背景技术
虫螨腈(chlorfenapyr)是新型吡咯类化合物,由美国氰胺公司20世纪80年达后期开发的高效杀虫杀螨剂。CAS号为:122453-73-0,其作用机制是昆虫取食或接触虫螨腈后,在昆虫体内被氧化代谢变为具有杀虫活性的化合物,然后作用于昆虫体内细胞的线粒体上,通过昆虫体内的多功能氧化酶起作用,主要抑制二磷酸腺苷(ADP)向三磷酸腺苷(ATP)的转化,而三磷酸腺苷贮存细胞维持其生命机能所必须的能量,最终导致害虫死亡。该药具有胃毒及触杀作用。在叶面渗透性强,有一定的内吸作用,且具有杀虫谱广、防效高、持效长、安全的特点。
式(Ⅰ)化合物为一种甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀虫剂,CAS号为:114077-75-7,其化学结构式为:
在农业生产过程中,各类有害昆虫的控制主要依赖大量农药杀虫剂产品的应用,农药杀虫剂大量、频繁的不合理使用,导致有害昆虫的抗药性不断地增强,对农作物的危害更加严重,防治也越发困难。通过作用机理不同的两种或多种药剂混用可以达到兼治不同害虫,提高药剂防效,减轻害虫抗药性产生。
另外,在现有技术中,含有式(Ⅰ)化合物和虫螨腈的组合物的技术方案未见具体公开。
发明内容
本发明目的是提出一种具有增效、降低抗性、对作物安全的含虫螨腈的农药组合物。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种含虫螨腈的农药组合物,所述的农药组合物包括活性成分A和活性成分B,所述的活性成分A为式(Ⅰ)化合物
所述的活性成分B为虫螨腈,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B之间的质量比为1:30~28:1;
进一步地,所述的式(Ⅰ)化合物与虫螨腈的质量比为1:30、1:20、1:8、1:4、3:10、1:2、3:5、5:4、6:1、20:1、28:1;
进一步地,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B之间的质量比为1:20~20:1;

