The carrying manipulator for producing heat insulation boards according to claim 1, wherein the stabilizing structure comprises a butt plate (13) abutted against the first bracket (33) and the second bracket (37), a fixed lug plate (40) fixed on the butt plate (13) and positioned at four corners, a mounting plate (22) fixed on the outer side of the butt plate (13), a first rectangular cavity (18) and a second rectangular cavity (21) fixed on the outer side of the mounting plate (22), a plugging tube (28) fixed on the inner walls of the first rectangular cavity (18) and the second rectangular cavity (21) and an air bag (29) fixed on the end part of the plugging tube (28), and bolt holes (14) are formed in the outer walls of the first bracket (33) and the second bracket (37) at equal intervals.

The carrying manipulator for producing heat preservation and insulation boards according to claim 3, wherein the first rectangular cavity (18) and the second rectangular cavity (21) are communicated with the inner cavity of the air bag (29) through the insertion pipe (28), the fixing lug plates (40) are fixed on the abutting plates (13) at four corners, the fixing grooves (30) are formed in the outer sides of the fixing lug plates (40), the fixing bolts (12) penetrate through the fixing lug plates (40) and are connected with the bolt holes (14), and the air bag (29) is inserted into the through holes (2) through the insertion pipe (28).

The carrying manipulator for producing heat preservation and insulation boards according to claim 3, characterized in that a shunt tube (17) is connected between the first rectangular cavity (18) and the second rectangular cavity (21), the shunt tube (17) is connected with a gas pipe (16), the first rectangular cavity (18) and the second rectangular cavity (21) are communicated with an inner cavity of the gas pipe (16) through the shunt tube (17), the upper part of the gas pipe (16) penetrates through the top plate (6), a strip-shaped hole (8) is formed in the penetrating part of the gas pipe (16) and the top plate (6), and a connecting nozzle (38) is fixed at the upper end of the gas pipe (16).

The carrying manipulator for producing heat insulation boards according to claim 3, wherein the first auxiliary supporting plate (19) is fixed at the lower part of the first clamping structure (5), the second auxiliary supporting plate is fixed at the lower part of the second clamping structure, the first auxiliary supporting plate (19) and the second auxiliary supporting plate have the same structure, and the second auxiliary supporting plate comprises an auxiliary plate (24), a sliding groove (31) formed on the top surface of the auxiliary plate (24), a telescopic plate (20) slidingly connected inside the sliding groove (31), connecting holes (32) formed at two sides of the telescopic plate (20), adjusting holes (26) formed at two sides of the auxiliary plate (24) and adjusting bolts (27) connected inside the adjusting holes (26).

The carrying manipulator for producing heat preservation and insulation boards according to claim 6, wherein the top surface of the auxiliary plate (24) is provided with a mounting slot hole (25), the inside of the mounting slot hole (25) is connected with a mounting bolt (23), the mounting bolt (23) penetrates through the auxiliary plate (24) to be fixed with the clamping jaw (15), the adjusting bolt (27) is connected with the expansion plate (20) through a connecting hole (32), the inner walls of the clamping jaw (15), the expansion plate (20) and the auxiliary plate (24) are abutted with the bottom surface of the heat insulation board body (1), and the first bracket (33) and the second bracket (37) are of L-shaped structures.
