Abstract
一种高性能炮泥及其制备方法,包括如下以重量份计的组分:维罗白泥10‑15份,氮化硅铁10‑20份,碳化硅细粉12‑20份,棕刚玉粉10‑15份,复合碳素材料8‑15份,粘结剂10‑15份,氧化铝微粉2‑8份,硅微粉2‑5份,复合增塑剂0.2‑2份,含硼添加物0.5‑4份,钛组合物10‑20份,复合碳素材料包括焦炭和碳纤维粉末,粘结剂为改质沥青、热塑性酚醛树脂粉和热固性酚醛树脂液体的组合物,复合增塑剂为绢云母、羧甲基纤维素和烷基苯磺酸钠的组合物。本发明通过多种组分间的协同作用,对结合剂中改质沥青软化点的控制,对多种细粉粒径和用量的控制,得到物理性能和使用性能优良的炮泥。

技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种高性能炮泥及其制备方法。
背景技术
湛江5050m3高炉是国际先进的特大型高炉,高炉设计一代炉龄22年,投产以来各项技术经济指标在同类型高炉中居于前列;炮泥质量对高炉稳定顺行生产及高炉长寿有重要的意义,相对于高炉22年的全寿命周期维护,高风量、高富氧、高顶压、高煤比对炮泥要求也是越来越苛刻。湛江钢铁高炉炉缸侧壁温度的安全管理标准是<250℃,而二高炉炉缸侧壁温度最高已达到309℃,并且长期有波动现象;铁口区域的耐材在几次波动期间也产生了较大的侵蚀,炉缸耐材的侵蚀是永久性的,不可再生、不可修复,优良的炮泥不仅减缓耐材的侵蚀速度,有利于高炉长寿,而且对高炉的高效经济、稳定顺行非常重要。
湛江钢铁高炉的炉料结构及操业思路与宝山基地高炉有一定的差异,对炮泥要求也更为严苛。随着高炉冶炼强度的提高和炉龄的增长,对炮泥的性能要求越来越高,迫切需要展开高性能炮泥的研究工作。根据高性能炮泥的特性,对炉前作业管理进行优化,制定出匹配的操作方法,满足湛江钢铁高炉的多工况、全生命周期的高性能炮泥的需求。
随着炼铁工艺技术的进步,炼铁重要设备高炉向长寿命、强化冶炼和大型化方向发展,作为出铁口使用的耐火材料――炮泥在材质与质量方面不断地改进和提高,已从单纯的消耗性耐火材料转向功能性耐火材料。随着耐火材料制备技术的进步和新型生产设备的出现,炮泥生产原料的理化性能得以提升,通过对炮泥的生产工艺及其性能进行系统的改进和完善,以及复合碳素材料和新型添加剂的引进,使生产的高质量炮泥,充分满足了现代化大型高炉的生产需要成为可能。高性能炮泥应该具有以下性能:
1)具有良好的粘合性。
2)良好的烧结性。
3)具有良好的耐冲刷、耐侵蚀性能,高炉在稳定生产状态下(日产量11800T,煤比175Kg/t),铁口深度≥4.0m,出铁时间:>140min;铁口侧壁温度稳定(≤250℃)
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种综合性能优良的高性能炮泥,以及制备该炮泥的方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种高性能炮泥,包括如下以重量份计的组分:
维罗白泥10-15份,氮化硅铁10-20份,碳化硅细粉12-20份,棕刚玉粉10-15份,复合碳素材料8-15份,含钛组合物10-20份,粘结剂10-15份,氧化铝微粉2-8份,硅微粉2-5份,复合增塑剂0.2-2份,含硼添加物0.5-4份。
进一步地,所述含钛组合物由包括金属Ti、氮化物和催化剂组分的原料制备而成,含钛组合物可与炮泥中的物质进一步反应生成TiN、TiC和Ti(C,N)。
