本发明公开了一种汽车结构用热镀锌低合金高强钢及其生产方法,其中提供的汽车结构用热镀锌低合金高强钢的化学成分按质量百分比计包括:C:0.06~0.08%,Si:0.02~0.04%,Mn:0.40~0.65%,P≤0.020%,S≤0.008%,Nb:0.025~0.040%,Ti:0.010~0.020%,Alt:0.020~0.050%,Ca:0.0008~0.0020%,其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质。本发明提供的汽车结构用热镀锌低合金高强钢的力学性能满足屈服强度357~396MPa,抗拉强度446~490MPa,延伸率≥25%。

技术领域
本发明属于冶金板材生产技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车结构用热镀锌低合金高强钢及其生产方法。
背景技术
目前国内汽车所用的零部件大多通过冲压成型,据统计,一辆汽车从车身覆盖件如盖板、车门等到内部构件如梁、支撑板等结构件,大约有700多个冲压成型件组装而成,即多个零部件组合成型,为了提高汽车的安全性和整体性能,对钢板的成型性要求更高了。在满足降低车重、降低油耗、减少排放和稳定制造成本的前提下,利用高强度低合金钢代替普通碳素钢将是当今能源匮乏、环境严重污染下的必然选择。高强度低合金钢使用较低的合金元素获得较为优良的综合性能,其屈服强度大约是普通碳素钢的3倍,这就表明高强度低合金钢的使用既可大量节约钢材消耗,又可减轻对资源、能源、环境的压力。
汽车结构用镀锌低合金高强钢产品不仅具有较高的强度、良好的焊接性能和冷冲压成形性能,而且能够有效的提高车身的耐腐蚀性能,主要应用于制造汽车结构件、加强件、支撑件等,因其强度级别介于碳素结构钢和双相钢之间,且较双相钢具有更低的成本,随着我国汽车产业的蓬勃发展和节能减排工作的持续推进,镀锌低合金高强钢的市场需求逐步加大。
专利公开号CN 107739993 A公布了一种汽车用电镀锌高强度低合金钢板HC340LA+ZE的生产方法,其主要生产工艺为:钢水冶炼并浇铸成板坯→热连轧→冷连轧→连续退火→平整→电镀锌。本发明主要生产工艺为热轧→酸轧→连续退火→热镀锌→光整、拉矫→钝化→卷取→成品。该发明采用电镀锌,其只是通过电解作用在金属原件表面涂锌,容易脱落;电镀锌的锌层厚度为35μm以下,其防腐能力较差。
专利公开号CN 103469065 A公布了一种340MPa级HSLA汽车结构用钢及其生产方法,其主要生产工艺为:炼钢→连铸→热轧→酸洗→连轧→罩式退火→平整。专利公开号CN104250703A公布了一种340MPa级冷轧低合金高强钢及其制造方法,其主要生产工艺为:高炉铁水冶炼→铁水脱硫预处理→转炉钢水冶炼→LF钢水精炼处理→CSP薄板坯连铸连轧→酸洗冷连轧→罩式炉退火→平整→检验包装入库。两者均采用罩式退火工艺,其只限于生产软质钢板,且生产周期长,效率偏低,性能不稳定,易产生粘结、折边等质量缺陷,只适合小批量生产;另外两者为冷轧产品,耐腐蚀性较差。

针对现有技术中存在的一个或多个问题,本发明一个方面提供一种汽车结构用热镀锌低合金高强钢,其化学成分的质量百分含量为:C:0.06~0.08%,Si:0.02~0.04%,Mn:0.40~0.65%,P≤0.020%,S≤0.008%,Nb:0.025~0.040%,Ti:0.010~0.020%,Alt:0.020~0.050%,Ca:0.0008~0.0020%,其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
在一些实施方式中,所述汽车结构用热镀锌低合金高强钢的显微组织主要为铁素体和游离渗碳体组成,其中铁素体晶粒的形状为等轴晶粒,游离渗碳体以颗粒状弥散于铁素体晶粒内部或晶界处,力学性能满足:屈服强度357~396MPa,抗拉强度446~490MPa,延伸率≥25%。
