As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 13, the first translation module 7 includes a first electric cylinder 701, a first moving plate 702, a first clamp 703 respectively mounted at two ends of the first moving plate 702, and a third clamp 708 mounted on the frame 1, where the first clamp 703 and the third clamp 708 are used for clamping the horizontal packing box 16. After the buckling of the single-sided side ear cover and the reverse-sided side ear cover is completed at one end of the packing box 16, the vertical box rotating cylinder 401 drives the rotating rod 402 and the packing box 16 thereon to rotate, so that the upper cover at one end of the packing box 16 is positioned above the lower cover, and the upper cover and the lower cover at one end of the subsequent packing box 16 are conveniently buckled. The first clamp 703 at one end of the first moving plate 702 clamps the packing box 16 and moves to the lower part of the third clamp 708, after the packing box 16 is clamped by the third clamp 708, the first clamp 703 at one end of the first moving plate 702 releases the clamping of the packing box 16, the first electric cylinder 701 drives the first moving plate 702 to move, so that the first clamp 703 at the other end of the first moving plate 702 moves to the lower part of the packing box 16 and further clamps the packing box 16, the third clamp 708 releases the clamping of the packing box 16, the first electric cylinder 701 drives the first moving plate 702 to move, so that the packing box 16 is transported to a cover-fastening and cover-fastening station for fastening and cover-fastening, and then the first electric cylinder 701 continues to drive the first moving plate 702 and the packing box 16 thereon, so that the packing box 16 moves to the lower part of the glove-entering station, and the subsequent packing box 16 is convenient to transport. The first clamps 703 at two ends of the first moving plate 702 and the third clamps 708 on the frame 1 cooperate with each other to realize further transportation of the packaging boxes 16, and the first clamps 703 at two ends of the first moving plate 702 can respectively clamp different packaging boxes 16 to different stations at the same time, so that continuous transportation and one-end capping of the packaging boxes 16 are realized, and the working efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 13, the first clamp 703 includes a clamp lifting cylinder 704, a first connection plate 705, first clamping jaw cylinders 706 respectively mounted at both ends of the first connection plate 705, and first clamping jaws 707 connected to output ends of the first clamping jaw cylinders 706, and the clamp lifting cylinder 704 is mounted on the first moving plate 702 or the frame 1. When the packaging box 16 is clamped, the first clamping jaw 707 is opened through the first clamping jaw air cylinder 706, the first clamping jaw 707 is driven to lift to two sides of the packaging box 16 through the clamp lifting air cylinder 704, and then the packaging box 16 is clamped through the first clamping jaw air cylinder 706. The third clamp 708 may be configured in accordance with the first clamp 703.
Example III
In this embodiment, one end of the package 16 is provided with a single-sided side ear cap, a reverse side ear cap, an upper cap and a lower cap, and the other end of the package 16 is provided with a single-sided side ear cap, a reverse side ear cap and an end cap.
The difference between this embodiment and the first or second embodiment is that, as shown in fig. 16, the second translation module 12 includes a second electric cylinder 1201, a second moving plate 1202, and second clamps 1203 respectively mounted at two ends of the second moving plate 1202, where the second clamps 1203 are used to clamp the vertical packing box 16. In implementation, when the reversing module 10 achieves reversing of the package 16, the second clamp 1203 at one end of the second moving plate 1202 aligns with the reversing module 10, and when the second clamp 1203 at one end of the second moving plate 1202 clamps the vertical package 16, a certificate, a specification, or the like can be placed in the package 16 by the placement module 11, and then the second cylinder 1201 drives the second moving plate 1202 to clamp the package 16 to the side-buckling ear cap module 13 by the second clamp 1203 at one end of the second moving plate 1202.