进一步地,所述氮化物为氮气,所述催化剂为三聚氰胺,所述含钛组合物的制备方法为:将金属Ti粉和催化剂置于球磨机中,在流动氮气氛和高温条件下球磨反应一定时间后,过筛后得到粒径为2000目以上的含钛组合物粉体。
进一步地,所述复合碳素材料包括焦炭和碳纤维粉末,焦炭与碳纤维粉末的重量比为(2-4):1。焦炭比表面积大、热稳定性高、抗侵蚀性强,碳纤维粉末一般由回收的碳纤维加工得到,其长度在100μm以下,但其保留了碳纤维的众多优良性能,并且形状细小、表面纯净、比表面积大,易于被润湿和分散,用于炮泥中可增强强度,提高热稳定性,降低收缩率。
进一步地,所述粘结剂为改质沥青、热塑性酚醛树脂粉和热固性酚醛树脂液体的组合物,改质沥青、热塑性酚醛树脂粉和热固性酚醛树脂液体的重量比为1:(0.5-1.5):(0.5-1.5)。所述改质沥青的软化点为180℃。
氮化硅铁(Si3N4-Fe)添加至本申请的炮泥原料中,发生氮化硅与Fe、C之间的反应,其结果是在基质部分形成SiC和AlN结合,强化了基质的结合强度;同时伴随这些反应,产生N2、CO等气体,这些气体的产生加速了有机结合剂挥发份的散出,使炮泥组织更加致密,起到防止熔渣侵入、减少与铁水接触摩擦的作用。
进一步地,所述氧化铝微粉以光散射法测得的粒径为:D50为2.5-3μm,D75为4-5μm,D90为6-7μm。所述棕刚玉粉的平均粒径为4-5μm,所述碳化硅细粉的平均粒径为1-4μm。氮化硅铁的粒径为1-3μm和200目这两种。
进一步地,所述复合增塑剂为绢云母、羧甲基纤维素和烷基苯磺酸钠的组合物,绢云母、羧甲基纤维素和烷基苯磺酸钠的重量比为1:(0.2-0.5):(0.1-0.4)。
进一步地,所述含硼添加物为氧化硼、氮化硼、硼化硅、硼酸和硼砂中的一种或几种的组合。
进一步地,包括如下以重量份计的组分:维罗白泥10份,碳化硅细粉20份,氮化硅铁15份,棕刚玉粉10份,含钛组合物12份,改质沥青5份,热塑性酚醛树脂粉3份,液体热固性酚醛树脂4份,氧化铝微粉5份,硅微粉3份,焦炭7份,碳纤维粉末3份,复合增塑剂0.3份,含硼添加物2份。氮化硅铁、氧化铝微粉、硅微粉和含硼添加物均为200目以上的微粉。
一种上述高性能炮泥的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、预混:将配比较少的粉料(复合碳素材料、氧化铝微粉、硅微粉和含硼添加物)按配比计量后投入预混机中混合均匀后得到预混料;
S2、将配方量的碳化硅细粉、氮化硅铁和棕刚玉粉投入碾泥机中混合均匀,再称取配方量的预混料加入碾泥机中混合均匀,最后加入粘结剂、维罗白泥、复合增塑剂和其它原料后混合均匀得到炮泥混合料;
S3、将炮泥混合料投入练泥机中练泥,练泥过程中不断进行性能测试,直至符合要求后进行挤出、称量和切割操作。
本发明的高性能炮泥以维罗白泥、棕刚玉、氮化硅铁、氧化铝微粉、硅微粉等组分为基本骨料,以碳化硅细粉、含硼添加物、复合增塑剂等为功能外加剂,辅以粘结剂,可得到可塑性良好的炮泥,含硼添加物可提高炮泥的耐压强度,改善其收缩性能,复合增塑剂可提高炮泥的黏结性,通过预处理得到特殊结构的含钛组合物,将其加入炮泥中在提高抗侵蚀性、延长炉缸寿命的基础上可进一步提高炮泥的耐高温性能,加强对高炉的保护作用,同时通过对结合剂中改质沥青软化点的控制,固体和液体状态、热塑性和热固性酚醛树脂的相互调配,对氮化硅铁、碳化硅、氧化铝微粉、硅微粉、棕刚玉粉等组分粒径和用量的控制,多种组分协同作用得到综合性能优良的炮泥,表现在炮泥本身良好的物理性能和炮泥在高炉的使用性能上。