本发明另一方面提供一种汽车结构用热镀锌低合金高强钢的生产方法,其包括以下工艺步骤:冶炼→连铸→热轧→酸轧→连续退火→热镀锌→光整、拉矫;其中:
所述冶炼→连铸工艺包括以工序:KR脱硫—转炉—LF精炼—RH真空处理—板坯连铸—缓冷;其中供铸机钢水成分包含C:0.06~0.08%,Si:0.02~0.04%,Mn:0.40~0.65%,P:≤0.020%,S:≤0.008%,Nb:0.025~0.040%,Ti:0.010~0.020%,Alt:0.020~0.050%,Ca:0.0008~0.0020%;
所述热轧工艺包括以下工序:铸坯加热—粗轧—精轧—冷却—卷取;其中所述铸坯出炉温度1215±20℃,所述粗轧采用3+3模式2机架轧机粗轧,精轧采用7机架连续变凸度轧机精轧,中间坯厚度40-45mm;所述精轧的开轧温度1030±20℃,所述精轧的终轧温度为870±20℃,热轧钢带厚度2.3-5.0mm;所述冷却采用层流冷却设备,前分散冷却模式,冷却速度为20±5℃/s,所述卷取温度为570±15℃;
所述酸轧工艺具体为:将热轧钢带经酸洗,去除表面氧化铁皮后,经过5机架冷轧机冷轧,冷轧压下率为58~76%,轧至目标厚度0.6~1.8mm,获得冷硬卷钢;
所述热镀锌工艺具体为:将冷硬卷钢开卷后加热进行连续退火和热浸镀锌,加热温度和均热温度均为780±15℃,加热时间80-120s,均热时间80-120s,缓冷温度630±15℃,缓冷速度5℃/s,快冷温度465±10℃,快冷速度25~30℃/s,入锌锅温度460±10℃,出锌锅后以15℃/s冷却至240℃以下,随后经水淬烘干至室温;

基于以上技术方案提供的汽车结构用热镀锌低合金高强钢在低碳钢的基础上,添加微合金元素Nb和Ti,并通过细晶强化和析出强化等方式使产品具有良好的强韧性、冷成形性能和焊接性能,该钢种显微组织主要为铁素体和游离渗碳体组成,铁素体晶粒的形状为等轴晶粒,游离渗碳体以颗粒状弥散于铁素体晶粒内部或晶界处。力学性能满足要求,屈服强度357~396MPa,抗拉强度446~490MPa,延伸率≥25%,同时本发明生产的热镀锌产品表面质量优良,耐腐蚀能力强,且生产成本低,制备方法简单,适合工业化生产。另外,本发明生产工艺为连续退火,既能生产软质钢板又能生产级别较高的高强度钢板,产品开发优势明显,且生产连续化,生产周期短,效率高,产品质量好,板形平直,表面光洁,性能均匀,成材率高,品种多样化,适合大批量生产。

具体实施方式
本发明旨在提供一种汽车结构用热镀锌低合金高强钢及其生产方法。
以下通过具体实施例详细说明本发明的内容,实施例旨在有助于理解本发明,而不在于限制本发明的内容。
实施例1
将铁水进行脱硫预处理,采用顶底复吹转炉冶炼使铁水脱碳、脱磷得到钢水,转炉冶炼全程吹氩,废钢加入转炉,转炉出钢温度1653℃。然后将转炉冶炼后钢水进行LF炉外精炼,精炼就位温度≥1565℃,LF炉外精炼进行测温和成分微调,LF炉外精炼供铸机化学成分如表1所示。板坯连铸过热度为26℃,之后进行板坯清理、缓冷以及连铸坯质量检查。板坯加热温度为1208℃,加热时间为235min,将加热后的板坯进行高压水除磷。通过定宽压力机定宽,采用2机架粗轧,7机架CVC精轧。精轧开轧温度1030℃,精轧终轧温度为875℃,成品厚度2.5mm。层流冷却采用前分散冷却,冷却速度20℃/s,钢带温度降低到575℃进行卷取。将热轧带钢经盐酸槽酸洗,该酸槽采用MH最新开发的i-BOX技术,操作和维护大大简化,节省能源和劳动力,热轧带钢去除表面氧化铁皮后,经过5机架UCM轧机冷轧,冷轧压下率为76%,轧至目标厚度0.6mm。冷硬卷镀锌工艺选用美钢联法热镀锌生产工艺及立式退火炉中进行,钢带在炉区运行速度为85m/min,加热温度和均热温度768℃,加热时间85~120s,均热时间85~120s;缓冷温度640℃,缓冷速度5℃/s,时间13~15s;快冷温度465℃,快冷速度22℃/s,时间8~12s;入锌锅温度460℃,时间25~30s,出锌锅后以16℃/s冷却至240℃以下随后经水淬烘干至室温;光整延伸率为0.8%,拉矫延伸率为0.2%,最后进行产品性能检测,如下表2所示。如图1所示,示出了该实施例获得的汽车结构用热镀锌低合金高强钢的显微组织图,可见显微组织为铁素体和游离渗碳体。
