Abstract

The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for improving various sub-health symptoms and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions.

Description

A Chinese medicinal composition for improving multiple sub-health symptoms, and its preparation method
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for improving various sub-health symptoms and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Sub-health refers to a state of physiological hypofunction between health and disease, which is manifested by a decline in vigor, reduced function and adaptability over a period of time, abbreviated as "sub-state", whose etiology is related to prolonged mental stress, excessive mental stress, and emotional imbalance. Sub-health is a critical state of illness, and although there is no definite illness, abnormal conditions of physical function can occur, which if not corrected in time, are very likely to cause symptoms including: psychological disorders, depression, hypertension, coronary heart disease, cancer, sexual hypofunction, digestive dysfunction, mobility disorders or incapacitation.
At present, some medicines for treating sub-health are reported, but due to the complex symptoms of sub-health, the problems of slow onset of action, insignificant curative effect, repeated illness after stopping the medicine and the like are often caused. Therefore, finding a drug that has no side effects and can effectively improve various sub-health symptoms is a technical problem to be solved in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The traditional Chinese medicine composition plays roles of warming and dispelling cold, softening tendons and resolving hard mass, diminishing inflammation and calming, dispelling wind and dispelling cold, relieving pain and eliminating dampness, nourishing and expelling toxin and enhancing immunity through mutual cooperation of various medicines, can improve symptoms such as waist soreness and back pain, headache and dizziness, sprain and stasis, excessive internal heat and toothache, joint swelling and pain, soreness and tingling and pain and the like, and effectively relieves the symptoms of various sub-health diseases; meanwhile, the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the characteristics of good curative effect, quick response and the like.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for improving multiple sub-health symptoms, the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprising the following components in parts by weight:
0.2 to 0.8 part of peppermint, 0.2 to 0.8 part of garden balsam stem, 0.2 to 0.8 part of ginger, 0.2 to 0.8 part of peach seed, 0.3 to 0.8 part of safflower, 0.2 to 0.8 part of dragon's blood, 0.2 to 0.8 part of catechu, 0.2 to 0.8 part of frankincense, 0.2 to 0.8 part of myrrh, 0.2 to 0.8 part of angelica, 0.2 to 0.8 part of red paeony root, 0.2 to 0.8 part of teasel root, 0.2 to 0.8 part of rhizoma drynariae, 0.2 to 0.8 part of Chinese taxillus twig, 0.2 to 0.8 part of erythrina bark, 0.2 to 0.8 part of pericarpium zanthoxyli, 0.2 to 0.8 part of szechuan lovage rhizome, 0.2 to 0.8 part of safflower, 0.2 to 0.8 part of radix clematidis, 0.2 to 0.8 part of angelica dahurica, 0.2 to 0.8 part of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 0.2 to 0.8 part of 0.2 part of liquorice, 0.2 to 0.8 part of licorice, 0.2 to 0.8 part of wormwood, 0.3 to 0.8 part of astragalus root, 0.3 to 0.8 part of seed and 3 to 0.8 part of common spatholobus stem.
Further, the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.5 part of peppermint, 0.5 part of garden balsam stem, 0.5 part of ginger, 0.5 part of peach seed, 0.3 part of safflower, 0.5 part of dragon's blood, 0.5 part of catechu, 0.5 part of frankincense, 0.5 part of myrrh, 0.5 part of angelica, 0.5 part of red paeony root, 0.5 part of teasel root, 0.5 part of rhizoma drynariae, 0.5 part of mistletoe, 0.5 part of erythrina, 0.5 part of pericarpium zanthoxyli, 0.5 part of szechuan lovage rhizome, 0.5 part of safflower, 0.5 part of clematis root, 0.5 part of angelica dahurica, 0.5 part of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 0.5 part of liquorice, 0.5 part of wormwood, 0.5 part of grape seed, 0.2-0.8 part of camphor, 0.3-0.8 part of astragalus mongholicus, 0.3-0.8 part of dodder and 0.3-0.8 part of suberect spatholobus stem.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a method for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition according to any one of the first aspect, the method comprising the following steps:
mixing the components in the traditional Chinese medicine composition to obtain a mixture;
and adding the mixture into an extraction solvent for decoction, and filtering to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
Further, the extraction solvent is water.
Further, the working parameters of the decoction include: the decoction temperature is 100 ℃, the decoction time is 3-5 hours, and the addition weight of the extraction solvent is 5-10 times of the total weight of each medicine in the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
In a third aspect, the present application provides a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for improving a plurality of sub-health symptoms, the traditional Chinese medicine preparation comprising the following components:
(I) An effective amount of the traditional Chinese medicine composition of any one of the first aspects; and, a step of, in the first embodiment,