本发明高性能炮泥的制备方法可以使炮泥中各组分均匀混合,使各组分充分发挥其作用,进一步保证炮泥的质量稳定,有利于炮泥的推广应用。

具体实施方式
一种高性能炮泥,包括如下以重量份计的组分:
维罗白泥10-15份,氮化硅铁10-20份,碳化硅细粉12-20份,棕刚玉粉10-15份,复合碳素材料8-15份,粘结剂10-15份,含钛组合物10-20份,氧化铝微粉2-8份,硅微粉2-5份,复合增塑剂0.2-2份,含硼添加物0.5-4份。
本实施例中的含钛组合物由包括金属Ti、氮化物和催化剂组分的原料制备而成,含钛组合物可与炮泥中的物质进一步反应生成TiN、TiC和Ti(C,N)。
本发明中的含钛组合物由包括金属Ti、氮化物和催化剂组分的原料制备而成,含钛组合物可进一步与炮泥中的物质反应生成TiN、TiC和Ti(C,N)。含钛组合物采用金属Ti,引入反应催化剂,利用特种设备,预合成TiN及Ti(C,N)。具体地,所述氮化物为氮气,所述催化剂为三聚氰胺,所述含钛组合物的制备方法为:将金属Ti粉和催化剂置于球磨机中,在流动氮气氛和高温条件下球磨反应一定时间后,过筛后得到粒径为2000目以上的含钛组合物粉体。温度可设置在1200℃左右,采取逐步升温的形式。
含钛组合物的添加可以减轻高炉炉缸的异常侵蚀,提高高炉的寿命。含钛物质可以多种形式加入炮泥组分中,现有高炉采用含钛炮泥技术后,常常出现泥包的烧结强度降低,抗冲刷性变差,易漏,出铁时间短,铁次增加,渣铁出不净等现象,说明含钛物质的引入使炮泥性能严重下降。而本发明中的含钛组合物经过催化反应等预处理,在炮泥的烧结过程中会生成有效成份,实践证明,其在保护炉壁的同时也保证了其烧结后强度等不会受到影响。
本发明的含钛组合物直接加入到炮泥中,由于其中含有氮化钛、碳氮化钛组分,应用过程中会有N2析出,进一步促进反应生成Ti;同时,炮泥中含有特种碳素材料,可在较低的温度下与炮泥中TiO2物料反应生成TiC,进一步强化炮泥中的有效成分,可以快速有效地起到护炉作用。因而,本发明可以做到炮泥材料在铁水中有效生成TiC、TiN或者Ti(C,N),形成有效钛积保护层,真正有效地保护炉缸。
因此,本发明含钛组合物的护炉作用可体现在两方面:(1)含钛组合物本身含有部分TiN及Ti(C,N)物质,使用时与炮泥中的其它物质反应形成TiC或TiN,另一方面与炮泥中的Al2O3、SiC、C等在高温下形成固溶体,在保持炮泥的各项性能的同时,提高炮泥的耐高温性能,实现保护高炉的功能;(2)上述含钛组合物可在一定温度下,与铁水中的碳和氮等物质发生反应,在炮泥和铁水接触部位形成较多的TiC和TiN,这些高熔点的TiC和TiN等物质或溶于铁水中,使与炮泥接触处的铁水粘度增大而粘附在炮泥上,由于粘附层的存在减缓了碳的溶解,或与铁、渣、焦形成积层,阻挡了铁水入侵,反过来也抑制了炮泥中的碳在铁水中的溶解,防止铁水渗透,且随碳化钛TiC含量增加,抗蚀能力提高,从而有效地保护了铁口区及铁口区炉缸侧壁。这种方式有很大的灵活性,可以根据具体侵蚀情况长期使用、短期使用或周期使用,达到维持高炉长寿的目的。
本实施例中,所述复合碳素材料包括焦炭和碳纤维粉末,焦炭与碳纤维粉末的重量比为(2-5):1。所述粘结剂为改质沥青、热塑性酚醛树脂粉和热固性酚醛树脂液体的组合物,改质沥青、热塑性酚醛树脂粉和热固性酚醛树脂液体的重量比为1:(0.5-1.5):(0.5-1.5),所述改质沥青的软化点为180℃。