实施例2
将铁水进行脱硫预处理,采用顶底复吹转炉冶炼使铁水脱碳、脱磷得到钢水,转炉冶炼全程吹氩,废钢加入转炉,转炉出钢温度1643℃。然后将转炉冶炼后钢水进行LF炉外精炼,精炼就位温度≥1563℃,LF炉外精炼进行测温和成分微调,LF炉外精炼供铸机化学成分如表1所示。板坯连铸过热度为30℃,之后进行板坯清理、缓冷以及连铸坯质量检查。板坯加热温度为1216℃,加热的时间为227min,将加热后的板坯进行高压水除磷。通过定宽压力机定宽,采用2机架粗轧,7机架CVC精轧。精轧开轧温度1035℃,精轧终轧温度为886℃,成品厚度2.7mm。层流冷却采用前分散冷却,冷却速度20℃/s,钢带温度降低到572℃进行卷取。将热轧带钢经盐酸槽酸洗,该酸槽采用MH最新开发的i-BOX技术,操作和维护大大简化,节省能源和劳动力,热轧带钢去除表面氧化铁皮后,经过5机架UCM轧机冷轧,冷轧压下率为70%,轧至目标厚度0.8mm。冷硬卷镀锌工艺选用美钢联法热镀锌生产工艺及立式退火炉中进行,钢带在炉区运行速度为86m/min,加热温度和均热温度786℃,加热时间85~120s,均热时间85~120s;缓冷温度632℃,缓冷速度6℃/s,时间13~15s;快冷温度463℃,快冷速度26℃/s,时间8~10s;入锌锅温度462℃,时间25~30s,出锌锅后以16℃/s冷却至240℃以下随后经水淬烘干至室温;光整延伸率为0.8%,拉矫延伸率为0.2%,最后进行产品性能检测,如下表2所示。
实施例3
将铁水进行脱硫预处理,采用顶底复吹转炉冶炼使铁水脱碳、脱磷得到钢水,转炉冶炼全程吹氩,废钢加入转炉,转炉出钢温度1645℃。然后将转炉冶炼后钢水进行LF炉外精炼,精炼就位温度≥1564℃,LF炉外精炼进行测温和成分微调,LF炉外精炼供铸机化学成分如表1所示。板坯连铸过热度为28℃,之后进行板坯清理、缓冷以及连铸坯质量检查。板坯加热温度为1222℃,加热的时间为225min,将加热后的板坯进行高压水除磷。通过定宽压力机定宽,采用2机架粗轧,7机架CVC精轧。精轧开轧温度1038℃,精轧终轧温度为868℃,成品厚度3.0mm。层流冷却采用前分散冷却,冷却速度20℃/s,钢带温度降低到576℃进行卷取。将热轧带钢经盐酸槽酸洗,该酸槽采用MH最新开发的i-BOX技术,操作和维护大大简化,节省能源和劳动力,热轧带钢去除表面氧化铁皮后,经过5机架UCM轧机冷轧,冷轧压下率为67%,轧至目标厚度1.0mm。冷硬卷镀锌工艺选用美钢联法热镀锌生产工艺及立式退火炉中进行,钢带在炉区运行速度为90m/min,加热温度和均热温度783℃,加热时间85~120s,均热时间85~120s;缓冷温度635℃,缓冷速度6℃/s,时间13~15s;快冷温度462℃,快冷速度25℃/s,时间8~10s;入锌锅温度458℃,时间25~30s,出锌锅后以16℃/s冷却至240℃以下随后经水淬烘干至室温;光整延伸率为0.9%,拉矫延伸率为0.3%,最后进行产品性能检测,如下表2所示。
实施例4