本发明的农药组合物具有如下优点:
1)本发明的组合物在一定配比范围内表现出增效作用,提高了该组合物对害虫的防治效果;
2)本发明的组合物中两种活性成分的作用机理不同,有效地延缓害虫抗药性的产生,延长了产品的使用寿命;
3)安全性高,适用于作物的各个生长时期,能促进作物的生长,使生产出的农作物品质更高。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步地说明,实施例中百分比均为重量百分比,但本发明并不局限于此。
本发明的组合物可以制成制剂形式提供。根据需要制成悬浮剂、水分散粒剂等。本发明的组合物中活性组分的含量取决于单独使用时的施用量,也取决于混配比例及增效作用程度。活性组分含量的最佳范围按照组合物的制剂类型而有所不同。
制剂制备实施例:
实施例1:32%式(Ⅰ)·虫螨腈悬浮剂(3:5)
配方:12%式(Ⅰ)化合物、20%虫螨腈、2%苯乙基酚聚醚磷酸酯盐、2%格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚、2%烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠、1.5%萘磺酸盐、1.2%硅酸镁铝、0.15%黄原胶、0.01%羧乙基纤维素、0.05%山梨酸钠、5%乙二醇、0.4%有机硅消泡剂、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将有效成分式(Ⅰ)化合物、虫螨腈、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得悬浮剂产品。
实施例2:30%式(Ⅰ)·虫螨腈悬浮剂(1:4)
配方:6%式(Ⅰ)化合物、24%虫螨腈、2.5%十二烷基硫酸钠、1%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、3%苯乙烯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、1%羧甲基纤维素、1.2%硅酸镁铝、0.1%黄原胶、5%丙二醇、0.02%苯甲酸钾、0.4%有机硅消泡剂、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:同实施例1。
实施例3:26%式(Ⅰ)·虫螨腈悬浮剂(3:10)
配方:6%式(Ⅰ)化合物、20%虫螨腈、3%木质素磺酸钠、1%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、3%烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐、1%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.5%羧甲基纤维素、1.2%硅酸镁铝、0.15%黄原胶、5%丙二醇、0.02%苯甲酸钾、0.4%有机硅消泡剂、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:同实施例1。
实施例4:40%式(Ⅰ)·虫螨腈水分散粒剂(1:3)
配方:10%式(Ⅰ)化合物、30%虫螨腈、12%木质素磺酸钠、2.5%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、4%元明粉、高岭土补余;
制备方法:按例配方比例,将有效成分加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后加10~25%的水,然后经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂产品。
实施例5:52%式(Ⅰ)·虫螨腈水分散粒剂(3:10)
配方:12%式(Ⅰ)化合物、40%虫螨腈、8%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、2%聚羧酸钠盐、3%拉开粉BX、2.5%硫酸铵、淀粉补余;
制备方法:同实施例4。
实施例6:60%式(Ⅰ)·虫螨腈水分散粒剂(1:2)
配方:20%式(Ⅰ)化合物、40%虫螨腈、4%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、2%聚羧酸钠盐、5%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、3%拉开粉BX、0.5%尿素、高岭土补余;
制备方法:同实施例4。
室内生物活性测定
室内实施例1式(Ⅰ)化合物与虫螨腈混配对蓟马的联合毒力
试验方法:药膜滚管法;
供试虫源:烟蓟马(Thrips tabaci));
供试药剂:式(Ⅰ)化合物原药、虫螨腈原药均由集团研发中心提供;
药剂配制:原药用有机溶剂(丙酮)配置成母液,再用0.05%~0.1%Triton X-100(或0.1%的吐温80)水溶液按照等比或等差的方法配置5~7个系列质量浓度。
试验操作步骤:
浸管:高7cm,直径1.5cm的玻璃管,在预实验确定的浓度范围内,用丙酮将供试药剂稀释成5个浓度,用移液枪向玻璃管内添加250ul各浓度的药剂,然后将玻璃管平置,用手掌缓慢滚动玻璃管加速杀虫剂的挥发,使药剂均匀附着在玻璃管内壁上。每管为一个重复,每个浓度设置8个重复,丙酮浸管作为对照;
浸叶:用打孔器将新鲜甘蓝叶片打成直径为1cm的小圆片,分别在每个浓度的药剂中浸10s,以0.1%吐温80的浸叶作为对照。处理后的叶片放在滤纸上晾干,用镊子夹入对应药剂浓度的玻璃管中;
用吸虫器将25头蓟马2龄若虫或成虫转移到玻璃管中,用200目的纱网封住管口。
将处理的试虫置于温度为25±0.1℃、湿度为60%~80%、光暗比16h:8h,养虫室中饲养和观察。
调查时间:处理后36h调查试虫死亡情况,记录总虫数和死虫数。
死亡判别标准:用毛笔尖轻触虫体无反应计为死亡。
计算公式如下:
数据统计与分析:空白对照死亡率小于5%无需校正;空白对照死亡率5%~10%,需进行校正死亡率;空白对照死亡率10%以上,则需重新进行试验。
混剂理论毒力指数TTI=TIA×PA+TIB×PB
式中:PA、PB分别为活性成分A、B在组合物中所占的比例。
共毒系数(CTC):CTC<80为拮抗作用,CTC>120为增效作用,介于80与120之间为相加作用。
采用IBM SPSS Statistics 20统计分析系统分析,求出毒力回归线的LC50值及其95%置信限及相关系数R2,评价供试药剂对生物试材的活性。
试验结果:
表1结果显示,式(Ⅰ)化合物与虫螨腈混配对蓟马2龄若虫具有较好的联合作用,式(Ⅰ)化合物与虫螨腈重量比为1:30~28:1时共毒系数大于120,表现为增效作用;其中式(Ⅰ)化合物与虫螨腈重量比为1:30~20:1时共毒系数大于130;式(Ⅰ)化合物与虫螨腈重量比为1:20~6:1时共毒系数大于140,表现出较好的增效作用;其中式(Ⅰ)化合物与虫螨腈重量比为1:4时共毒系数最高为204.954。

表2结果显示,式(Ⅰ)化合物与虫螨腈混配对蓟马成虫具有较好的联合作用,式(Ⅰ)化合物与虫螨腈重量比为1:20~20:1时共毒系数大于120,表现为增效作用;式(Ⅰ)化合物与虫螨腈重量比为3:10~20:1时共毒系数大于170,表现出较好的增效作用;其中式(Ⅰ)化合物与虫螨腈重量比为3:5时共毒系数最高为225.202。

室内毒力结果显示:式(Ⅰ)化合物与虫螨腈混配对蓟马具有较好的防效,式(Ⅰ)化合物与虫螨腈重量比为1:30~28:1范围内表现为增效作用。
安全性试验
试验作物及品种:苦瓜Momordica charantia L(常绿苦瓜);
试验时期:嫩叶期;
试验地点:研发中心实验室温室大棚内;
供试药剂:30%式(Ⅰ)·虫螨腈悬浮剂(1:4)、60%式(Ⅰ)·虫螨腈水分散粒剂(1:2)、10%式(Ⅰ)化合物悬浮剂、240克/升虫螨腈悬浮剂
具体试验设计:

