Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of door plate edge sealing, in particular to a handle-free door plate with a thick PVC (polyvinyl chloride) edge sealing band and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The current no-handle door plate popular in the plate furniture market generally has two manufacturing methods, one is to use a fiber board substrate with the thickness of 20-25mm, router a handle position suitable for daily use of people on the substrate, and achieve no-handle effect. the other three sides of the J-shaped side edge-sealed plate are subjected to straight edge sealing through straight edge sealing equipment, as shown in figure 2;
after the integral edge sealing process is finished, the residual glue at the edge sealing position of the door plate is cleaned.
