。