As shown in fig. 16, the second clamp 1203 includes a clamp horizontal cylinder 1204, a second connection plate 1205, a second jaw cylinder 1206 mounted to the second connection plate 1205, and second jaws 1207 connected to two output ends of the second jaw cylinder 1206, the clamp horizontal cylinder 1204 being mounted to the second moving plate 1202. In practice, the second clamping jaw cylinder 1206 firstly opens the second clamping jaw 1207, drives the second clamping jaw 1207 to two sides of the vertical packing box 16 through the clamp transverse cylinder 1204, and then drives the second clamping jaw 1207 to clamp the vertical packing box 16 through the second clamping jaw cylinder 1206. It should be noted that the structure of the third clamp 708 may be consistent with the second clamp 1203, simplifying the structure of the third clamp 708 and reducing the cost.
As shown in fig. 17, the side ear cover module 13 includes a side ear suction cup 1301, a side ear clamping jaw cylinder 1302, and a side ear clamping jaw 1303, where the side ear suction cup 1301 and the side ear clamping jaw cylinder 1302 are respectively mounted on the output end of the side ear clamping jaw cylinder 1302 of the frame 1 and connected with the side ear clamping jaw 1303. Specifically, the packaging box further comprises a support 1304 arranged on the frame 1, the support 1304 is positioned on two sides of the buckling side ear suction disc 1301, the two supports 1304 are respectively provided with a deformation cylinder 1305, and piston rods of the deformation cylinders 1305 can be abutted with two sides of the packaging box 16. In implementation, the buckling side ear suction cup 1301 sucks the packing box 16, the deformation cylinder 1305 drives the piston rod to be connected with two sides of the packing box 16, the packing box 16 is limited, the packing box 16 is prevented from being deformed, then the buckling side ear clamping jaw 1303 is driven to change from an open state to a closed state by the buckling side ear clamping jaw cylinder 1302, the buckling of the side ear cover at the other end of the packing box 16 is achieved, after the buckling of the side ear cover is completed, the second electric cylinder 1201 drives the second clamp 1203 at the other end of the second moving plate 1202 to clamp the packing box 16, and the packing box 16 is clamped and transported to the buckling end cover module 14.
As shown in fig. 18, the end cap fastening module 14 includes a cap fastening lifting cylinder 1401, a cap fastening plate 1402, a cap inserting cylinder 1403 and a cap inserting plate 1404, wherein the cylinder body of the cap fastening lifting cylinder 1401 and the cylinder body of the cap inserting cylinder 1403 are respectively installed on the frame 1, the output end of the cap inserting cylinder 1403 is connected with the cap inserting plate 1404, and the piston rod of the cap fastening lifting cylinder 1401 is connected with the cap fastening plate 1402. In implementation, the cover lifting cylinder 1401 drives the cover plate 1402 to lift, the cover plate 1402 is fastened, and then the cover cylinder 1403 drives the cover plate 1404 to complete the insertion tongue at the tail end of the cover, so as to complete the cover of the packaging box 16.
As shown in fig. 14 and 19, the device further comprises a finished product translation module 15 installed on the frame 1, the finished product translation module 15 is located below the end cover buckling module 14, the finished product translation module 15 comprises a finished product translation cylinder 1501 and a finished product translation sucker 1502, the finished product translation cylinder 1501 is installed on the frame 1, and an output end of the finished product translation cylinder 1501 is connected with the finished product translation sucker 1502. When the package 16 is capped, the finished product translation chuck 1502 sucks the finished product of the package 16, and the finished product translation chuck 1502 and the finished product of the package 16 thereon are driven to move by the finished product translation cylinder 1501, so that an end cap buckling station is left for capping the next package 16.