将铁水进行脱硫预处理,采用顶底复吹转炉冶炼使铁水脱碳、脱磷得到钢水,转炉冶炼全程吹氩,废钢加入转炉,转炉出钢温度1646℃。然后将转炉冶炼后钢水进行LF炉外精炼,精炼就位温度≥1562℃,LF炉外精炼进行测温和成分微调,LF炉外精炼供铸机化学成分如表1所示。板坯连铸过热度为27℃,之后进行板坯清理、缓冷以及连铸坯质量检查。板坯加热温度为1228℃,加热时间为230min,将加热后的板坯进行高压水除磷。通过定宽压力机定宽,采用2机架粗轧,7机架CVC精轧。精轧开轧温度1026℃,精轧终轧温度为872℃,成品厚度3.2mm。层流冷却采用前分散冷却,冷却速度20℃/s,钢带温度降低到580℃进行卷取。将热轧带钢经盐酸槽酸洗,该酸槽采用MH最新开发的i-BOX技术,操作和维护大大简化,节省能源和劳动力,热轧带钢去除表面氧化铁皮后,经过5机架UCM轧机冷轧,冷轧压下率为63%,轧至目标厚度1.2mm。冷硬卷镀锌工艺选用美钢联法热镀锌生产工艺及立式退火炉中进行,钢带在炉区运行速度为82m/min,加热温度和均热温度785℃,加热时间85~120s,均热时间85~120s;缓冷温度630℃,缓冷速度6℃/s,时间13~15s;快冷温度463℃,快冷速度28℃/s,时间8~10s;入锌锅温度462℃,时间25~30s,出锌锅后以16℃/s冷却至240℃以下随后经水淬烘干至室温;光整延伸率为1.2%,拉矫延伸率为0.3%,最后进行产品性能检测,如下表2所示。
实施例5
将铁水进行脱硫预处理,采用顶底复吹转炉冶炼使铁水脱碳、脱磷得到钢水,转炉冶炼全程吹氩,废钢加入转炉,转炉出钢温度1652℃。然后将转炉冶炼后钢水进行LF炉外精炼,精炼就位温度≥1563℃,LF炉外精炼进行测温和成分微调,LF炉外精炼供铸机化学成分如表1所示。板坯连铸过热度为30℃,之后进行板坯清理、缓冷以及连铸坯质量检查。板坯加热温度为1230℃,加热时间为223min,将加热后的板坯进行高压水除磷。通过定宽压力机定宽,采用2机架粗轧,7机架CVC精轧。精轧开轧温度1027℃,精轧终轧温度为883℃,成品厚度3.6mm。层流冷却采用前分散冷却,冷却速度20℃/s,钢带温度降低到565℃进行卷取。将热轧带钢经盐酸槽酸洗,该酸槽采用MH最新开发的i-BOX技术,操作和维护大大简化,节省能源和劳动力,热轧带钢去除表面氧化铁皮后,经过5机架UCM轧机冷轧,冷轧压下率为61%,轧至目标厚度1.4mm。冷硬卷镀锌工艺选用美钢联法热镀锌生产工艺及立式退火炉中进行,钢带在炉区运行速度为80m/min,加热温度和均热温度782℃,加热时间85~120s,均热时间85~120s;缓冷温度633℃,缓冷速度6℃/s,时间13~15s;快冷温度465℃,快冷速度25℃/s,时间8~10s;入锌锅温度460℃,时间25~30s,出锌锅后以16℃/s冷却至240℃以下随后经水淬烘干至室温;光整延伸率为1.3%,拉矫延伸率为0.3%,最后进行产品性能检测,如下表2所示。
实施例6
将铁水进行脱硫预处理,采用顶底复吹转炉冶炼使铁水脱碳、脱磷得到钢水,转炉冶炼全程吹氩,废钢加入转炉,转炉出钢温度1645℃。然后将转炉冶炼后钢水进行LF炉外精炼,精炼就位温度≥1560℃,LF炉外精炼进行测温和成分微调,LF炉外精炼供铸机化学成分如表1所示。板坯连铸过热度为28℃,之后进行板坯清理、缓冷以及连铸坯质量检查。板坯加热温度为1216℃,加热时间为235min,将加热后的板坯进行高压水除磷。通过定宽压力机定宽,采用2机架粗轧,7机架CVC精轧。精轧开轧温度1028℃,精轧终轧温度为866℃,成品厚度4.3mm。层流冷却采用前分散冷却,冷却速度20℃/s,钢带温度降低到578℃进行卷取。将热轧带钢经盐酸槽酸洗,该酸槽采用MH最新开发的i-BOX技术,操作和维护大大简化,节省能源和劳动力,热轧带钢去除表面氧化铁皮后,经过5机架UCM轧机冷轧,冷轧压下率为58%,轧至目标厚度1.8mm。冷硬卷镀锌工艺选用美钢联法热镀锌生产工艺及立式退火炉中进行,钢带在炉区运行速度为87m/min,加热温度和均热温度780℃,加热时间85~120s,均热时间85~120s;缓冷温度636℃,缓冷速度6℃/s,时间13~15s;快冷温度462℃,快冷速度26℃/s,时间8~10s;入锌锅温度460℃,时间25~30s,出锌锅后以16℃/s冷却至240℃以下随后经水淬烘干至室温;光整延伸率为1.5%,拉矫延伸率为0.4%,最后进行产品性能检测,如下表2所示。
