Abstract

The invention provides three-direction adjustment between the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece, solves the problem that the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece are difficult to match, compensates errors caused by manufacturing, and reduces time and cost wasted in later die repair and adjustment matching.

Background
In the prior art, the fixing structure of the lamp and the vehicle body is generally not adjustable or only one direction is adjustable, the existing lamp is complex in shape, large in size and high in requirement for matching with the vehicle body, the existing fixing structure cannot enable the matching relation of the lamp and the vehicle body to reach a design state at one time generally under the influence of part deformation and process, and a great amount of time is wasted and certain economic loss is caused by later die repair and adjustment matching.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The drawings are simplified schematic representations which merely illustrate the basic structure of the invention and therefore show only the structures which are relevant to the invention.
The invention discloses a fixing structure with three adjustable directions.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a three-direction adjustable fixing structure includes a connection bracket 3, and the connection bracket 3 is configured to be mounted between a first fixing member 1 and a second fixing member 2. The connecting bracket 3 is provided with a first adjusting assembly, a second adjusting assembly and a third adjusting assembly, the first adjusting assembly adjusts the position of the second fixing piece 2 relative to the first fixing piece 1 along the first direction, the second adjusting assembly adjusts the position of the second fixing piece 2 relative to the first fixing piece 1 along the second direction, and the third adjusting assembly adjusts the position of the second fixing piece 2 relative to the first fixing piece 1 along the third direction. The first direction, the second direction and the third direction are mutually perpendicular, so that adjustment in three different directions is realized. The first adjusting component, the second adjusting component and the third adjusting component can be used singly or in combination, so that the adjustment device is convenient to adapt to more occasions needing adjustment, and meanwhile, the cost is reduced.

The first adjusting component comprises a first adjusting sleeve 31, the first adjusting sleeve 31 is in threaded connection with the connecting support 3, one end of the first adjusting sleeve 31 in the first direction is abutted against the first fixing piece 1, the first adjusting sleeve 31 rotates and can drive the connecting support 3 to move in the first direction, one end of the connecting support 3 away from the first fixing piece 1 is abutted against the second fixing piece 2, and when the first adjusting sleeve 31 rotates, the connecting support 3 can be driven to move towards or away from the second fixing piece 2, so that the position of the second fixing piece 2 in the first direction is adjusted. The first direction is the connecting line direction of the first fixing piece 1 and the second fixing piece 2.
The second adjusting component comprises a second adjusting screw 32 and a second screw fixer 321, the second screw fixer 321 is fixedly connected to the connecting bracket 3, the second adjusting screw 32 is in threaded connection with the second screw fixer 321, the second adjusting screw 32 is arranged along the second direction, and the second adjusting screw 32 is in contact with the second fixing piece 2. The second adjusting screw 32 is coaxially connected with a first limiting ring 322, the second fixing piece 2 is provided with a first limiting groove, the first limiting ring 322 is arranged in the first limiting groove, and the first limiting groove is arranged along a third direction.
The third adjusting assembly comprises a third adjusting screw 33 and a third screw fixer 331, the third screw fixer 331 is fixedly connected to the connecting bracket 3, the third adjusting screw 33 is in threaded connection with the third screw fixer 331, the third adjusting screw 33 is arranged along a third direction, and the third adjusting screw 33 is in contact with the second fixing piece 2. The third adjusting screw 33 is coaxially connected with a second limiting ring 332, the second fixing piece 2 is provided with a second limiting groove 22, the second limiting ring 332 is arranged in the second limiting groove 22, and the second limiting groove 22 is arranged along the second direction.
When the second fixing member 2 needs to be adjusted along the third direction, the third adjusting screw 33 is rotated, and the third adjusting screw 33 drives the second fixing member 2 to be adjusted along the third direction relative to the first fixing member 1 under the action of the third screw fixing member 331 until reaching the preset position. When the second fixing member 2 moves, the first limiting groove and the first limiting ring 322 also move relatively along the third direction.
When the second fixing member 2 needs to be adjusted along the second direction, the second adjusting screw 32 is rotated, and the second adjusting screw 32 drives the second fixing member 2 to be adjusted along the second direction relative to the first fixing member 1 under the action of the second screw fixer 321 until reaching the preset position. When the second fixing member 2 moves, the second limiting groove 22 and the second limiting ring 332 also move relatively along the second direction.
The second adjusting screw 32 and the third adjusting screw 33 may be formed in the same shape and size, and the second screw holder 321 and the third screw holder 331 may be formed in the same shape and size. The thread length on the second adjusting screw 32 and the third adjusting screw 33 can be adjusted according to actual occasions, so that different limit adjusting lengths are realized.
The first adjusting sleeve 31 is internally provided with a fixing bolt 4 in a penetrating way, and the fixing bolt 4 penetrates through the second fixing piece 2 and is in threaded connection with the first fixing piece 1. The fixing bolt 4 is fixedly connected with a pan head 41, the pan head 41 is located between the second fixing piece 2 and the head of the fixing bolt 4, and the pan head 41 is abutted with the second fixing piece 2 so as to improve the stability of supporting the second fixing piece 2. The fixing bolt 4 is also sleeved with a second gasket 42, and the second gasket 42 is positioned between the first fixing piece 1 and the first adjusting sleeve 31. The first adjusting sleeve 31 is fixedly connected with a reinforcing ring 311, and the reinforcing ring 311 is abutted with the second fixing piece 2 so as to increase stability and reliability.
Working principle: during installation, the connecting bracket 3 is firstly placed between the first fixing piece 1 and the second fixing piece 2, then the fixing bolt 4 passes through the second fixing piece 2, the first adjusting sleeve 31 and the first fixing piece 1, then the second adjusting screw 32 and the third adjusting screw 33 are firstly rotated to enable the second fixing piece 2 to be coaxial with the hole on the first fixing piece 1, then the first adjusting sleeve 31 is adjusted to enable the position of the second fixing piece 2 relative to the first fixing piece 1 along the first direction to be determined, and finally the fixing bolt 4 is screwed to complete the fixing of the second fixing piece 2 and the first fixing piece 1.
