Abstract

技术领域
本发明属于一种治疗肿瘤的中成药，特别是涉及一种抗肿瘤治疗的辅助药物辅助治疗肿瘤的药物及其制备方法。
背景技术
肿瘤疾病是一种顽症，据卫生组织统计，各种肿瘤和癌症的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势，它严重威胁着人类的健康，由于现代医学尚没有一种治疗癌症和肿瘤的特效良药，目前的治疗方法是对早、中期癌症和肿瘤患者实行手术治疗、化疗和西药结合的治疗方法，西医常用的抗癌药有环磷酰胺、复方尿衅吣啶、氨基滴啶片等，这些药物的副作用大，效果不明显，在化疗过程中不仅杀死癌细胞，而且导致正常细胞突变，诱发其他病症，使患者不能接受正常治疗，因此，研制一种副作用小的抗肿瘤治疗的辅助中药制剂，是广大医生和患者的共同期望。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够作为抗癌辅助药使用的辅助治疗肿瘤的药物。
本发明的技术解决方案是根据祖国传统医学对肿瘤和癌症的发生、发展以及转移的发病机理和治疗原则的认识，结合现代药理学研究，从祖国中医宝库中筛选出无副作用，能够抑制肿瘤发展，维护机体的整体功能，减轻化疗药物的副作用反映，以提高疗效的中草药，按中医学理论组方，研制出本发明的辅助治疗肿瘤的药物及其制备方法。
本发明所述的辅助治疗肿瘤的药物由以下重量份配比的原料制成
三七35-50，灵芝15-25，白术15-25，白芍5-15，鸡内金5-15；
本发明胶囊各组分的优选重量份配比范围是：
三七42-48，灵芝17-22，白术17-22，白芍7-10，鸡内金7-10；
制备本发明胶囊的最佳重量份配比是：
三七45，灵芝19，白术20，白芍8，鸡内金8；
本发明中的三七为五加科三七Panax notoginseng(Burk)F.H.Chen的根，洗净、干燥后碾成细粉。有化瘀止血、活血定痛、增强肾上腺皮质功能、调节糖代谢、保肝、抗衰老及抗肿瘤作用。
本发明中的灵芝为多孔菌科植物赤芝Ganoderma lucidum(Leyss.exfr.)Karst的洗净晒干后的全株。有养心安神、止咳平喘、补气养血的作用，还可用于冠心病、高血压、高血脂、肝炎、气管炎以及多种原因引起的白细胞减少症等。本发明用灵芝粉碎后得到的细粉。
本发明中的白术为菊科植物白术Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.的根茎。洗净晒干后碾成碎粉。具有补气健脾、燥湿利水、止汗、健脾润肠通便、保护肝脏、降低血糖和抗血凝作用。本发明用白术粉碎后的细粉。
本发明中的白芍为毛莨科植物芍药Paeonia lactiflora Poll.的干燥根。具有补血敛阴、柔肝止痛、平降肝阳等作用。本发明用白芍粉碎后的细粉。
本发明中的鸡内金为雌科动物鸡Gallus gallus domesticus Brissos.的干燥沙囊的角质内壁，具有健脾消食、固精止遗、通淋化石的功能。本发明用鸡内金粉碎后的细粉。
将上述各组分制备成本发明药物的生产方法是：
1、取三七和鸡内金，干燥粉碎成细粉，备用；
2、将灵芝用70％乙醇加热回流提取三次，每次三小时，合并三次提取液、回收乙醇，备用；
3、将白术用水蒸汽馏提取挥发油，挥发油用10倍量β-环糊精吸附，备用，蒸馏后的药液另器保存；
4、将白芍与上述70％乙醇提取后的灵芝药渣加水煎煮二次，每次一小时，取上清液与上述蒸馏后的药液及回收乙醇后的药液合并，浓缩至适量，加入三七和鸡内金细粉，拌匀、制粒、干燥、加入β-环糊精吸附的挥发油，混匀，装入胶囊，制成0.45克/粒，±10％的成品。
本发明药物用于治疗的剂量为成人每日三次，每次三粒，一个疗程为一个月。本发明具有提高吞噬细胞功能，提高T淋巴细胞转化功能、提高NK细胞杀伤功能等作用，本发明为纯中药制剂，无毒副作用，服用方便，一个疗程的治愈率达95％。
本发明所述的辅助治疗肿瘤的药物已经在进行临床研究，临床研究期间使用的药物名称为“天健胶囊”。
Claims (4)
1、一种辅助治疗肿瘤的药物，其特征在于它是由以下重量份配比的原料制成的：
三七35-50，灵芝15-25，白术15-25，白芍5-15，鸡内金5-15。
2、根据权利要求1所述的辅助治疗肿瘤的药物，其特征是各组分的重量份配比范围是：三七42-48，灵芝17-22，白术17-22，白芍7-10，鸡内金7-10。
3、根据权利要求1所述的辅助治疗肿瘤的药物，其特征在于所述的各原料的重量配比是：三七45；灵芝19；白术20；白芍8；鸡内金8。
4、制备权利要求1所述辅助治疗肿瘤的药物的方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
(1)取三七和鸡内金，干燥粉碎成细粉，备用；
(2)将灵芝用70％乙醇加热回流提取三次，每次三小时，合并三次提取液、回收乙醇，备用；
(3)将白术用水蒸汽馏提取挥发油，挥发油用10倍量β-环糊精吸附，备用，蒸馏后的药液另器保存；
(4)将白芍与上述70％乙醇提取后的灵芝药渣加水煎煮二次，每次一小时，取上清液与上述蒸馏后的药液及回收乙醇后的药液合并，浓缩至适量，加入三七和鸡内金细粉，拌匀、制粒、干燥、加入β-环糊精吸附的挥发油，混匀，装入胶囊，制成0.45克/粒，±10％的成品。