现有炮泥通常采用焦油与沥青组合作为粘合剂,其可塑性好,易填充铁口,含碳量高,但常温下焦油粘度大,不易分散均匀,烧结后易存在结构缺陷,且焦油中的水分也对炮泥质量产生较大影响,焦油高温下硬化速度慢,堵口耗时,烧结后高温强度低,体积收缩大,抗冲刷性能较差,且会释放有害物质。本发明采用改质沥青和酚醛树脂作为粘结剂,酚醛树脂的粘接性强,硬化速度快,碳化率高,酚醛树脂代替焦油可提高炮泥的结合强度,减少了有害物质的释放,但其比较粘稠大,浸润性稍差,且价格高;改质沥青的软化点高,在高温下形成碳化网络,提高炮泥的抗侵蚀性和耐磨性,保证高炉炮泥的结构强度,两者结合具有理想的性能,粘结强度好,碳化率高,既有良好的早期硬化强度,又可以延长铁口,且有害物质降低,成本低。
本发明的酚醛树脂为热塑性酚醛树脂粉和热固性酚醛树脂液体的组合,热塑性酚醛树脂粉在常温下为固体,没有黏性,不会影响常温下炮泥的制作成型,而在高温下熔化后又具有较强的粘结性能,可延缓树脂的缩合和过早硬化;热固性酚醛树脂液体其在常温下具有一定的黏性,可以起到粘合剂的作用,方便炮泥的成型,且用量降低,不会对炮泥材料的相容性造成影响,而其在高温下又可固化成型,使各组分粘合牢固,碳化后形成碳化网络,提高炮泥的抗侵蚀性和结合强度。两种类型的酚醛树脂可取长补短,满足使用要求。
改质沥青加入炮泥中,能增加炮泥的可塑性和碳含量,提高炮泥强度。但本申请研究发现,不同的改质沥青性能相差较大,对炮泥的成泥和使用都有重要的影响,特别是改质沥青的软化点这一因素对炮泥可塑性和强度的影响较大,如图1所示,在其它原料种类和用量相同的情况下,改质沥青原料添加量相同,不同软化点的改质沥青原料LA、LB、LC和LD得到的炮泥的马夏值差别较大。因此,选择合适软化点的改质沥青至关重要。经多次实验验证,炮泥中加入软化点在180℃左右的改质沥青的综合性能最优。
炮泥生产过程中,混炼时物料的温度没有达到炮泥用改质沥青的软化点,但改质沥青能够提高炮泥的塑性,主要是因为物料在其它胶黏材料的包裹下,改质沥青分散于物料间,对物料起润滑作用,减小物料间相互移动的摩擦力。而炮泥在现场使用时,泥炮机的温度高于改质沥青的软化点,使改质沥青熔化并包裹物料,改质沥青的粘结力使物料相互结合,从而而赋予炮泥较大的塑性。但是,炮泥可塑性不随改质沥青软化点的变化而呈现一定的规律性,应是多种原料之间相互协同作用的结果。
氮化硅铁(Si3N4-Fe)添加至本申请的炮泥原料中,发生氮化硅与Fe、C之间的反应,其结果是在基质部分形成SiC和AlN结合,强化了基质的结合强度;同时伴随这些反应,产生N2、CO等气体,这些气体的产生加速了有机结合剂挥发份的散出,使炮泥组织更加致密,起到防止熔渣侵入、减少与铁水接触摩擦的作用。
本申请人发现,氮化硅铁在炮泥中的添加量对炮泥的性能如炮泥强度、抗侵蚀性和开口性能等均有较大的影响。如图3的XRD图谱,采用的氮化硅铁的粒径为1-3μm和200目两个粒度等级。选用两个粒级的氮化硅铁,粗颗粒做为骨料起到支撑作用,类似于骨架,细颗粒填补空隙;无水炮泥在使用过程中既需要有高强度,同时还需要有一定的透气性,因而粒级不同的同一种原料进行适当的颗粒级配可实现该目的。
如图2,随着氮化硅铁加入量的增加,炮泥强度呈现先提高、后逐渐降低的趋势。同时研究也发现,氮化硅铁添加量过多,对抗侵蚀性不利,分析应为带入较多Fe的原因,故本申请合适的加入量为10-20份。
如图4所示,所述氧化铝微粉以光散射法测得的粒径为:D50为2.875μm,D75为4.39μm,D90为6.209μm,即氧化铝微粉中小于2.875μm的颗粒占50%,小于4.39μm的颗粒占75%,小于6.209μm的颗粒占90%。