安全性的测定:植株生长抑制法,采用茎叶喷雾的方式施药,在盆栽苦瓜3-5叶期(营养生长期)施药1次。
小区面积及重复:随机区组排列,每处理重复4次,每处理苦瓜15株;
生长速率调查:药前、药后7、14d分别测量植株高度;
药害调查:药后7d、14d分别观察记录植株药害情况。
叶片枯斑坏死调查分级方法:
-:叶片无枯斑坏死;
+:叶片轻度枯斑坏死,不影响作物正常生长;
++:叶片中度枯斑坏死,可复原,不会造成作物减产;
+++:叶片重度枯斑坏死,影响作物正常生长,对作物产量和质量造成一定程度的损失;
++++:叶片严重枯斑坏死,作物生长受阻,产量和质量损失严重。
畸形调查:药害造成苦瓜生长点扭曲变形,用“★”表示。
数据处理:
生长速率抑制率:
生长速率(cm/d)=植株新生高度(cm)/时间天(d);
生长速率抑制率(%)=(空白对照生长速率-药剂处理生长速率)/空白对照生长速率×100;试验结果:
30%式(Ⅰ)·虫螨腈悬浮剂(1:4)、60%式(Ⅰ)·虫螨腈水分散粒剂(1:2)药后7d、14d对供试苦瓜植株无抑制作用。

田间药效实施例
式(Ⅰ)化合物与虫螨腈混配对蓟马的田间防效
试验作物及靶标:苦瓜、蓟马;
试验地点:山东省烟台海阳市苦瓜种植温室;
试验时间:2021年6月20日;
试验环境:所有试验小区的栽培条件均匀一致,采用相同的肥水管理水平;
试验药剂:

试验方法:蓟马发生盛期,施药1次。
小区面积及重复:随机区组排列,每小区25平方米,每处理重复4次。
调查方法:每小区随机五点取样,每点调查10片苦瓜叶片,并悬挂标签,用拍打法将苦瓜片上的蓟马拍打到铺有滤纸的米桶中,统计数量。
施药前调查虫口基数,施药后1天、7天调查各处理叶片蓟马存活数量,并分别计算防治效果。

田间药效实验结果:
试验结果表明:30%式(Ⅰ)·虫螨腈悬浮剂(1:4)、60%式(Ⅰ)·虫螨腈水分散粒剂(1:2)对蓟马具有较好的防治效果,有效成分用药量在20、30g ai/hm2施药后1d、7d,防效均在90%以上,防治效果显著。其中,30%式(Ⅰ)·虫螨腈悬浮剂(1:4)有效成分用药量在30gai/hm2时,药后7d的防效为99.25%。

通过室内毒力测定以及田间试验,本发明所述式(Ⅰ)化合物和虫螨腈进行复配的农药组合物对缨翅目害虫表现出较好的防治效果。
本发明复配所得农药组合物或其制剂防效显著,在延缓抗药性的产生、延长持药性方面优于单剂。并且在试验中未发现复配药剂对作物产生药害,说明在所得农药组合物或制剂的杀虫协同增效提高的情况下,能够降低生产成本和使用成本,对作物安全。
虽然,上文中己经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种含虫螨腈的农药组合物,其特征在于:所述的农药组合物包括活性成分A和活性成分B,所述的活性成分A为式(Ⅰ)化合物
(Ⅰ),所述的活性成分B为虫螨腈,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B之间的质量比为1:20~20:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于:所述的活性成分A与活性成分B之间的质量比为1:8~6:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于:以所述的农药组合物的总质量为100wt%计,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B在农药组合物中的含量之和为0.5%~90%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于:所述的农药组合物还包括辅助剂,所述辅助剂包括载体和助剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于:所述的农药组合物可以配制成农药上可接受的制剂剂型,所述的制剂剂型为悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、颗粒剂、可湿性粉剂、可分散油悬浮剂中的任一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的农药组合物,其特征在于:所述的制剂剂型为悬浮剂、水分散粒剂中的任一种。
7.如权利要求1-6任一项所述的农药组合物在防治农林害虫、卫生害虫方面的应用。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于:所述的农林害虫、卫生害虫为缨翅目害虫。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于:所述的缨翅目害虫为花蓟马、棕榈蓟马、烟蓟马。
10.根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于:所述的农药组合物以有效剂量施于需要控制的害虫或其生长的介质上。