Claims (10)
1. The packaging box sealing device comprises a frame (1), and a first sealing device and a second sealing device which are arranged on the frame (1), wherein the first sealing device is used for sealing one end of a packaging box (16), and the second sealing device is used for sealing the other end of the packaging box (16); the glove box is characterized by further comprising a boxing translation module (8), a transferring module (9) and a reversing module (10) which are arranged on the frame (1), wherein the boxing translation module (8) is used for conveying a packaging box (16) with one end sealed cover to a glove box entering station, the transferring module (9) is used for transferring the packaging box (16) filled with the glove to the reversing module (10), and the reversing module (10) is used for overturning the packaging box (16) to the second sealed cover device, so that the other end of the packaging box (16) and one end of the packaging box (16) are located in the same vertical direction, and the other end of the packaging box (16) is located above one end of the packaging box (16).

The packaging box sealing device according to claim 1, wherein the first sealing device comprises a box bin module (2), a box taking module (3), a box erecting module (4), a back side ear cover buckling module (5), an upper and lower cover buckling module (6) and a first translation module (7) which are arranged on the frame (1), the box bin module (2) is used for storing flat packaging boxes (16), the box taking module (3) is used for transferring the flat packaging boxes (16) from the box bin module (2) to a box erecting station, the box erecting module (4) is used for being matched with the box taking module (3) to erect the flat packaging boxes (16) and buckle one side ear covers of one ends of the packaging boxes (16), the back side ear cover buckling module (5) is used for buckling the back side ear covers of one ends of the packaging boxes (16), the first translation module (7) can be used for transferring the horizontal packaging boxes (16) to the upper and lower cover buckling module (6), and the upper and lower cover buckling modules (6) are used for buckling one ends of the packaging boxes (16).

The packaging box sealing device according to claim 2, wherein the first translation module (7) comprises a first electric cylinder (701), a first moving plate (702), first clamps (703) arranged at two ends of the first moving plate (702) and third clamps (708) arranged on the frame (1), and the first clamps (703) and the third clamps (708) are used for clamping the horizontal packaging box (16).

A packaging box sealing device according to claim 3, wherein the first clamp (703) comprises a clamp lifting cylinder (704), a first connecting plate (705), first clamping jaw cylinders (706) respectively arranged at two ends of the first connecting plate (705), and first clamping jaws (707) connected with output ends of the first clamping jaw cylinders (706), and the clamp lifting cylinder (704) is arranged at the first moving plate (702).

The packaging box sealing device according to claim 1, wherein the boxing translation module (8) comprises a boxing translation electric cylinder (801), a boxing translation lifting cylinder (802) and a boxing translation sucker (803), and the boxing translation electric cylinder (801) is mounted on the frame (1).

The packaging box sealing device according to claim 1, wherein the transferring module (9) comprises a transferring translation cylinder (901), a transferring screw rod (902), a transferring lifting cylinder (903) and a transferring sucker (904), two ends of the transferring screw rod (902) are rotatably arranged on the frame (1), the transferring translation cylinder (901) is connected with the transferring screw rod (902), the transferring translation cylinder (901) can move transversely along the transferring screw rod (902), a cylinder body of the transferring lifting cylinder (903) is connected with the transferring translation cylinder (901), and a piston rod of the transferring lifting cylinder (903) is connected with the transferring sucker (904).

The packaging box sealing device according to claim 1, wherein the reversing module (10) comprises a reversing swing cylinder (1001), a reversing table (1002) and a reversing sucker (1003), a cylinder body of the reversing swing cylinder (1001) is arranged on the frame (1), a piston rod of the reversing swing cylinder (1001) is connected with the reversing table (1002), and the reversing sucker (1003) is arranged on the reversing table (1002).

The packaging box sealing device according to claim 1, wherein the second sealing device comprises a second translation module (12), a side ear cover buckling module (13) and an end cover buckling module (14) which are arranged on the frame (1), the second translation module (12) can be used for transferring a vertical packaging box (16) to the side ear cover buckling module (13) or transferring the vertical packaging box (16) from the side ear cover buckling module (13) to the end cover buckling module (14), the side ear cover buckling module (13) is used for buckling a side ear cover of the other end of the packaging box (16) which is not covered, and the end cover buckling module (14) is used for buckling an end cover of the packaging box (16).

The packaging box sealing device according to claim 8, wherein the second translation module (12) comprises a second electric cylinder (1201), a second moving plate (1202) and second clamps (1203) respectively arranged at two ends of the second moving plate (1202), and the second clamps (1203) are used for clamping the vertical packaging box (16).

The packaging box sealing device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising a placement module (11) mounted on the frame (1), wherein the placement module (11) comprises a fetching translation cylinder (1101), a fetching lifting cylinder (1102) and a fetching sucker (1103), a cylinder body of the fetching translation cylinder (1101) is mounted on the frame (1), a piston rod of the fetching translation cylinder (1101) is connected with the fetching lifting cylinder (1102), a cylinder body of the fetching lifting cylinder (1102) is in sliding connection with the frame (1), and a piston rod of the fetching lifting cylinder (1102) is connected with the fetching sucker (1103).