所述含硼添加物为氧化硼、氮化硼、硼化硅、硼酸和硼砂中的一种或几种的组合。含硼添加物在中低温下可与其他组分形成低熔点物质,促进烧结,而在高温下又可与氧化铝形成高温物相,促进烧结的同时又不损害材料的高温性能,因此,本申请中的含硼添加物可作为炮泥的助烧剂。同样,含硼添加物的加入量对炮泥结构和性能具有较大的影响,如图5和图6所示,可以看出:随着热处理温度的升高,炮泥的常温耐压强度逐渐提高,同时随着含硼添加物加入量的增加,中低温热处理后炮泥的常温耐压强度显著提升,而1450℃热处理后试样的常温耐压强度变化很小;600℃和1000℃热处理后炮泥的收缩量较小,而1450℃热处理后的炮泥,炮泥永久线变化表现为膨胀。
炮泥的关键技术之一是现场使用性能,主要包括打泥性能、开口性能和快速烧结性能,需要靠合适的添加剂来调节。本发明中复合增塑剂的加入,可保证炮泥有良好的作业性能,同时使炮泥具有良好的粘结能力,有利于稳定铁口深度和泥包的形成。复合增塑剂采用绢云母、羧甲基纤维素和烷基苯磺酸钠的组合物,绢云母、羧甲基纤维素和烷基苯磺酸钠的重量比为1:(0.2-0.5):(0.1-0.4)。
碳化硅SiC具有高熔点(>2200℃),耐高温,耐侵蚀,高强度,高耐磨性能(莫氏硬度9.2),线膨胀系数较小,热导率高等优点,在炮泥中是抗渣侵蚀、冲刷性能最好的原料。所述碳化硅细粉的平均粒径为1-4μm。
本申请中采用了多种无机细粉原料,实验证明,各细粉的粒径大小和相互配合对炮泥制备和烧结性能均具有重要的影响。在其它组分种类和添加量不变的情况下,改变碳化硅细粉和棕刚玉粉的粒径(用量也相同),其配比见表一(用量为组分相对于总重量的重量百分比),得到的炮泥的性能见表二。

比较K1、K2和K3的炮泥试样,可看出在棕刚玉粉的用量和粒径一致的情况下,SiC粉的粒径越大,烧结后炮泥的耐折强度、耐压强度和马夏值呈现逐渐降低的趋势,烧后收缩率(由烧后线变化率来体现)则逐渐减小。比较炮泥试样K3和K4的性能,可看出在SiC粉的用量和粒径一致、棕刚玉粉的用量一致的情况下,棕刚玉粉的粒度越小,炮泥的耐折强度、耐压强度和马夏值越高,烧后收缩率则减小。可见,棕刚玉粉的粒度对炮泥性能影响的规律与SiC粉基本是一致的,分析其影响机制应该是粒度大小影响了结合剂对粉体颗粒的包裹作用及粉体颗粒的烧结活性。综合考虑棕刚玉粉粒度对炮泥塑性和强度的影响,可选择平均粒径为4.14μm的棕刚玉粉。
对于本申请中的多种无机细粉原料,分别采用不同级别的粒度,利用多粒级配合紧密堆积原理,并结合与结合剂、超微粉添加物复合后的多相特征,实现炮泥中理想的不同温度区间的孔隙率,以提高炮泥的相关物理性能。所采用的细粉主要有氮化硅铁、碳化硅细粉、棕刚玉粉、氧化铝微粉、硅微粉和含钛组合物微粉,氮化硅铁的粒径有1-3μm和200目两个种类,碳化硅细粉的粒径为1-4μm,棕刚玉粉的平均粒径为4.14μm,氧化铝微粉在6μm以下,含钛组合物微粉的粒径在2000目(相当于12.7μm)以上,硅微粉的粒径在11-15μm。且由于实际的细粉和微粉的粒径是连续分布的,多种粒径往往同时存在,更容易实现紧密堆积,使炮泥的致密性的强度增加。
炮泥的生产成型工艺也会影响炮泥的性能,由于炮泥原料的种类繁多,组成复杂,粒径各不相同,故需要在实际生产中控制各原料的加入顺序,以及各原料的混碾时间。
一种上述高性能炮泥的制备方法,如图7,包括如下步骤:
S1、预混:将配比较少的粉料(复合碳素材料、氧化铝微粉、硅微粉和含硼添加物)按配比计量后投入预混机中混合均匀后得到预混料。
