The chassis unit 110 is a rectangular frame structure provided with a plurality of mounting interfaces for mounting the caster assemblies 120, the standing pedals 130, the stand assemblies 200, and the center pillar assemblies 300.
As shown in fig. 2, the chassis unit 110 has a flat upper frame 111 for carrying and mounting the standing pedals 130, and two front caster seats 112 and two rear caster seats 113 for mounting the caster assemblies 120 are respectively mounted on both sides of the chassis unit 110. The chassis unit 110 is further provided with a plurality of stand attachment interfaces 114, a middle attachment interface 115, a front attachment interface 116, a plurality of rear attachment interfaces 117, and a plurality of bottom attachment interfaces 118 for facilitating the stable mounting of the corresponding components.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the stand attachment interface 114 is used to mount a fixed stand 210, the middle attachment interface 115 is used to mount a center post 301, the front attachment interface 116 is used to mount a directional wheel assembly 124, the rear attachment interface 117 is used to mount a rear directional wheel assembly 140, and the bottom attachment interface 118 is used to mount an electronic control module 160, such as: disposed below the standing pedal 130.
As shown in fig. 2, caster assembly 120 includes a plurality of universal wheel assemblies 122, at least one directional wheel assembly 124, two long casters 121, and two short casters 123. The direction of displacement of the castor assembly 122 in the horizontal plane is not limited when it is operated, and the direction of displacement of the direction wheel assembly 124 in the front-rear direction is limited when it is operated. As shown in fig. 2, the two universal wheel assemblies 122 and the two long foot frames 121 form two front wheel leg assemblies 127, which are respectively pivoted to two sides of the chassis unit 110 through the front wheel leg pivot seats 112, and the front wheel opening and closing device 125 is used to control and fix the opening and closing angles of the two front wheel leg assemblies 127, so as to be convenient for being matched with auxiliary tools such as a wheelchair. The overall stability of the care host 10 may also be enhanced when the two front caster assemblies 127 are open.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, two universal wheel assemblies 122 and two short foot frames 123 form two rear wheel leg assemblies 128, which are respectively pivoted on two sides of the chassis unit 110 through rear wheel leg pivot seats 113, and the opening and closing angles of the two rear wheel leg assemblies 128 are controlled and fixed by utilizing rear wheel opening and closing devices 126, so as to facilitate the cooperation with the field environment.
As shown in fig. 2, for better handling and safety reasons during displacement, the steering wheel assembly 124 may be configured to move in a predetermined direction in a horizontal plane and within a horizontal enclosure defined by a plurality of universal wheels as vertices. As shown in fig. 2, the directional wheel assembly 124 is telescopically mounted in the middle of the front side of the chassis unit 110 by the front attachment interface 116 to accommodate different use scenarios.
As shown in fig. 2, the steering wheel assembly 124 may further include a steering wheel seat 1241, a steering wheel 1247 and a switching device 1246 to accommodate various traveling requirements of the host device. The switching device 1246 is disposed between the directional wheel 1241 and the directional wheel seat 1247, and is used for controlling the directional wheel 1247 to be in a directional or freely-turnable state or a clutch state contacting with the ground. In other words, when the switching device 1246 is switched to the orientation operation, the advancing direction of the orientation wheel 1247 may be fixed, so that the shift chassis 100 is moved in the set direction; when the switching device 1246 is switched to the non-directional operation, the directional state of the directional wheel 1247 can be released, and the directional wheel 1247 can be freely turned like a universal wheel, so that the shift chassis 100 can be moved in any direction. The above directional or non-directional or clutched switching operations may be accomplished by any suitable switching mechanism.