对比例1
生产方法按照实施例1所示的方法,不同之处在于LF炉外精炼供铸机化学成分与实施例1所用的不同,如下表1所示。最后进行产品性能检测,如下表2所示。
对比例2
生产方法按照实施例6所示的方法,不同之处在于LF炉外精炼供铸机化学成分与实施例6所用的不同,如下表1所示。最后进行产品性能检测,如下表2所示。

由以上表1和表2记载内容可知,该钢种满足汽车结构用钢高强度和优良冷成型性能的要求,同时本发明生产的热镀锌产品表面质量优良,生产成本低,制备方法简单,适合工业化生产,并满足EN 10346-2015标准要求和用户使用需求。
本发明提供的汽车结构用热镀锌低合金高强钢的力学性能可满足:屈服强度357~396MPa,抗拉强度446~490MPa,延伸率≥25%,钢种具有较高的强度、良好的成型性、焊接性能和耐腐蚀能力等综合性能,同时本发明生产的热镀锌产品表面质量良好,满足标准要求和用户使用需求。根据对比例1-2的结果可知,当化学成分含量不能满足本发明的要求时,尤其是合金元素的含量,均会导致获得的产品不能满足预定的力学性能要求,例如对比例1中Mn含量超出范围时获得的产品的强度高于要求值延伸率低于要求值,导致该产品在使用过程中容易产生裂纹失效;对比例2中未加Nb和Ti获得的产品的强度不能达到标准要求。

Claims (3)
1.一种汽车结构用热镀锌低合金高强钢,其化学成分的质量百分含量为:C:0.06~0.08%,Si:0.02~0.04%,Mn:0.40~0.65%,P≤0.020%,S≤0.008%,Nb:0.025~0.040%,Ti:0.010~0.020%,Alt:0.020~0.050%,Ca:0.0008~0.0020%,其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车结构用热镀锌低合金高强钢,其显微组织主要为铁素体和游离渗碳体组成,其中铁素体晶粒的形状为等轴晶粒,游离渗碳体以颗粒状弥散于铁素体晶粒内部或晶界处,力学性能满足:屈服强度357~396MPa,抗拉强度446~490MPa,延伸率≥25%。
3.权利要求1或2所述的汽车结构用热镀锌低合金高强钢的生产方法,其包括以下工艺步骤:冶炼→连铸→热轧→酸轧→连续退火→热镀锌→光整、拉矫;其中:
所述冶炼→连铸工艺包括以工序:KR脱硫—转炉—LF精炼—RH真空处理—板坯连铸—缓冷;其中供铸机钢水成分包含C:0.06~0.08%,Si:0.02~0.04%,Mn:0.40~0.65%,P:≤0.020%,S:≤0.008%,Nb:0.025~0.040%,Ti:0.010~0.020%,Alt:0.020~0.050%,Ca:0.0008~0.0020%;
所述热轧工艺包括以下工序:铸坯加热—粗轧—精轧—冷却—卷取;其中所述铸坯出炉温度1215±20℃,所述粗轧采用3+3模式2机架轧机粗轧,精轧采用7机架连续变凸度轧机精轧,中间坯厚度40-45mm;所述精轧的开轧温度1030±20℃,所述精轧的终轧温度为870±20℃,热轧钢带厚度2.3-5.0mm;所述冷却采用层流冷却设备,前分散冷却模式,冷却速度为20±5℃/s,所述卷取温度为570±15℃;
所述酸轧工艺具体为:将热轧钢带经酸洗,去除表面氧化铁皮后,经过5机架冷轧机冷轧,冷轧压下率为58~76%,轧至目标厚度0.6~1.8mm,获得冷硬卷钢;
所述热镀锌工艺具体为:将冷硬卷钢开卷后加热进行连续退火和热浸镀锌,加热温度和均热温度均为780±15℃,加热时间80-120s,均热时间80-120s,缓冷温度630±15℃,缓冷速度5℃/s,快冷温度465±10℃,快冷速度25~30℃/s,入锌锅温度460±10℃,出锌锅后以15℃/s冷却至240℃以下,随后经水淬烘干至室温;
所述光整、拉矫工艺具体为:光整延伸率为0.8~1.5%,拉矫延伸率为0.2~0.4%。