通常的炮泥生产中,由于炮泥中含有粘合剂,炮泥出料后机器里还会有残留的而且机器里面比较粘,再投料进去时一些原料尤其是细粉料会被粘合或团聚成团,导致这些干混料难以混合均匀,尤其是一些配比量不多且对炮泥质量有着相当重要的添加剂,如果没有在体系中分散均匀,就会使炮泥的现场使用性能大打折扣,难以发挥出添加剂的绝对优势。
采用独立于碾泥机的专用预混机,将配方量较低的细粉组分计量后投入预混机中进行预混,可以使细粉均匀分散,预混料在常温条件下也不会发生反应,可以长期储存,使用时再称量投料即可,一次预混可生产出多次生产需要的预混料,也简化了生产配料流程。
S2、将配方量的碳化硅细粉、氮化硅铁和棕刚玉粉投入碾泥机中混合均匀,再称取配方量的预混料加入碾泥机中混合均匀,最后加入粘结剂、维罗白泥、复合增塑剂和其它原料后混合均匀得到炮泥混合料。
S3、将炮泥混合料投入练泥机中练泥,练泥过程中不断进行性能测试,直至符合要求后进行挤出、称量和切割操作。
炮泥的碾压时间根据高炉炉容不同按10~30min控制,碾压时的环境温度最好在10~30℃范围内进行。碾制好的成品出铁口炮泥困泥时间一般为24h。炮泥混练时的温度一般为55~65℃。
实施例1-3和对比例1中,各组分的用量配比见表三,氮化硅铁的X射线衍射(XRD)见图3,采用1-3μm和200目(约75μm)两种粒径的氮化硅铁细粉,氧化铝微粉的粒度分布曲线见图4,粒径小于6μm,碳化硅细粉的粒径为1.41μm左右,硅微粉的粒径为600目,棕刚玉粉的平均粒径为4.14μm左右,含钛组合物细粉的粒径在2000目以上,维罗白泥为广西产,含钛组合物为按照前述方法制备得到的粉料。
对比例1-3中的碳素材料为复合碳素材料,包括焦炭和碳纤维粉末,两者的重量比为3:1,粘结剂为改质沥青、热塑性酚醛树脂粉和热固性酚醛树脂液体的组合物,改质沥青、热塑性酚醛树脂粉和热固性酚醛树脂液体的重量比为1:1.2:1.5,改质沥青的软化点为180℃,复合增塑剂为绢云母、羧甲基纤维素和烷基苯磺酸钠的组合物,绢云母、羧甲基纤维素和烷基苯磺酸钠的重量比为1:0.4:0.2,含硼添加物为氮化硼。
对比例1中的碳素材料为焦炭,粘接剂为沥青和焦油,对比例2中的熟料、焦粉、粘土、沥青、蒽油、绢云母均为本公司常规炮泥生产的市售原料。
对各组分进行成分分析,得到各组分的化学成分见表四。

检测方法:
根据GB/T 2997-2015来检测试样热处理后的体积密度和显气孔率;根据GB/T3001-2017和GB/T5072-2008测定试样的常温耐压强度和常温抗折强度;根据GB/T 3002-2017测定试样的高温抗折强度;根据GB/T 5988-2007测定试样的线变化率。通过X射线粉末衍射分析仪对某些原料进行物相组成分析。通过马夏值来评价炮泥的塑性,样品成型出料后置于马夏值测试仪模具中进行马夏值的测量。
检测结果见表五。

由表五可知,由本发明技术方案得到的炮泥具有较好的透气性和强度,良好的体积稳定性,并可保持一定的可塑性。
实际应用情况:
将按照本发明配料和配比制得的炮泥投入使用,并在高炉投入使用过程中,如图8至图11所示,对铁口深度、出铁时间、侧壁温度的变化趋势等主要参数进行统计分析,实际证明炮泥可保证生产各项参数的稳定性以及与高炉生产的适用性,满足了本公司钢铁高炉在稳定生产状态下(日产量11800t,煤比175kg/t),铁口深度≥4.0m,出铁时间:>140min;铁口侧壁温度稳定(≤250℃)的目标。

Claims (10)
1.一种高性能炮泥,其特征在于,包括如下以重量份计的组分:
维罗白泥10-15份,氮化硅铁10-20份,碳化硅细粉12-20份,棕刚玉粉10-15份,复合碳素材料8-15份,含钛组合物10-20份,粘结剂10-15份,氧化铝微粉2-8份,硅微粉2-5份,复合增塑剂0.2-2份,含硼添加物0.5-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能炮泥,其特征在于,所述含钛组合物由包括金属Ti、氮化物和催化剂组分的原料制备而成,含钛组合物可与炮泥中的物质进一步反应生成TiN、TiC和Ti(C,N)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高性能炮泥,其特征在于,所述氮化物为氮气,所述催化剂为三聚氰胺,所述含钛组合物的制备方法为:将金属Ti粉和催化剂置于球磨机中,在流动氮气氛和高温条件下球磨反应一定时间后,过筛后得到粒径为2000目以上的含钛组合物粉体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能炮泥,其特征在于,所述复合碳素材料包括焦炭和碳纤维粉末,焦炭与碳纤维粉末的重量比为(2-4):1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能炮泥,其特征在于,所述粘结剂为改质沥青、热塑性酚醛树脂粉和热固性酚醛树脂液体的组合物,改质沥青、热塑性酚醛树脂粉和热固性酚醛树脂液体的重量比为1:(0.5-1.5):(0.5-1.5),所述改质沥青的软化点为180℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能炮泥,其特征在于,所述氧化铝微粉的粒径为:D50为2.5-3μm,D75为4-5μm,D90为6-7μm;棕刚玉粉的平均粒径为4-5μm,所述碳化硅细粉的平均粒径为1-4μm,氮化硅铁的粒径为1-3μm和200目。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能炮泥,其特征在于,所述复合增塑剂为绢云母、羧甲基纤维素和烷基苯磺酸钠的组合物,绢云母、羧甲基纤维素和烷基苯磺酸钠的重量比为1:(0.2-0.5):(0.1-0.4)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能炮泥,其特征在于,所述含硼添加物为氧化硼、氮化硼、碳化硼、硼化硅、硼酸和硼砂中的一种或几种的组合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能炮泥,其特征在于,包括如下以重量份计的组分:维罗白泥10份,碳化硅细粉20份,氮化硅铁15份,棕刚玉粉10份,含钛组合物12份,改质沥青5份,热塑性酚醛树脂粉3份,液体热固性酚醛树脂4份,氧化铝微粉5份,硅微粉3份,焦炭7份,碳纤维粉末3份,复合增塑剂0.3份,含硼添加物2份。
10.一种如权利要求1至9任一项所述的高性能炮泥的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、预混:将配比较少的粉料复合碳素材料、氧化铝微粉、硅微粉和含硼添加物按配比计量后投入预混机中混合均匀后得到预混料,出料备用;
S2、将配方量的碳化硅细粉、氮化硅铁、棕刚玉粉和含钛组合物投入碾泥机中混合均匀,再称取配方量的预混料加入碾泥机中混合均匀,最后加入粘结剂、维罗白泥、复合增塑剂和其它原料后混合均匀得到炮泥混合料;
S3、将炮泥混合料投入练泥机中练泥,练泥过程中不断进行性能测试,直至符合要求后进行挤出、称量和切割操作。
